ar since he proposed and the ring has caused nothing but problems. I've taken it in to Justice multiple times to get different things fixed and every time the employees there were rude to me and made me feel like my fiance didn't spend enough money to be worth their time. Every employee I talked to had a different reason as to why my ring kept getting loose stones. One of the smaller stones even fell out at one point so they ended up ordering me a new one (per Pandora's policy) after MONTHS of going back and forth with them to get it taken care of. After only one month of wearing my new one the middle stone was audibly loose. I took it in and they tightened it. A week later it was loose again. They tightened it again for me and that only lasted about 4 hours. When I came back in to let them know that it had come loose again they told me I would need to pay to have more prongs added so the stone would stay better. Then Amelia proceeded to call me and tell me that what my fiance bought me as an engagement ring was a fashion ring and I couldn't wear it everyday. When my fiance went to buy me the ring last year he told them it would be used as my engagement ring and no one said anything about not wearing it everyday. Obviously you wear an engagement ring everyday. Justice made us feel so bad about our purchase that my fiance ended up buying me a new, custom, much more expensive ring just so I wouldn't have to deal with Justice anymore. I have never left a bad review in my life, but the customer service at Justice Jewelers was beyond horrible. We bought my new engagement ring, wedding band and his wedding ring somewhere else and will never be back.

less than a year and in that time I’ve had to have it worked on several times. I received a different explanation as to why my stone was falling out every time it was worked on. This last time, I was finally told that unless I wanted to pay to have them custom recreate the ring I had already bought from them that my center stone would always have to be set crooked because that’s just how their vendor built it. When you aren’t the one staring at that ring everyday, it is very easy to tell someone they probably won’t notice it that much. If I would have known this ring would cause this many problems, I probably would have had it custom made and not have had it ordered by a third party. Now my fiancé feels like he let me down and bought me a cheap ring. That’s feelings no one should ever have.

ance popped the question (Aug. 4th). On Aug. 3rd he went in to pick up the ring and they informed him that it was stuck in customs and was not available. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. The ring is paid for in full yet they can't deliver it. They gave us a stand in plain band ring to substitute knowing full well that they didn't have the ring. Yet didn't tell him until he went to go pick it up. The ring was ordered in June. Very shady customer service and they have a very upset bride on their hands.

Plus we have to drive all the way to Springfield (about an hour and a half) every six months to have the rings checked in order to keep our warranty good. Boo.
