Thanks to their mobile kitchen set-up, they will make sure that their dishes are as fresh and hot as possible for you and your guests.

The only ding i would give is that there were many reports that a server was refusing to give the allergy folks more of a serving that they could eat, but this is not a reflection of the quality of food that Chris serves. He was very professional when we did our taste test and was invested in us having the best possible event. Everyone absolutely raved about the meatballs, crab cakes, and chicken and waffles. The pasta station was a huge hit! There was plenty of food for everyone and Chris has a very competitive price with a personal touch. He responded to all of my emails very quickly and was always flexible. I would recommend Chris for any wedding.

ecide on the menu which was super helpful. Chris was open to a few suggestions that we had allowing us to add to his recipes to cater to our tastes. This is not something a lot of caterers would do but Chris was totally open and wanted us to have the meal that we wanted. Chris provided hors d'oeuvres for our cocktail hour post ceremony and then an amazing buffet for our reception. We had short ribs , fried chicken, fried flounder, red rice, potato salad and so much more. Everything was fresh and hot and utterly delicious. It was a great southern inspired menu that our guest loved so much that there was almost nothing left by the end. Now that is the sign of good food . We highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone that is looking for a professional staff that provides excellent service and amazing food.
