I truly wish there was a way to rate Just Say Yes (and Raquel specifically) 6 stars, because leaving 5 stars and writing this review is simply not enough praise for what they deserve. From start to finish, Raquel and her team were professional, timely, supportive, responsive, and helpful in every single way. They constantly and consistently told us what to expect next, gave us a clear plan and roadmap, and made the process painless and simple. My (now) wife and I were already pretty organized and prepared, but it's near impossible to imagine having gotten through our perfect day without Raquel's help and guidance throughout the finer details leading up to the wedding - even more so on the wedding day! With the help of Just Say Yes, we were able to truly experience our beautiful wedding and not worry about when and how the next thing happens (who's walking down the aisle next? where does the DJ go when they get here? how do we manage parking passes? is it time for the next speech? etc.). In short, Raquel and her amazing team were crucial to our wedding and we're so incredibly grateful for their hard work, patience, and kindness. Most importantly: we cannot recommend them more highly!!!

With our full planning, we carefully curate the wedding you envision by hand picking vendors who will not only fit your budget, but fit your style. From the very first call with Raquel, I knew she just got it. She's meticulously organized, attentive, experienced, and recommends the best vendors specific to you and your vision....
You want Raquel on your team. For almost a year and a half with planning, she gave so much of her time, effort, care, and attention to make sure our wedding day was exactly what we dreamed of and envisioned. Every time we had a crazy idea or an indecisive moment (of which there were many!!), it was met with support, patience, and a can-do attitude. We knew that we were in the best hands and Raquel was someone we could trust. She keeps you on track for all things during the planning process and budgeting. She can truly juggle it all! Raquel also has the most incredible team at Just Say Yes who are a direct reflection of her heart and talent. Our wedding day was even more beautiful and special than we could have ever imagined - in big part to Raquel and her amazing team. Above all else, Raquel is kind and gives her whole heart to her clients. She is a joy who believes in the beauty of love and stops at nothing to make sure her couples have the perfect day. We truly enjoyed working with Raquel - she made a complicated planning process much easier for us and all of our vendors (and actually enjoyable at times!). Her depth of experience and kindness really shone through from our first planning call until the very end of our wedding night. We first did an intake call with Raquel to get to know each other and make sure it was a fit. She was very professional and answered all of our questions. We felt at ease from the start. We went with the 2-month coordination package, as we felt that we had enough time to do the majority of the planning ourselves, but still wanted help closer to the date.
At our meeting, we did a walk through of the venue and talked about the flow and order of events. Kiara followed up with some resources to help us plan our timeline, and gave us clear action items of what we needed to work on.. The timeline was really our source of truth throughout the whole event, and made us feel way more organized. She also helped us coordinate COIs and setup/breakdown logistics with our vendors, which was a huge weight off our shoulders.
The day of, Kiara made sure everything ran smoothly so we could focus on enjoying ourselves. She made sure everyone was exactly where they needed to be at all times, ensured my husband and I were comfortable the entire time.

They are incredibly organized, kind, and thoughtful, an amazing group of women to have by your side during such an important time. Raquel, in particular, has the most calming presence. No matter what came up (and as I learned, something always does!), she handled everything with ease and confidence.
She was so well-prepared that our wedding day felt completely seamless and stress-free. Raquel addressed every single concern I had, made herself available at all hours, and always made me feel like a priority.

The teams attention to detail, timely calls, professionalism...
and reliability was exactly what we needed; their experience was above and beyond.
We even had a last minute issue with our original flower arrangements and JustsayYes flower department were amazing during “ crunch time”. The relief of the stress was something money can’t buy-seriously.

us on a proper timeline and made sure to connect with each of our vendors. To be honest, I can't even go into all the things she did because she did so much behind the scenes. All I know is that there were multiple instances where we would have final calls with our vendors, and they would tell us, "oh yeah Kiara already emailed us about that." This really allowed us to focus on other parts of the wedding without having to worry at all. The wedding itself ran seamlessly, and I know we have Kiara and Raquel to thank for that. If anyone is considering working with them for their wedding, I could not recommend them enough.

We came into the planning process with no knowledge of what it involved or how complicated it would be, especially in New York City. Raquel and her team helped us with everything big and small. They handled the complicated logistics like sourcing and vetting our vendors, managing our budget, ensuring our contracts were all set, organizing our timelines and to-do lists, walking us through the guest experience, and so much more that I am probably forgetting. We opted to be more involved in the fun and creative parts of the process, which was such a highlight. I loved collaborating with Raquel and her team on designing the look and feel of our day. Another bonus is that Raquel has excellent relationships with so many vendors (including all of ours), which made everything so smooth and easy. When our wedding day actually came around, we didn't have to worry about anything but getting down the aisle. Kiara was our wedding day coordinator and she was FANTASTIC. She was super familiar with our venue and completely understood our vision and vibe. She was a very calm presence on the day and it was much needed. She also did our table assignment floral display, which turned out stunning. ought I knew that planning a wedding was a huge undertaking...I had NO idea exactly how huge until we started. Raquel has been a reputable person in the profession for a long time, and she has a plethora of vendors and venues that are completely thrilled to work with her. She listens deeply to your vision and hopes for your wedding, and she starts pulling ideas from all her wisdom. Raquel has done countless versions of weddings - ours was much less "traditional" and she was totally on board and our steadfast advocate. Raquel is extremely organized and utilizes all her experience to make spot on suggestions that serve as an incredibly helpful guide when it comes to the MANY considerations of the event. Raquel truly respects and appreciates how important this moment is in her clients lives, and is caring, invested, and honoring of that. In the midst of all the chaos of decisions, Raquel helped ground us, get excited and have a good laugh. Weddings bring up a lot for people, and Raquel is well versed in effectively and compassionately managing the complex dynamics of families. And she and her team were checking in with us throughout the entirety of the day.

Prior to the start of our coordination with Raquel, she provided us with a very organized, detailed spreadsheet to guide us through the wedding planning process. Raquel was the organization and detail behind every idea I brought to the table and helped to make our vision a reality!
Raquel was my coordinator but doubled as my wedding therapist throughout the three months! Any wedding related question we had, Raquel was always there with a very thoughtful and speedy email response. Starting at 5pm the night before our wedding when she led us through our mini walk-through, to walking down the aisle, I felt completely reassured everything would go as smoothly as possible due to Raquel’s expertise!
Raquel and her team are the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth that made our day feel seamless. Her team worked effortlessly behind the scenes on the day of our wedding (even running back to my apartment to pick up forgotten ceremony programs and doing so without me even knowing!). They worked their magic and allowed my husband and I to be the guests of honor rather than the hosts. I wouldn’t have made it through the final stretch of wedding planning without Raquel and her team. I highly recommend Raquel’s coordination; she made our day effortless and unforgettable! We signed up for their coordination plan and are so glad we did. Well before the big day even started, Raquel came to our upstate venue, did a walk through with us, took notes, and immediately sent us a detailed to-do list afterwards. She helped us think through shuttle plans, table placements, and coordinated all the final details with our vendors. If/when things came up during the day of--Raquel took care of it immediately. e with at least the three month option, because that first meeting with Raquel took such a huge load off our shoulders and I wish I'd felt that relief sooner! I had sort of assumed that going with the cheapest, shortest coordination package would mean we would be handled by a junior coordinator, but Raquel herself was our point person, there with us every step of the way and she never made us feel like we had anything less than her full attention and energy.
She confidently talked us through every part of the wedding celebrations and made sure that we were covering all the bases - including plenty of aspects we hadn't even thought of. One of the (many) reasons we went with Just Say Yes was Raquel's background in logistics - and those skills were immediately apparent. She easily took the reins on coordinating all our various vendors - even those that only ever gave us general emails or worked with third-party delivery services, and her master spreadsheet was really helpful for tracking and recording all the tasks ahead. She was also great at keeping our procrastinator selves on track, and dealing with our inevitable last-minute asks. She's also the FASTEST texter on the planet, which is really helpful when you're panicking!
Just Say Yes was recommended by our venue, and was already familiar with almost every vendor we worked with.
On the day-of, she was a confident, calm presence with a sunny attitude (even in the face of my extreme stress and nerves) that was truly appreciated.
We really felt the depth of her skill and experience and knew we were in good hands from the first time we talked with her - I'd work with Just Say Yes again in a heartbeat!

Raquel provided valuable insight and recommendations leading up to my wedding date and completely put me at ease. She was available to answer any question I had and provided several resources/guides for me to follow. She helped create a wedding day timeline for me, assisted with rehearsal and was present for our venue walk-through. Raquel and her team are highly experienced and also managed my wedding guest shuttle which was at a different hotel location from where I was staying as well. I cannot recommend Raquel enough, and I highly recommend using coordination services even if you planned the majority of the wedding yourself. Thanks Raquel!!!

Once we got closer to the actual day, Raquel was on top of everything. She set up a walk through of the venue, kept us on track with all of the nitty-gritty details, and had recommendations for any vendor we could have imagined (truly above and beyond what we could have expected). The day itself went off without a hitch -- we had been so stressed in the days leading up to the wedding with last-minute changes and cancellations from guests, but once the wedding day started everything was smooth sailing. We truly felt we could relax and just enjoy our wedding because every last detail had been meticulously planned and attended to.
