Robert was fantastic, he was outgoing, flexible, the guest loved him, and he had great communication throughout the whole planning process and wedding day. We had him do our love story and it was amazing, he went beyond our expectations of what it was going to be! He is great to work with if you have a playlist already made or if you need help picking songs, he will help! Great experience getting to know him and having him as our DJ.

Robert was our DJ for our wedding. He provided top of the line customer service. He was very detailed from the very beginning all the through to our big day. Robert stepped in when our DJ became unable to fulfill the commitment. From the very first conversation my wife and I could sense Robert’s genuine interest in providing us an experience of a lifetime. Robert was amazing! Did a fantastic job as both officiant and DJ. Our guests had a wonderful time. The dancing didn't stop as he read the crowd and changed the music as necessary. We couldn't have been happier. I gave 4 stars versus 5 only because we picked the greatest guitar riff in history (Can't You Hear Me Knocking) for our intro song, and unfortunately Robert talked over it. I'm 50% to blame as I didn't explain the importance, but that was literally the only down moment of the night. I highly recommend him! Just be specific about your music preferences!

We had a good feeling about Robert the moment we first talked to him. We had a special request to play some Bollywood songs mixed with 80s and 90s rock and some modern hits . Robert surprised us by sending us his Bollywood playlist immediately and it was terrific. Robert worked with us before the reception and was one of the first people in the venue. He was the perfect MC, playing music , directing guests, and coordinating dinner. Once it was time for everyone to hit the dance floor Robert made sure people stayed on it! All of our friends said the music was fantastic and they all danced for hours . Go with Robert you won’t regret it!

This is the first time we hired a DJ for any event so we weren't sure what to look for. Before any commitment, Robert walked us through his services and what he could offer us. He really wanted to get to know us to ensure it was a good fit. He is professional and enthusiastic. If you want somebody who will manage the flow/timeline of your day and work well with all of your other vendors then Robert is your guy. We had so many rave reviews of people who "love DJ Robert!". Also, go for the love story he offers! There was a lot of positive feedback on the "love story". The guests have never heard anything like that at a wedding and they were laughing and crying and it was so much fun. Our wedding was full of mid to late twenties guests that love to party and dance. Robert had an amazing selection of music that was well mixed and had the dance floor full the entire night. I can't say enough positive things about DJ Robert Walk, he really made the entire day flowed smoothly ensured we completed everything that we had on our schedule.

We were surprised at how heartfelt Robert is about making sure this experienced is personalized for the bride and groom. He is no ordinary DJ service. He takes the time to learn about who the bride and groom are and makes their once-in-a-lifetime day reflect their vision. There probably won’t be enough space to say how wonderful Robert Walk is. He is MORE than just a DJ. He coordinated and kept the flow of our entire wedding. But it’s more than that. He took the time to know the wedding couple. He took the time to know the important people like the parents and bridal party. At the wedding and still weeks after, I have received comments and emails and texts from people that attended that said that the DJ was the best they have seen and made the entire wedding special. We had Robert Walk as our wedding DJ and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone. Stop looking and book him as your DJ right now. Initially we were not sure if we were going to hire a DJ for our backyard wedding. We are soooo glad we found DJ Robert Walk! He was so friendly and engaging from the beginning. After our first meeting we knew he would be a great fit for our wedding. On the day of he showed up several hours early to set up and test out the sound equipment. He spoke with everyone that was going to speak to make sure they felt comfortable and knew what to do. He kept the event on schedule and did an amazing job managing things while our guests were waiting on food. He even stood at the food truck to pass out food to keep things moving! He was such a blessing to have on our wedding day. After the wedding, people were raving about him! I would absolutely recommend him for any event.

We worked with Rob from Just Weddings and were very happy with our experience! We received multiple comments about how our guests appreciated that Rob would talk with them about what songs would get them out on the dance floor. Rob (and Robert) have a great template for a flow of the evening to keep things moving but also make it personal. Rob was great about meeting with us before the wedding to understand the layout of the space and to discuss our vision for the evening. Robert also came to our wedding to test some lights and those were great - they kept the mood fun and added something special since our event was outdoors. We were very thankful to work with Rob and Robert for our wedding, they made the wedding planning experience much more enjoyable (particularly during the craziness that 2020 brought)!

It was very obvious that Robert is a seasoned professional. He had prepared thoroughly and was able to deal with significant changes in the event. In fact, he saved the day by offering suggestions that worked so well, no one knew that we were dealing with disastrous shortcomings in our plan. He worked well with the young couple and guided them through selecting the music and standard parts that event. He was calm, pleasant and helpful when others might have said, that's not what you paid me for." He has seen so many weddings that he just flows through his required parts and is willing to step up to offer excellent suggestions to make the day go smoothly. We cannot say enough about how much Robert did to "save the day." He was never pushy, but always ready, willing and able to make the entire experience better than we even expected.

Robert was amazing. My son and daughter in law chose him for their wedding reception and he went above and beyond the call. When the pastor didn't show Robert was able to officiate the wedding! He truly saved the day. He organized the entire bridal party as well doing a fabulous job as DJ. Robert is very professional. He was entertaining and engaging as well as kind caring and personable. I got married back in February, and DJ Robert was AMAZING! He helped with the timeline of the wedding, and my mind was at peace knowing I had an experienced DJ helping run the show. He kept my reception fun and entertaining, and he was so good that a couple of my friends got his information and used him at THEIR wedding!

DJ Robert Walk is very thorough, flexible, and made our day worry free! He stayed on top of event timing, worked closely with our event coordinator, and wrote the loveliest story about how my husband and I found each other based off the details he asked for!!! We just sign the paperwork for Robert to be our entertainment for our wedding. Robert is just the best person my fiance could ask for at this time so close to our wedding. He had us smiling throughout the whole first video call we had with him. If want someone with a big personality, Robert is the one you need. We had some qualms with the pricing for everything, but again Robert showed how wonderful of person he is and worked with us in regards to that as well. I cannot wait to see what he does for us in about 5 weeks.

When my husband and I first started looking for a DJ, we knew we wanted someone fun, personable, and that could lead the wedding day. Robert checked off all these things and then some! We first met with Robert to see if he would be a good fit for what we were looking for and without having to even discuss it, we both knew he was the man for the job. We felt so comfortable and so at ease with Robert. He made our DJ dreams come true. He worked with us throughout the year and made the process absolutely seamless. We met through zoom calls (pandemic year am I right?) and made sure he answered every single question and wanted to make sure to hit every single special request we had. On the day of the wedding, he was one of the first people I saw upon arrival to the venue as he was there early to set up and make sure everything went off without a hitch and he did it all with a huge smile on his face. This put me at ease so early on in the day. He not only lead the day but also read the crowd better than I ever could and made sure everyone had a great time and kept everyone dancing. He also worked with all of our other vendors, specifically venue and photographer, to make sure everything flowed perfectly. Two of the most memorable moments of the entire day was walking down the aisle with the special request I had put in about the song and the perfect "Love Story" Robert created during our reception. We could not have imagined a more perfect day and Robert was a HUGE part of it being so perfect. Do yourself a favor and hire Robert for your wedding!!

I got married on 2/22/2020, and used Just Weddings for our DJ. Robert was simply amazing! From start to finish, he was professional and fun! I even had a guest that is planning on getting married say he wanted to fire the DJ he had picked out and go with Robert because he was so impressed. Robert was a great DJ and MC, and made the introductions and the shoe game so much fun! We really loved the personalized touches he made to our Love Story, and it was really special to be able to share that with our friends and family. Robert helped contribute to the perfect day, and I couldn't have asked for better!

DJ Robert Walk was absolutely amazing to work with starting from the day we met! After our initial meeting, I knew that he was the only one I wanted to handle the reception. Planning a wedding is really stressful, but Robert made us feel at ease and confident about how great our wedding would be! He came with us to the reception venue to help us set up where everything should go, he helped us create the reception timeline (& kept us on track when we were getting distracted during the reception!) and made sure people were on the dance floor the whole night! So many people told us they'd never danced that much before in their lives, and that this was the most fun wedding they'd ever been to - including their own weddings! Robert is a true pro. From the time we met to see if we wanted to hire him until after the wedding was over. We found out after we hired him how many of our vendors knew him and said we chose well. He not only kept our guests dancing he helped the photographers get the guests for our wedding photos. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We highly recommend him.

Got married on November 9th and had the best experience with Robert. There were some barricades that my husband and I had to overcome and at times had to even cancel our original date but he stood by us through it all. From our first meeting we knew he was the one. The energy and chemistry was there 100%. My husband loved him and said he was the one. Originally we weren't going to get Robert to host our wedding because he was already booked so we were going with his associate but I believe things happen for a reason because we ended up switching wedding dates and he was available! I was so happy I made the choice to book him because he was great at taking charge of our guests and made our wedding flow amazingly! Everyone kept complimenting me on his work and said he did such a great job. I have no regrets booking him and since he rode this long 3 year adventure with my husband and I we now think of him as family and not just our DJ! Don't look no more, book him now you won't be disappointed!

Hiring Robert Walk was truly a blessing, as he provided so much more than we anticipated going into our wedding day. This is true even more so now as we look back through our photos and realize all the small details that wouldn’t have been the same without Robert’s attention to detail. From ushering guests when needed to keeping our timeline on track, Robert knows how to coordinate the fine details. With Robert you can expect to have high quality entertainment and equipment, but also someone who understands the flow of receptions. Most importantly, Robert is a kind and compassionate man who lacks the arrogance we found with some prior DJ’s we had phone screenings with. He truly wanted to get to know us and deliver a memorable reception that that was personalized to our story. If you want to hire someone who’s truly experienced, will provide so much more than just music, and you can trust won’t offend grandma, I’d highly recommend meeting Robert. Having Robert’s “up lighting” was one of the late adds we made which really contributed to the overall ambience of our reception. It’s not something you’ll realize up front, but having the subtle hues of any color you chose strategically placed around your reception will greatly enhance some of your fondest memories. For our outdoor ceremony & reception, Robert also came prepared with back-up systems and ice just in case the Arizona heat caused any issues. Robert was extremely accommodating to work around our busy schedules for planning meetings and one of the most responsive vendors, responding to most of our messages within minutes via text!

My husband and I were looking for something very specific when we decided we wanted to hire an actual DJ for our wedding. I met DJ Robert at the Arizona Bridal Expo, and I could tell right off the bat that this is what we needed! He was very upbeat, very accomodating, so kind, and so thorough. He met up with us atleast twice, went through every detail of pricing and what was offered, and really made the effort to get to know us. Hiring Robert himself was a little out of our price range, but he set us up with his associate DJ, Rob. Rob was just as fun and just as wonderful, again, accomodating our silly requests and really making the effort to get to know us and the people involved in making our wedding happen. I cannot give enough praise for these two, and I highly recommend them. They are so worth it. Our wedding flowed so nicely with Rob's help, every moment from opening the buffet to the bouquet and garter to the last dance of the night was perfectly timed. It would not have been the same, or nearly as well done, without him. Many thanks!

Looking back at planning our wedding and choosing our vendors, I can officially say the MOST IMPORTANT vendor you will hire is the DJ/MC. Crappy DJ = crappy, sloppy wedding and amazing DJ = stress free, enjoyable, fun night for the bride and groom! Rob was by far the backbone of our entire reception. He kept everyone organized and on track to make the night flow smoothly. We were so impressed at his ability to manage our 130 guests! From our very first meeting with him I knew he was a perfect fit for us. He went far above and beyond our expectations. I have never planned a wedding before (and hope I never have to again ☺) so I had no idea what I was doing. Rob has so much experience and knowledge he helped us construct all the details of the reception like how to properly introduce the wedding party, how much time to allow guests to eat, when to incorporate bouquet toss/garter toss and open dance floor, etc. The list goes on and on. He basically doubled as our Wedding Planner! If you want to actually ENJOY your night, hire Rob. I am forever grateful to him for allowing us to have such an amazing and memorable night. We could not have done it without him.

I cannot recommend this DJ service enough! We were lucky enough to have Robert officiate our marriage and be our DJ/MC. He was always available if we had any questions and did such an amazing job. He ran the music during the ceremony seamlessly while also officiating and made sure the entire wedding ran smoothly. He really takes a lot of stress off of you so you can actually enjoy your wedding. We received so many compliments on the music and on how well the wedding flowed from beginning to end, and it was all thanks to Robert! I loved all of the extra touches that you can add to your package so you can pay for what you want and nothing you don't. Absolutely worth every penny!

Robert was fantastic! All of our guest raves about how great he was. He actually does make you feel like a guest at your own wedding! He was awesome!

We had DJ Mark Wright as suggested by the owner, Robert Walk. We had a meeting with him a few months before our wedding and left with a good feeling. After that we had some communication errors with him and we could not get a hold of him for weeks leading up to the wedding. Robert had to get involved and we agreed that we would not be paying Mark until he arrived on the property. When we finally did get back to us, he was polite and helpful in the planning process, he also undersood that we did not want to pay until he arrived. We had told him multiple times that we were having a live musician for the ceremony and needed a mic and some cables. Mark arrived unprepared and we had to scramble to get the cables from a friend. He did, fortunately bring a mic. We also had given him a Spotify link a few weeks in advance for music that I wanted played during the ceremony seating. Mark and Robert both confrimed that it would not be a problem to play it, but when Mark arrived and set up for the ceremony he said that he did not have anything to play Spotify on, and played other music even though I had put a lot of thought into our playlist. The company offers a nice, organized database where we can add songs to a must playlist, play if possible list, do not playlist, and custom songs. I utilized every category and Mark did not play any of the songs except for the our first dance and bouquet toss. I felt that some of the music was not wedding appropriate (ex: "Where is my mind" - the Pixies, "Wonderwall", etc.) and some of my guests felt the same way. Mark also rushed along some of the speeches from the bridal party which we did not appreciate. I know that it can be a lull for the guests, but it is important for the bride and groom. Overall, working with Robert was great and he did work with our budget. Unfortunately though I do not feel like I can rate higher than 2 stars due to DJ Mark Wright. Robert is pleasant, helpful, professional, and fun. If anyone decides to go with this company, I would try to stay away from Mark.

My husband and I were searching for a DJ who wasn’t cheesy, who created a personal connection with us, and who was amazing at reading the crowd. DJ Robert was exactly that. We could not have found a more perfect fit for our big day. He kept everything on time working with our day of coordinators, he was always smiling and he was extremely flexible. Our guests are still raving about the dance party he created for us that night even two months later. Robert felt like family by the end of the process and we would recommend him to anyone.

Robert is a professional in every sense of the word! From the preparation and planning, the music selection, to the perfect ceremony and reception, he exceeded expectations in all categories! Robert was so great! I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for in a DJ until I met Robert. He was super organized and willing to help me wherever I needed. If I reached out to ask a question he would always get back to me right away. He worked really well with my other vendors and reached out to them so I had less to worry about. My wife and I wholly recommend Just Weddings for any kind of DJ service. The man is attentive to everything that is going on on the dance floor, which makes his timing spot on. I was also impressed by the quality of equipment he uses to make it happen, and his fog machine was very, very cool. The fog hugs to the ground, so you're dancing on a cloud. FUN! If Just Weddings is available for your date, book him before someone else does. You'll have the time of your life!

DJ Rob, was so simple to work with! He was able to meet with us and help us out in directing us on where to go to find the perfect songs for us. He knew the vibe we were going for our guests and was just all around the greatest DJ for us!

You can not under any circumstances NOT hire Just Weddings, it would be the biggest mistake you make. We hired Robert Walk and we do not regret it one bit!! This man and his company are so thorough that you will actually question if you know enough about your relationship to answer all their questions! While we could have gone with any of the wonderful DJ/MC's that work for Robert Walk, we just had to have Robert! He is the kindest, most genuine professional you could hope to work with. When he arrived nearly three hours early for my wedding in Sedona, I was blown away (and gave him the biggest hug!). He set up in three locations, brought the most amazing high-tech equipment, and guided the whole day flawlessly. My guests never wondered what was coming next or had to wait long periods of time for the next fun part of the night; the fun literally never stopped and Robert made sure of that! I never had to question what part of my reception was next because Robert stayed by our sides all night, he discretely got us whatever we needed and prepped us for what was next, while making sure not to interrupt our time with our family and friends. My guests even commented on the amazing fact that he knew how to read the crowd. Always changing the music to keep people on the floor, if too many people were sitting, he would put on a fun song to get everyone up; and he definitely knew when to give people a breather with a slow song. I can honestly say that he became a friend, we owe him so much more than the money we paid him, because he ensured that we "felt like guests at our own wedding." We had such a ball and a lot of that was because Robert made sure of it! My only wish is that we could do it all over again! <3

Robert was truly amazing. I am not even kidding when I say, our wedding would have been a wreck without him. He organizes everything so well, and is so go with the flow. We had so many ridiculous last minute changes in our wedding, and he just took it and rolled with it and it went beautifully. My whole family thought he was amazing, everyone complimented me and my husband on how awesome he was. Robert seemed great the first time we talked I knew I wanted him to be my dj. When we met to sign the contract he was great giving a timeline and lots of info. However I was very disappointed on my wedding day. I feel like Robert knows what to say to get hired. He got 3 of my songs wrong, one which was the song my dad dedicated to me for the father daughter dance. I also found out that a close friend asked to make a speech and Robert told him he had to ask me first but Robert never did. My wedding was still amazing because our family and friends are wonderful but if I could redo it I would hire a different dj.

DJ Robert walk was absolutely the best decision we could have made! Robert acted as both our officiant and our DJ. Our ceremony was filled with heart felt content that made people laugh and cry. The vows Robert had us recite as we did not write our own felt as though they genuinely came from our own hearts. He even played along when we had a strange request to have a beer burro interrupt our ceremony to bring us beers. For the reception, Robert kept us on track for the the traditional aspects like father daughter dance etc, and also allowed flexibility when I wanted to hear certain songs or even to sign happy birthday to a bridesmaid. I even requested the he play specific songs for line dancing and that he call out the name of the dance for our guests to know. He did great! Our wedding was nonstop dancing! It was an absolutely amazing night and all our guests have said it was the most fun they have had in a long time! Thank you Robert! You rock!
