eption. Bartenders refused to serve guests soft drinks and only offered water bottles during dinner. They provided a shopping list showing qty of items needed per 50 guests. They ran out of cups and refused to refill guests cups so they stopped serving alcohol at 9:30pm. It was a nightmare. Had we known this was going on we would’ve fired them on the spot!

g to guests and the bartender was SO sweet to find me and husband to make sure we had a drink in our hands and refills without having to request to get someone to bring us a beverage while we visited with guests. He even assisted our security staff discretely and professionally when a guest arrived at the reception already having enjoyed a few too many, refusing service and connecting with the appropriate individuals to help our guest get home safety. We appreciated the professionalism and courtesy Just N' Joy provided - we would use again!

r talking with my now husband! Robert told us ahead of time what he recommended for us to purchase, and I think we only ran out of the smaller cups the last half our of the night. We had an overabundance of drinks, but we would rather have more than less, and with purchasing from Total Wine (as was his recommendation) we were able to return the excess and save hundreds on our total alcohol budget. All of our guests were happy with their service and their helpfulness.

tips on what we needed to buy as far as alcohol for our wedding size. He also came early to make sure all of the beer was iced and wine chilled so we didn’t have to worry about doing any of that which was nice. We were able to have a cocktail hour outside and then resume bar service inside very quickly which was great for our guests! Just-N-Joy was a great bartending service!

wedding. He responded to emails promptly and was committed to making the wedding a success. He met with the bride and groom before hand so that they could come up with signature drinks for the wedding. He provided a shopping list to help us determine what and how much to buy. He recommended that we buy it from a certain vendor that is good about taking back unopened, unrefrigerated bottles. We were pleased with how he took care of our guests and would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others!

Could not have asked for a better team! The communication was great with them. They let me know exactly what they provided and what I needed to provide. The two bartenders that came made sure my groom and I had drinks in hand at all times.
