We hired the videographer to do a livestream of the wedding ceremony for the guests who couldn't be there due to covid. It was supposed to be a two-camera setup and they only did one (Afterwords they did refunded us the difference). We were also supposed to be mic'd up and weren't, so half the vows are inaudible.My wife even asked the morning of the wedding "are you sure the audio will be okay". We have had multiple virtual guest complain to us that they couldn't hear my vows, which breaks my heart because we can't redo it. The picture of the livestream was crisp and clear, the guy livestreaming it was friendly, and they were very independent setting everything up. Communication was difficult sometimes with their staffing changes but they were overall pretty nice about it.

We hired Jacob and his team to capture video footage of our wedding day and they were wonderful to work with. They were responsive to emails/coordination efforts leading up to the wedding day and were punctual and professional on the day of. Our goal with our wedding videography was not necessarily to create a movie level production and have all sorts of big, distracting cameras/drones etc. at our wedding. Instead, we hoped truly capture the raw footage and emotion all of the sweet moments of the day. Jacob's team was able to do just that! They provided us with a timely preview video which we love, and lots of great raw footage of our pre-wedding prep, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and party. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is we were slightly disappointed with some of the sound quality of our ceremony. However, we completely understand the unique challenges of shooting an outdoor wedding on a windy day and overall were VERY pleased with the outcome of the videos, especially for the price we paid! We would highly recommend working with Jacob for anyone who is looking to capture video of their special day at a great, competitive price.

Jacob and his team provided us with such amazing raw footage of our wedding. There were hours of videos we were able to watch and re-live. Jacob and his staff were subtle in catching every moment and were never in the way of anything. Their kindness, flexibility and skill made us extremely happy with our videos. Not to mention our wedding preview video totally captured our personalities and was the perfect mixture of fun and serious. We cannot thank Jacob and his staff enough for capturing our special day and allowing us to re-live all the special moments we had that night!
