We wanted our whole wedding meal to be gluten-free which is a challenge in this part of Wisconsin. We were unable to find a reasonably priced cake so we did gluten-free cupcakes and they were so tasty! It was nice because guests could choose a flavor they liked since we chose four options. I recommend the chocolate, red velvet and lemon flavors. We also orderd a small gluten-free cake for us to cut from Dorothy Ann Bakery in Woodbury, MN...much further away that was only about $25 but was delicious and then we could still do a cake cutting. We orderd cupcakes and cake rather late compared to when they tell you to and it was fine.
