I would not trust someone who blatantly ignores your one request to make your vision happen on your day. I can't understand why a florist would tell a paying customer what needed to happen with their own money and disregard what the customer has to say. I've found another florist who has zero problem creating the perfect wedding flowers for me without including flowers I prefer not to have. And for a lower price.

That upset me the most. We had a contract, it wasn't followed. I regret paying in advance. My mothers flower was also given to the wrong women (a family friend). After this women sat down she was completely embarrassed by an employee of the florist walking down the isle and shouting "who has the mother of the bride's rose"? She had to stand up in front of all my guests and give it back. When I found out about this I was embarrassed and I still feel terrible for what happened. How do I make up for something like that? I really can't, what's done is done. But unfortunetly, I will remember this for a long time and it bothers me. I do NOT recommend this florist, I wish I would have gone to Fiore.
