Dana did the hair for me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day and she did a great job! We all wanted really different styles and Dana and her assistant nailed every one of them! We tried one style at the trial (and my engagement photos), and when I decided I wanted to do something else for the day of, we did another trial and it was perfect. On the day of, she was prompt and brought such great energy into the room. I loved having Dana on the team and would definitely recommend her!

Hiring Just Lago for my wedding was the best decision! I don't wear much makeup to begin with normally and I decided not to do a bridal trial but Brianna did my makeup and hair exactly how I envisioned! She is the sweetest, chillest, and so talented!

I hired Just Lago to be my hair and makeup vendor for my wedding and it was the best decision ever! She really takes the chill bride vibes seriously and answers all questions quickly during the planning process. I felt instantly calm around them on what was probably the most nervous I’ve ever been! We had such a wonderful experience with Dana and her team at Just Lago! For starters, she was so flexible and supportive during the multiple postponements we had to do for Covid. All experiences we had from bridal trial to wedding morning makeup and hair was perfect, and so much fun!!! We all had a blast, and their team is so skilled- the boho braids and all hairstyles/makeup were GORGEOUS!!!! Everyone looked stunning, and we have Dana and team to thank!! Dana is a literal angel. If you are looking for someone who is fantastic at what they do, truly listens to what you want, is reliable, and will keep you relaxed the entire time, please book Dana immediately! Not only was I not stressed at all the day of my wedding, I was honestly vibin' (which is pretty difficult for me because my anxiety is always in overdrive!). Dana absolutely listened to what I wanted (an elevated natural look) and I felt truly beautiful on my wedding day. She arrived right on time and her kindness and warmth was just what was needed for the start of the day! I even changed my hair the morning of and she was so patient and kind. She was fantastic with my bridal party's make-up and hair and my mom's! She listened to what everyone was looking for and brought their dream looks to life. Everyone had a great time with Dana and could not have said enough good things about her! She also went above and beyond, even helping my mom with buttoning the back of my dress when it was time and keeping me sane when another vendor was running late. I could not say enough good things about her and could not recommend her enough!!

I had Bri and Annalise for my wedding day in La Jolla! They were incredible and brought the chill vibes into the room. Everyone got along with them so well, and they nailed everyone's hair/makeup visions. They did 7 hair styles, 4 makeups, 2 lashes, and my bridal hair/makeup all in under 6 hrs! Annalise was so sweet to even give me the lip gloss for touch ups later in the night. My entire bridal party and the moms were in love with their natural looks, and I was so happy with how mine turned out as well. It was exactly how I envisioned it, and I still felt like myself :)

When selecting a hair and makeup team for my wedding day, I would have never imagined the group would be as fun AND talented as Dana and the Just Lago gals! Not only are these women incredibly gifted, but getting ready with my favorite girls alongside the Just Lago team was SO MUCH FUN - just what a bride needs on her wedding day! Dana from Just Lago is awesome! She not only did a great job on my wedding makeup, but she was incredibly friendly and puts you completely at ease. She was also great at listening to what I wanted and made adjustments without making me feel awful for asking her to adjust her work. Highly highly recommend!

Dana is so wonderful! I loved getting the chance to connect beforehand and try out some styles at my hair trial at her studio in Carlsbad. She did an awesome job on both hair and makeup for the wedding, and our makeup lasted the whole day (even through the Palm Springs heat) and looked just as I had hoped! Dana is so sweet and down to earth, and was so wonderful to have as a part of our big day.

My dream wedding look was “sophisticated me”. Dana and her team nailed it! Not only did Just Lago juggle doing 10 women’s hair and makeup but she did it in a way that was so calm and relaxed. Having Just Lago with us in while we were getting ready felt like we were just hanging out with more friends. They are fun, professional, and very experienced. Dana also comes with an extremely special background in holistic wellbeing, this is her unique edge that other companies don't provide. I happily selected Dana and one of her staff to do both my hair and my 8 bridesmaids hair for my big day. She's on time and kept a smile on her face throughout all the changes going on in the day. I had Dana cut and style my hair about two weeks prior to my wedding day, which helped it shine for the day of. I would highly recommend doing the additional services Dana provides, i.e. massages the day before, yoga the morning of the big day, etc. to help get your mind and body in a calm, collected state to truly enjoy a fantastic day!

Where to begin with Dana - she is beaming with positive energy and light - exactly what every bride dreams of for their big day! We started our day with a Mindful Gathering (yoga, sage clearing, intention setting, and aromatherapy), which totally set the stage for the rest of the day. All my girls LOVED the experience and it gave us an opportunity to slow down and connect. Dana then took us to do everyone's hair + makeup, and we all agreed in addition to the BEAUTIFUL job she did, we were all feeling our most confident selves! Dana highlights natural beauty and you can tell she's having a blast doing it. I couldn't imagine a better experience getting ready for my day!

Dana was great and so kind. Even before the wedding she sent a thank you card and small beauty product sample. She and her makeup artist Devon were punctual, professional, and talented. I showed some inspiration photos of how I wanted my hair and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Dana's friendly and calm demeanor were perfect for a relaxing getting ready time.

I was immediately drawn to the pictures on the website and all of the services offered. When I inquired about my wedding date and ideas, Dana got right back to me and answered all of my questions. I set up a bridal trial and when I met Dana and her team, I knew I needed to book with Just Lago. Dana is so down to earth and calming to be around, not to mention an amazing artist that takes your ideas and makes them even better. A couple weeks before my wedding, I even booked a hair appointment to get my cut and color just perfect before my wedding and I felt like I was visiting an old friend! On my wedding day, they were right on time and set up shop in my hotel room for the day overlooking the ocean. Dana and her amazing makeup artist made my whole wedding party and even a few friends look completely gorgeous. We had so much fun that morning and I am so glad I booked with Just Lago. With the chaos that a wedding brings, it was the most perfect, chill morning with my girls.
