It was incredible to see how much she was managing behind the scenes while making it all look so seamless. Because of her, we were able to be fully present and just soak in every single moment. At one point, a bridesmaid casually mentioned she had forgotten deodorant, and Emylie immediately had a deodorant spray on hand. Later in the night when I cut my finger, she had bandages ready. My matron of honor also noted that she was very helpful during the decor setup. Emylie was also incredibly flexible and open to last-minute requests, whether it was passing along announcement requests to the DJ or discreetly handling behind-the-scenes situations, like ensuring the bridal suite stayed reserved for the bridal party. She handled everything seamlessly and respectfully. Those little moments made such a big difference and allowed us to fully relax and be fully present. Emylie truly went above and beyond— we are so grateful for her care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

When it became clear they couldn’t deliver what I needed, she helped me find a replacement vendor who exceeded all expectations. She is truly your go-to person for everything, and she handles it all with such calm confidence. What made the experience even more comforting was knowing that Mairead had personal relationships with all of my vendors. It felt like I had a whole team, almost a family, supporting me throughout the process. As a third-grade teacher planning a December wedding, I was juggling parent-teacher conferences, report cards, gifts, and all the holiday chaos on top of wedding planning. Mairead took so much stress off my plate and walked beside me every step of the way. When Mairead went on maternity leave about a year before our wedding, I worked with Danielle Palmer, who was just as wonderful. She picked up seamlessly where Mairead left off, which really speaks to the Just Marry! team as a whole. There is a clear theme here: planners who are not only incredibly organized but genuinely kind and caring. :) It meant so much to have Mairead with me throughout the entire planning process and then also serve as our coordinator on the wedding day. She knew exactly what I liked, what I wanted, and what mattered most to me, which made all the difference. I cannot recommend Just Marry! enough. If you’re considering booking them, do it. After speaking with a few of the preferred planners recommended by the venue I decided to go with Just Marry as the girls I spoke with were kind, caring, professional and most importantly fun! I can’t imagine my day now without them! Diandra was my assigned planner and was such a blessing in all of my wedding planner. Honestly, to this day I genuinely miss our calls and e-mails because she became more like a friend than a professional I hired. Diandra went above and beyond and made sure our special day was flawless and magical. She was beyond caring and just fun to talk to and be around. I was nervous about traveling and getting married but she was so confident and an asset to have in my corner. I loved the portal they use for communication and Diandra was always willing to also hop on a call and talk things out, calm my stress and make me laugh. She made our ceremony and reception space look stunning and was such an Angel thru the whole process. She even put a special brooch I had brought in my bouquet and presented it to me in such a sweet way. Diandra and her team did so so much and I still can’t believe they pulled off my perfect little mermaid themed wedding with such perfection and grace. cole, who was an absolute delight and went above and beyond to help us plan our special day. We first met Nicole at our tasting, and it was an instant connection that we’ll always cherish. After that initial meeting, we maintained contact and even met up for coffee to gain a better understanding of her role in the entire experience and to share our vendor information. Nicole then took on the daunting task of communicating with all our vendors, ensuring that the right timelines were set and all the necessary information reached the venue. We thought the month ahead would be super stressful, but Nicole single-handedly made it all manageable. Once our wedding weekend arrived, Nicole remained our go-to girl, ensuring that the venue was set and ready, and even went above and beyond to help wrangle our wedding party whenever necessary. Along with her assistant, Brittany, the venue was meticulously set in a way that surpassed what we ever could have imagined, even setting up a preview of the space which had us immediately emotional. They were always nearby to ensure everything went smoothly and provided us with whatever we needed throughout the night. We had an unfortunate issue with one of our vendors that they continuously helped to resolve like a true hero so we could enjoy the day despite the issue. After the wedding, we discovered that Nicole had taken quite a few photos and videos of the day, which allowed us to relive the moments without the distraction of a phone during the event while we waited on photos from our photographer. We can’t recommend the services of Just Marry enough. They truly understand the work necessary to put on a seamless event and run with it. Nicole specifically was our super hero throughout. We can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with her.

got married at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel. The first thing I want to point out is that my husband and I are overall happy with our wedding day. There are just a few things I want to put out there in case someone is questioning what they should do. We started with one coordinator and then switched to another. Closer to the wedding, we were given the first coordinator again. We didn’t really have any issues until the actual day, which was hectic. Keep in mind, both our families were with us, and we vacationed 3 days before the wedding. On the day of, my makeup artist, nor my photographer knew where I was or where they were supposed to be. They both mentioned this to me when they arrived for the day. My photographer did more coordinating than the actual coordinator, and actually mentioned that to me as we were trying to not have my husband see me in the lobby of the Swan. I also was not made aware of additional makeup/hair charges that were going to be applied to my total that morning. I was charged for eyelash application and “thickness of hair”. The makeup artist also made me aware that she only accepted cash, which would’ve been ok if I had known ahead of time, before the vacation, to bring cash with me. Luckily my mom had cash, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to pay her for the service. Another big thing we were disappointed about was that I had accidentally left my veil in the hotel room, and the wedding coordinator asked if I wanted her to get it. I said that it was ok (we were already behind on the day), but I wanted it for pictures afterwards (the wedding was 45 minutes late because the flowers were late). The veil was completely left behind and I didn’t end up getting it for the pictures, or at all, because we didn’t have time to go back to the room and had packed everything to be out by 11. We just got our wedding pictures back, and I realized that the coordination between me getting ready at the Swan and my husband showing up at the Swan was really messy. We have no pictures of my husband or the groomsmen getting ready because they were not told to go to a certain place to meet. Mentioned above, the flowers were also late, and delivered to the incorrect person at the hotel (my sister actually had to run and go find them), putting our ceremony 45 minutes behind and in return, having to extend our dinner reservation at Planet Hollywood an hour later. After we got back home to Ohio, we were happy, but also felt like things could’ve got a bit smoother for the price that we paid, and the location. I’m writing this review in hopes that it is helpful for someone else looking to get married at Disney with Just Marry!.

She was a key part of bringing our vision to life & was an absolute pleasure to work with! We can't thank her & her team enough for all of their help & support from the beginning to the day of. She remembered all of the details and for bringing your positive energy throughout the day! Ellis kept me calm and made sure that everything was as it was supposed to be. She even helped bustle my dress throughout the night when needed! We look back at all of the details and photos with so much sentiment and love! Honestly I was extremely concerned with this because we had always worked with Jordan and now we would have a different coordinator for the rehearsal and an entirely different coordinator for the wedding itself. After the wedding concluded I have to admit I am so impressed with the Just Marry team. Our timeline stayed intact and on schedule. Their team was so supportive for all of our needs and our guests needs at the wedding. Jordan had done such a great job planning with us that our new coordinator who we hadn't ever worked with was able to keep everything running smoothly. It was as if we had Jordan on the day of. We cant express how great this team is!!!

Nothing went wrong at all, and honestly, for a wedding, it was relaxing. I planned my ceremony without a planner in NJ, and it was so much more stressful. Susan (the owner) was such a doll from day 1. She helped me figure out everything I wanted at the start of planning. Once I was ready to sign my contract, I started working with Mairead, who was absolutely incredible. I am going to miss her! On the day of the reception, she was perfect. We brought our own centerpieces, and she set them up beautifully. The whole place looked better than I ever could have imagined. She made our dreams come true!! The price was also much more affordable than anything we could have gotten in NJ. We paid less than 100$ a plate and had unlimited mimosas. Also, everyone they contracted for us (violinist, photographer, hair & makeup artist) were so much more affordable than Jersey and completely blew us away. I paid almost the same price for hair and makeup in FL as I did in NJ, and she did a much better job in FL and she came right to our room in Disney!! Incredible! The photographer was out of this world. He was friendly and made guests laugh, and he was super professional. His name was Matt, so if you use Just Marry! ask for Matt!!! The violinist was also absolutely perfect. We had so many guests tell us how amazing she was, and how much they preferred her over a DJ. (keep in mind with the music, we had a 50 person brunch in the Bluezoo at the Dolphin, so it wasn't your typical dance floor wedding, but it was exactly what I wanted). If I could do it all over again, I would. All of our guests were raving about how incredible the entire experience was. If you are looking for a wedding planner who is in the Orlando area, stop looking and use Just Marry! :)

We had some vendors who ended up changing things last minute and were difficult to get in touch with and answer questions promptly, but whenever we looped Kaitlyn into the conversation, she helped us resolve literally everything. She has a very calm demeanor, which was so important on wedding day. She also tackled every problem. Most importantly, she know what to bring to me as the bride on wedding day (very little) and what to make a last minute decision and move on. We are so grateful for Kaitlyn and would 100% recommend her to anyone!
