We brought Amy onboard as our day of wedding coordinator quite close to our wedding when the stresses of organising the components for the big day were becoming quite overwhelming....
Just Breathe Events is the perfect name for Amy's company as that is exactly what it allowed us to do - to just relax and enjoy our day.
From the very start of hiring her, Amy joined on to calls to vendors, communicating what we wanted and coordinating between them, pulling everything together into a cogent and coherent plan that would just flow. Between her extensive contacts and knowledge, and her warm personality and excellent communication skills, she accomplished the organising far more effectively than we ever could on our own.
Although we were married in Baltimore, we live in the UK and the bride’s parents in Hawaii which added an extra layer of complexity to arranging the wedding, coordinating the planning, and getting all the equipment and favors, etc. in the right place at the right time. Amy was absolutely invaluable in collecting everything ahead of time and getting it to where it needed to go.
On the day itself, Amy single handedly set up several rooms at our reception venue, kept the event moving as per the timetable, but always seemed to still have enough bandwidth to ask how things were going, provide calming pep talks, and even bring over drinks and food when we looked like we might need them. At the end of the night, she very efficiently collected and brought together all our stuff to take away.
As a professional service provider, Amy is extremely efficient, organised, knowledgeable with great communication skills. As a person, she is wonderfully warm, was fully engaged from the get go, and genuinely cared that she could help us to have the day we wanted. She absolutely went out of her way, and far beyond what could have been expected to make things happen.
We couldn't have asked for a better day if wedding coordinator and would wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone else who wants a smoothly running, well coordinated wedding day. AMY IS AWESOME!

addition to the wedding. We gave her all our personal items at the rehearsal so we didn't have to worry about transporting and setting them up the day of. We also gave her all our extra flowers (we did our own florals) to do whatever she wanted with, and she made our reception look BEAUTIFUL!! We can't thank her enough for all her help. Plus she's also just a lovely person and great to work with. Seriously don't know what we would've done without her! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator!

Amy. She sent us a timeline to stay organized and talked us through every part of our wedding. Amy made our final coordination meeting, our rehearsal, and wedding go so smoothly. She adapted quickly to changes day of and handled it with grace. I had no idea about us running out of bitters day of the wedding until the problem was fixed (by Amy going out herself!!). She was even thoughtful enough to give our two little ring bearers dinosaurs to play with, which put them at ease. I have recommended Amy to all of my closest girlfriends, and I fully recommend her to any couple wanting a easy, breezy wedding day.
I truly mean every word. You really made it a dream of a night. I’ve attached a photo that was snuck on an iPhone, feel free to use this and we will send you the official ones when we get them! Thank you again, all the love from the Masons!

and fun, which is always appreciated in those stressful moments of planning, and of course on the day of the wedding. Even though she had never worked at our venue, she was able to come up with the perfect rain plan, better than suggestions from our other vendors who had worked at our venue. She provided us helpful resources for planning in the year leading up to the event. She's also incredibly organized and her notes from calls and walkthroughs were great to refer to in planning every wedding detail. On the wedding day, she handled every detail gracefully and professionally. My partner and I never had to worry about anything because Amy had already thought 10 steps ahead and taken care of it. We are so grateful for all of her help!

wedding, we dove into planning, and Amy knew exactly what details needed to be finalized.
We had a video call and did a venue walkthrough to ensure everything was in place. She ran our rehearsal the night before and was able to wrangle our wedding party. On the big day, Amy was a true miracle worker—she had everything under control before I even had a chance to ask.
Thanks to her meticulous planning and organization, the day went off without a hitch. Everyone raved about her, and one of my bridesmaids was so impressed that she hired Amy for her own wedding! Sammi was our Day-of-coordinator, and she was just the best. Working around our schedule for video calls, and always responding quickly to messaged. She mad the whole process of planning a wedding feel possible.
She constantly reassured me how well I was doing, took so many little tasks of my hands, and kept my emails from overflowing with questions as she became the contact point for any vendors needs or questions. Like I said, I could actually Breath.
Day of, it wasn't surprising how amazing they were because of how great the planning process went. Sammi, and her day of assistant Kacey never let us be with out food, or drink, and gently made sure with we're taking time to ourselves to really enjoy our wedding.
