It has been over 9 weeks and I have not heard anything. I sent two emails asking for the quote, and got no response. I decided to go with another florist.

Then I get the proposal a few days later. Every single option had hydrangea. I asked him for alternatives and was given a long explanation as to why I needed hydrangea. I'm in no way a bridezilla. I'm reasonable and polite. But if I'm hiring someone and paying them to work within my vision and preferences why was I only offered hydrangea? It's been about a week and a half since I asked again to get some other alternatives offered and have never heard back. I would not trust someone who blatantly ignores your one request to make your vision happen on your day. I can't understand why a florist would tell a paying customer what needed to happen with their own money and disregard what the customer has to say. I've found another florist who has zero problem creating the perfect wedding flowers for me without including flowers I prefer not to have. And for a lower price.

roses with fillers that I did NOT want. The flowers were wilted and looked dead. I was looking forward to my flowers, I was excited and wanted to get the roses pressed to keep after my wedding. Well the bridesmaids and my bouquet were done wrong (they didn't even go with my wedding colors) and everyone noticed they were wilted and dead. By the end of the night, the flowers were almost completely brown and fallen apart. I was, and still am, extreamly upset. Yes, I spent a lot of money of my florist but it's not the money that bothers me. It was my wedding day, flowers were a big deal to me and they were completely wrong and didn't match my wedding colors. Not to mention I couldn't even keep my bouquet to be pressed or preserved. That upset me the most. We had a contract, it wasn't followed. I regret paying in advance. My mothers flower was also given to the wrong women (a family friend). After this women sat down she was completely embarrassed by an employee of the florist walking down the isle and shouting "who has the mother of the bride's rose"? She had to stand up in front of all my guests and give it back. When I found out about this I was embarrassed and I still feel terrible for what happened. How do I make up for something like that? I really can't, what's done is done. But unfortunetly, I will remember this for a long time and it bothers me. I do NOT recommend this florist, I wish I would have gone to Fiore.

set a budget and with the flowers I wanted, blew way past it so we cut back where we could and Erin helped think of flowers that had the same look and feel to them without being almost $20 per stem (I have expensive taste in flowers apparently). I especially loved that she was able to deliver them, arrange and pick up the night of. Secret: Ask about renting some of your bouquets! It allows you to get way more flowers at the wedding for less money! What are you going to do with 20 bouquets of flowers anyway?!
