We can’t speak highly enough of Jerry! He did a fantastic job at our wedding. All of guests complimented us on what a great ceremony we had. Jerry kept the traditional romantic theme of the ceremony while personalizing it to us and adding in some great laughs that we will remember forever.

Jerry was our officiant and I knew from the moment I spoke to him on the phone that I HAD to have him as our JP. My husband and I are natural jokers, were always finding a reason to laugh, so when I spoke with Jerry about keeping our ceremony short, sweet, but funny, he knew exactly what to do. Our ceremony was about 20 minutes or so, and it was the perfect mix of romance, love, vows and comedy. Jerry came to see me before I walked down the aisle and shared a story with me to help calm some of my excited jitters. He is honestly the sweetest, down to earth man, and I am so happy we chose him. He made us a beautiful marriage plaque that we hung as soon as we got home. He definitely made our wedding memorable, and I will always be grateful!

Jerry was our Officiant for our wedding and was exactly what we were looking for in an officiant. Jerry has a non-traditional style and conducts ceremonies with a comedic yet thoughtful touch. We had wanted our ceremony to be entertaining and enjoyable with a non-serious tone to it. This was the feeling we wanted our whole wedding day to encompass and Jerry was able to exactly meet and surpass our expectations. Jerry gave us the options for phone meetings, video meetings and in person meetings. We for the in-person meeting because those work better for us when it comes to planning. Jerry and his wife, Jeri, accommodated whatever we needed. They were thorough with their planning requirements and had us fill out a questionnaire to help them get to know us better before our meeting. As we talked with Jerry and Jeri, we found out that we both had things in common as couples and this made our initial discussions easy. They asked about any special spouse, family or cultural related aspects that we wanted to incorporate, which was a good and attentive gesture. Looking back, I think we ended up talking about wedding planning and the things we liked for a few hours! Jerry and his wife even took us out for pizza after our meeting when we both realized how much we love it! Jerry and his wife really worked as a cohesive team leading up to our wedding day and we could tell that they enjoy what they do, which is bringing people together to celebrate a joyous and monumental time in life. Overall, Jerry provided a wonderful service as our Officiant. We would recommend him to any couples who want a ceremony with a special comedic touch and strong focus on the love that the wedding couple shares. If you want amusement incorporated with happy emotions, Jerry and Jeri are really your officiants! As Jerry continues to make couples laugh and share in their special day, he should continue to pay mind to details surrounding family backgrounds and cultures. Jerry already as a high awareness of this and being able to connect to his couples in this aspect is an important and special skill that he has. His questionnaire that he sends out prior to planning meetings helps Jerry and his wife get an idea of how people are as a couple. This pre-planning and detail keeping will continue to help Jerry and Jeri be successful Officiants. Jerry and Jeri were friendly, efficient, flexible and professional with customer satisfaction as their main priority. Both are are great and passionate people who enjoy what they do. We wanted our ceremony to encompass us and Jerry did exactly that. Our wedding was perfect and the ceremony was humorous, amusing and made our family and friends smile and laugh. We highly recommend Jerry and Jeri!

For this wedding a romantic ceremony with minimal humor was requested. Jerry Cibley's tone and humor was inappropriate and offensive. After discussing with the bride and groom what they wanted, he should have told the bride and groom exactly what he was planning on saying instead of interjecting inappropriate comments throughout. He brought attention to himself as opposed to focusing on the bride and groom.They put faith in a professional, but were completely blindsided. Most of our guests have spoken to us about how embarrassing and inappropriate he was. Guests from both religious affiliations were embarrassed, especially the families and relatives closely involved. For one example of tone, he not only asked "who gives this bride" he pushed the microphone towards the father and said "who are you", as if to make a joke of this all instead of fostering the emotional, special moment between a father and daughter. We would not recommend this officiant. This website asks for an honest rating and opinion.

J. Cibley was amazing!! He made our ceremony fun, entertaining, and very unique. Everyone at our wedding loved the ceremony, and we could not be happier with the outcome. I would highly encourage you to book J. Cibley to be the officiant at your wedding - he will not disappoint!

When my husband and I originally talked with Jerry we felt confident he could help us create an amazing ceremony. We explained we loved wit, but wanted to keep humor minimal in hopes to a romantic and intimate feel. Unfortunately, what we got was a complete surprise. His comments were completely offensive to myself and my guests and I was completely caught off guard. I would not recommend his services and am disappointed in the humor that was used. He should have had the class to ask about using such sensitive content when not knowing how we would react. It was extremely inappropriate and rude.

Jerry was the justice of the peace for my wedding on May 19,2018. From the first time I met him I knew I’d made the right choice . He made sure to listen to what we wanted for our ceremony and kept in touch with us every step of the way. He has a great personality and he made everyone laugh at our ceremony with the little touches he added in. I’d highly recommend him to anyone getting married. We had a great time with Jerry! We meet with him and talked about our upcoming nuptials. He made recommendations which we took. Jerry showed up early (it was pouring on our wedding day) and he was funny when he could be but also serious when he should be. We all laughed out loud many times during the ceremony! Even the staff at the restaurant enjoyed the ceremony. He sent the wedding license back to our town clerk promptly. Hopefully, he can reside at our vow renewals in another 10/20 years :)

I was a guest at a Justice Jerry wedding. He was so much fun listening to him. He was not dry like other officiants I have seen at weddings. Everyone listened, laughed and enjoyed the whole ceremony. My friend who was getting married was so nervous but Justice Jerry made her smile from ear to ear. Her husband was happy, too. I am going to recommend him to another friend who is getting married next year.

Jerry was absolutely amazing ! He took the time to get to know my husband and I throughout the whole process which really showed the day of our wedding . He did personal touches throughout the whole ceremony including leaving a space between the best man, my husband’s father and his brother one of the groomsman for space for his brother that passed away a few years ago so he could be part of our special day. He had just the right amount of comedy to keep the crowd going but new the right times when to put a romantic aspect into it ! They say that choosing an officiant is one of the hardest things to do, well look no further couples because Jerry was outstanding at our ceremony!! His passion for uniting those in love really shined throughout the ceremony. We had nothing prepared and no idea what to expect, but Jerry knew exactly what to do from the moment it started. The words he spoke were beautiful and meaningful. He made us laugh, smile, and more confident of our commitment as the vows went on. He involved our witness ( my mother-in-law) which made her so thrilled! Jerry was professional, flexible, (we got married on a Wednesday at 3:30pm), and unique! Jerry is like no other officiant I've ever seen or heard. He made it personal, with just the right amount of laughter and free styling needed to make you feel moved and at ease at the same time. Justice Jerry made sure our wedding day was amazing! His kind words passion and the way he made everyone laugh made our day so special to us. From the day we met jerry to our wedding day he was thorough getting to know my wife and I he invited us over his house for coffee to meet his dogs and his wife and we talked for hours. I can't say enough AMAZING things about Justice Jerry! He made our wedding day so special from the rose ceremony to making our guests laugh with jokes (just like we asked :-) ). He was kind, accommodating and EARLY for our wedding, which was not an easy task considering that our ceremony was during peak rush hour traffic AND in Boston area. He is great at helping out of state people get married in Massachusetts as I currently live in Michigan. He always got back to us in a timely manner whenever we had a question about ceremony logistics. Incredible ceremony. We wanted something light and fun but also respectable and he gave us exactly that! He kept in touch with us prior to the date to make sure we were at ease. He even had us over to his house for a face to face meeting to go over any questions we may have. We highly recommend him.

Justice Jeri was great! She made our ceremony fun and heartfelt. There was a small issue with email communication before the wedding but once everything was sorted out, I felt much more at ease. Jerry had the perfect combination of humor and sentimentality for our ceremony. He even has a trick to stop you from crying if you get a little emotional. Our guests raved about him and commented on the chemistry we seemed to have even though it was the first time we met face to face. We had karaoke at our reception - he even sang and brought the house down! Leading up to the wedding, Jerry was very responsive and made us feel very comfortable with the ceremony plans. He doesn't typically do rehearsals, but trust in that he is a professional and will make the day perfect.

Jerry was awesome! We booked Jerry for our wedding at the North Beach Clubhouse on 8/15/15. We booked him about a year in advance and he was great from the start. Very personable, and easy to talk to. We spoke for about 45minutes and I booked him on the spot! Durning the planning Jerry was very easy to get ahold of with any questions or concerns that we had! Just before the big day he sent a survey asking different questions about my husband and I to make the ceremony more personal. Boy did he deliver! He hit us spot on and kept it short, sweet, and funny! He even had my husband break dance in front of the crowd! Our guests talked about how great of a fit he was for us and how much they enjoyed the ceremony! I would recommend Jerry to anyone for the big day!

Good: Communication. Was always available to email or talk on the phone. Seemed attentive. Bad: Jeri, the wife, showed up instead of Jerry, who we had contracted with, stating that he was stuck elsewhere. We took it with VERY GOOD STRIDE. Until she said my name wrong during the ceremony.

After trying to contact a few other officiants for our wedding and not getting any responses back, we met Jerry Cibley at the one and only bridal expo that we attended. Him and his wife were engaging, nice and had a great sense of humor. The next day I contacted them and booked them for our wedding. Throughout the whole process, from booking until the wedding day, Jerry was professional, organized and helped guide us through everything that we needed to do, he also kept us informed on what he was going to do. His service could not have been more perfect for us. He delivered exactly what we wanted, he was humorous, making everyone laugh at times, and he was serious, making some cry at times. His expertise shined and you can truly tell that he loves what he does. There is no doubt that he would receive our highest recommendation.

I had worried that the justice of the peace process would be impersonal but Jerry and his wife Jerri provide a warm and wonderful experience. We even got to meet their dogs at the end of the ceremony

Jerry took the time to learn and incorporate little details about both of us. He kept it light and funny but also struck a true cord when it needed to be serious. The ceremony was a quick 20 minutes which kept the guests from getting antsy but had us thinking can't we kiss yet. :)

I CAN'T say enough about Jerry! We (my husband and I) planned our wedding in less than 1 week! Jerry was more than flexible and HAPPY to do our Christmas Eve wedding! He tailored out ceremony to us and was very, very understanding of my dad being almost a 1/2 hour late to the ceremony! Sorry again Jerry!!! He was outstanding when interacting with our children and our dog (who by the way are all very high strung and active!!!) Jerry provided us with a VERY memorable wedding day! I personally was unable to get married due to my personal situation, but Judge Jerry was a great source of information for me and actually went all the way to try to make the process for me at all possible, I had contacted a few people before him did not get much help from them. I will highly reccommed his services and if I need to get married again, I will without a doubt ask him to do so.
