Christine was the best officiant we could have asked for! Not only was she a joy to work with, she helped us craft a beautiful ceremony in a collaborative way that made everything feel personal to who we are as a couple. She even made a few last minute edits to take into account the rainstorm that hit on our wedding weekend, really bringing everything together and making it feel unique. Christine is clearly very experienced when it comes to planning and officiating wedding ceremonies, and she made the process feel easy and seamless. She was very open to our ideas and notes and took the time to incorporate personal details that made the ceremony feel truly unique to us as a couple. She also did a fantastic job guiding us through the ceremony planning process and making sure everything flowed beautifully.
As an officiant, Christine was exceptional, she spoke with warmth, confidence, and sincerity, and she did an amazing job capturing the tone we wanted for our ceremony. She thought of everything and made sure all of the details were clearly lined out, such as stepping out of the way during our kiss, handling the marriage license, making sure my MOH knew to fluff my dress and take my bouquet, etc. The initial script had some traditional elements we wanted to change (e.g., she's used to doing a traditional hand-off ceremony after the dad walks the bride down the aisle, but my dad and I felt it was outdated), and she was very collaborative and open to changes. She stressed on numerous occasions that this was OUR day and that the ceremony should reflect us as a couple. Our ceremony was the most complimented aspect of our wedding because of how personalized it was and how smoothly it went (started on time and was the perfect length). We cannot thank Christine enough for her help!

To ensure we had a ceremony that was true to who we are as a couple, she shared an example of a ceremony script she’d just done and then asked us to provide her with our love story and what we like about each other. From there she took this information and wove it into a beautiful ceremony that was personalized, paid tribute to our moms, had a little humor in it and most importantly felt natural. We were able to collaborate after she put together the first draft for any changes.
On the day of she arrived early making sure everything was all set and the ceremony would go off without a hitch. I would highly recommend using Christine if you’re looking for a professional JP who really cares about what she does.
