Justin was amazing to work with from beginning to end. He was responsive to our emails and was quick to set up a virtual meeting so that we could both meet and get to know each other. We could tell he understood our vision from the get go. During our micro wedding photoshoot, he arrived early and did a full scan of the location to make sure we got the most optimal lighting and angle. This was the first time my husband and I ever took photos together so Justin's jokes and guidance really helped us. He made us feel so comfortable during the photoshoot which showed in the final results; we have so many candid photos that we love! I would totally recommend him to anyone that is looking for a hard working and fun photographer!

Justin was an amazing photographer for our elopement (just the 2 of us)! We zoom chatted with him before booking him, and we loved his vibe immediately and knew we would be comfortable in his presence to fully express all of the romantic, intimate, and silly parts of our relationship. He did a fantastic job with the details, including flagging 5 days in advance that our elopement date would be rained out, so that we were able to immediately reschedule for 2 days later. He expertly laid out the train of my dress, helped me fix my hair, etc. and also touched up the photos afterwards to fix little things. He did a great job guiding us with suggested poses while also capturing our spontaneous candid moments. It was a very fun and relaxing photography session , and the photos turned out amazing -- perfect lighting, composition, etc. 10/10 would recommend him to all couples!

Wow, we have been blown away by Justin. He did a beautiful engagement shoot for us. His work is incredibly fairly priced, and is truly a steal for the quality and quantity of photos you get. He was prompt at responding to me, getting me his information, and booking our shoot. At the photo shoot, he made us feel so comfortable and like we are the most photogenic people, despite any nerves we may have had. We got previews in less than 24 hours and our full gallery in 2.5 weeks. The photos are gorgeous. It was hard to pick which ones we want to post and which ones we want to use for invitations because they’re literally all SO good! 10/10 would recommend Justin for your photography needs!!

Justin was an absolute blast to work with. His photos included a perfect balance of posed shots and candid shots. He worked with us to develop a plan and was able to execute that plan while allowing us to go with the flow and enjoy the moments. In a nutshell: fantastic photos, both posed and unposed. We highly recommend Justin --- hurry up and book him! We hired Justin to be our wedding photographer in DC, and we are incredibly grateful that we did. Here are three we think stand out. (1) Incredible photos We ended up with a huge set of amazing photos — posed, candid reactions from the guests, details of the venue that we didn’t even notice, and more. Usually we’d expect just a few great photos. We have more than we can count! He managed to capture every aspect of our wedding day and left us with so many stunning shots, it’s hard to choose favorites. (2) Super organized He arranged our outdoor photoshoot at amazing spots with sufficient buffer time as we moved between locations. He collected info about the venue and our ceremony plans beforehand to optimize the lighting, perspective and angles for the photoshoot. He reached out to us a few days before our wedding about his detailed plan, and was clear with expectations on when we'd receive our photos. (3) Really fun and easygoing!

Justin was the first vendor that we booked for our wedding- before the venue, before anything else and it was probably the best decision that I made in the entirety of our wedding planning. Justin was such a pleasure to work with from the start and went above and beyond to make sure that my partner and I were comfortable in the run-up to the wedding and on our wedding day (which is saying a lot, because my partner hates taking/being in pictures). On the wedding day, Justin was even more incredible than I could have imagined. He made us both feel at ease the entire wedding, making us laugh and seamlessly capturing amazing pictures along the way. All night and since the wedding, we've had family and friends tell us how incredible Justin was- his easygoing, friendly demeanor made an already really special day even better and we are so grateful to have him as our photographer. The pictures he captured are stunning (no surprise given the work we'd seen of his before) but I was blown away by the candid moments he was able to capture that we will cherish forever. Again- I can't recommend Justin highly enough and will forever be grateful for both the way he was able to capture the best moments of such an important day and for him being such a wonderful person.

Justin was an amazing photographer. When we first reached out to him he took the time to answer all of our questions and really get to know us before we started to work together. Two weeks before our ceremony, he came to our venue and discussed the ideal location for pictures. He was accommodating with finding the right spots for the photos and ideas on how to make the ceremony special. We’ve joked that we didn't remember seeing him during our pre-wedding events and ceremony, but he managed to get so many images and candid photos from all angles and all of the pictures he took came out amazing. He had a very quick turn around on the final album after the wedding and we now have so many wonderful pictures to remember our day. We would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for a quality photographer who will go the extra mile.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Justin, both personally and professionally. He is extremely organized, communicative, easy going, talented beyond measure, and is also a great/fun person to be around. From the moment we first chatted with Justin, we knew we were in capable hands. His professionalism, creativity, and passion for capturing special moments were evident throughout the entire process. Justin is absolutely AMAZING at what he does. My fiancé and I can’t recommend him enough! His communication and planning is 10/10. We let him know the locations we wanted to shoot at and met him day of the shoot - he jumped right into guiding us through the session (we had no idea what we were doing, but Justin made us feel so comfortable). We laughed through the entire shoot! Justin is very personable and friendly. Justin sent previews of some photos the SAME day we did the shoot. We were in love with the previews! Shortly after, we got our full portfolio - to say we are obsessed is an understatement. All of the photos are beautiful, and Justin perfectly captured us. If you’re looking for a photographer who makes you feel comfortable, is great at communicating, and delivers stunning photos - look no further than Justin.

Justin was absolutely incredible!! Working with Justin was extremely easy as he had amazing communication and always valued our time and input. He was able to impeccably capture the beauty and joy of the day. A lot of photographers we considered had beautiful photos, but the reason we went with Justin was because you could feel the joy come through the photos and it paid off! Justin sent us the high quality, well edited photos faster than I have ever heard any wedding photographer get pictures to the bride and groom and he made it very easy for us to share those pictures with family and friends. Not only did Justin deliver beautiful photos that captured the mood of the day, but he went above and beyond his photographer duties. When all of the bridal party was racing around with wet fingernails, Justin stepped in to help button the many buttons on my dress. When we were running late to get to the ceremony, Justin called the front desk at the venue to make sure our ride was waiting for us to get to the ceremony ASAP. I cannot recommend Justin enough!!!

Justin is absolutely incredible! Throughout the entire session, he had my fiancé and me laughing and smiling non-stop - Justin's fun personality made the session enjoyable! His talent as an artist was evident as he continually guided us to the best spots and poses. His ability to capture candid moments was amazing! He was not only professional but also incredibly kind and engaging, there was never an awkward moment. Getting to know him during the session was a pleasure, and we are beyond grateful for how incredible the photos turned out!

Justin is absolutely fantastic. We had a micro-wedding on the national mall, and he was so flexible on our timing and day. He was incredibly responsive during planning, and even helped us out with tips on how to get a permit. He clearly loves his job and he got everyone smiling and engaged in the photo sessions - truly a joy to work with!! The photos are absolutely gorgeous and quick turnaround on the previews. I HIGHLY recommend!

Justin was wonderful to work with, professional, thorough, creative and fun! If you don’t feel like reading this whole review, the main takeaway is: HIRE JUSTIN! You will not regret it. He’s super thoughtful and communicative throughout the whole process and he really makes sure to understand what it is you and your partner are hoping for. He’s incredibly prepared and he does everything he can to make this process as easy as possible (I.e, being willing to hop on a call to discuss any questions, sending along a shot list you can just fill out). On the actual day of the wedding Justin was a wizard. He went above and beyond as a photographer, capturing all those lovely candid moments while also working with our vendors and my very chaotic family to make sure the day went smoothly. He kept the mood light and fun and our entire bridal party really loved him. Even after the wedding, we had several people reach out to tell us our photographer was awesome (an actual text from one of our bridesmaids: “Justin did THAT”). In summation, hire Justin. He really added to the warmth and joy of our big day and he’s also a fantastic dancer. (Also, he sent us preview photos faster than you would think humanly possible).

If you are looking for a top tier photographer for you special day, look no further!!! Justin's level of talent is simply unmatched and he's the guy you need. Where should we even begin?! He really is a hero when it comes to all of the vendors you deal with during the process. Their contribution to making your wedding successful is dependent on whether they decide to go above and beyond, and we can confidently say that's exactly what he did. We were hoping that the uniqueness of his initial work that we came across would also shine through on our day and he DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT! From the first moment we met with Justin, to him being the last vendor to stick around to help us clean up after the reception, he has been such a joy to be around and work with. Justin was all for meeting us at the venue for a walk-through and afterwards he stuck around for a glass of wine to chat and get to know us a little more. We greatly appreciated him getting a feel for who we are as individuals, as well as a couple. He has such a lovable personality and he really makes an effort to depict that same love through his photos. He has great attention to detail and is great with doing both candid and posed photos. His level of professionalism, adaptability, and organization of his work is second to none! Even though the weather was not on our side for our ceremony, he was still able to help us capture the amazing scenery and ambiance that we fell in love with at our venue. He took plenty of candid photos at the reception and it's like you can actually feel the energy through the pictures! He was moving all around the room with so much passion that you almost forgot that he was taking pics of everything going on. ALSO, if you ever get a chance to watch him break it down on the dance floor you'll realize... JUSTIN CAN DANCE!!! 10 out of 10 for his dance moves for sure. If we could leave a rating higher than five stars we would most definitely give him the highest praise... and then double it. The preview shots were high quality and wholesome and we will be giving him a shoutout to everyone we know! We hope to work with him again in the future! My wifey and I are fangirling so hard - WE <3 JUSTIN FOREVER :)

Two words: HIRE JUSTIN. I cannot sing his praises enough. We decided to go with Justin as our photographer because of a few main things: his reviews were awesome; his portfolio shows his strong, artistic eye for the big dramatic shots; and he also captures the smaller in-between moments that are often missed in the excitement/chaos of the big day! His communication is next level - whether via phone, email or in-person on the day of. He has such a fun and warm demeanor. He gets you hyped during the shots, and can also rally & direct family members during the chaos of family portraits 😂 I am so happy we hired Justin, he was worth every penny and more. Justin is THE photographer!! I initially found Justin by looking through photographers on the Knot, and my husband & I instantly fell in love with his work. There is such a joy that he captures in his images, and I am happy to say our wedding was no different! His website is clear and easy to navigate, we loved him from the very first initial consult we had (we realized halfway through our conversation that he and my husband actually had some mutual friends in common!) & we found his whole process very easy to understand and plan leading up to the day. He asked us thoughtful questions about us, our relationship, our wedding, and what we wanted to feel like looking back on our wedding photos. He made us feel very heard and didn't pressure us about making a decision right then and there (though we kind of did, we loved him right away!) Justin is extremely professional while also feeling like a friend you've had your whole life- he helped direct our friends & family during photos by shouting affirmations and encouraging us to just relax & be ourselves, helping everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. I had a short list of things I knew I wanted to get photos of, but Justin took so many more that I didn't even think to ask for, and now can't imagine not having! I really appreciated how quick of a turnaround the photos were as well- I had some previews within days! He provided us with the full gallery without any watermarks and encouraged us to do whatever we wanted with them, and posted some of our favorites on his page as well. His work is well worth the investment, and you will feel like you have a friend supporting you and your partner throughout your day. He had lots of different package options for a variety of budgets, and the process of payment, receiving our photos, and ordering albums was all easily explained & he was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. I lost my dad the year before our wedding & Justin was very thoughtful about handling family photos, even getting pictures of my bouquet with a charm I had made of my dad's handwriting without me even remembering to ask. He was able to wrangle my restless family for some quick photos right after the ceremony, and tapped my husband and I for a few quick pics at golden hour that came out amazing. If you can't tell by my rambling, we really loved working with Justin. If you are looking for a photographer who loves what they do, loves the couples they work with, and has a stellar portfolio, Justin is the guy for you.

Booking Justin as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we could’ve made for our wedding day! Not only is he supremely talented, he has such an amazing personality that made working with him so much fun! He accommodated our engagement shoot which was a bit out of the way, answered every email/text quickly, and even made an effort to help with some timeline planning when I was struggling with it. As two people who are not always great in front of the camera, he was so helpful in telling us exactly how to pose and was really encouraging even when we felt embarrassed. He’ll also go above and beyond to get “the shot”! He was running back and forth through our bubble exit, was on his feet for HOURS taking thousands of photos so he could deliver everything we would want, and deliver he did!! He is so good at what he does but is also so kind, funny, and easy going - you get the whole package with Justin!! Even our vendors told us they loved working with him. On top of that, our pictures were absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful!! Not only did we have the best time working with him, we get to keep his amazing photos forever. Justin is incredible. He is exactly who you want for your wedding (or any event for that matter). He is incredibly responsive, a great communicator, and extremely professional. He is SO quick, knows exactly what he’s doing and what looks good, will help you pose when you feel awkward and has fun energy to help you relax. On our wedding day, he went above and beyond. Our guests LOVED him, he was so fun to be around, and only added to the party. And finally, the photos are breathtaking. They tell an amazing story, the lighting is perfection, and the shots are as creative as they are authentic. He’s amazing and he doesn’t know it but will be photographing the rest of my life’s events :) Your photos are forever, and he is who you want capturing that!

Overall we had an amazing experience with Justin. He took 1 hour of photo's that we will treasure for a lifetime. The experience, before, during and after the photos was seamless. I first saw Justin's work when someone I knew posted their engagement/wedding photos on Instagram, and I was immediately drawn by how beautiful each photo was, his mastery of working with light, and how you could literally feel emotion emanating from the images. This was almost 3 years before I had to look for a wedding photographer, and when I was starting my search, I knew that I had to reach out to him to see if he could work with us for our wedding. By the time we had our engagement photo shoot with him, it was so clear that he was an incredible artist. He knew exactly how to give us direction to make every photo special, and he was also so much fun to work with and to get to know. He was such a great presence to have on our wedding day, made everyone feel so comfortable, and documented the day perfectly. When we looked through our final photos, it felt like we were reliving the entire day and then some, since he captured so many details that we did not get to appreciate among the craziness of the day. He is a consummate professional who responds rapidly to any emails/questions and returned our final portfolios in lightning speed. We cannot recommend him enough.

Justin is the best. We originally booked him for our March 2020 wedding in DC, which we had to cancel at the last moment thanks to a little global pandemic, and he stuck with us all the way through to our May 2023 redo in Philly. He was so easygoing despite the switch to a new city and new venue and made us feel comfortable the entire time. He's a pro. He knows all the right questions to ask, how to get the shots he wants, and how to make people feel good in front of the camera. Honestly, we had a great time just hanging out with him on our wedding day, where he truly was a one-man machine. We couldn't believe how many shots he got, honestly. We'd recommend Justin to anyone.

Justin was recommended to me by two of my friends who also used him for their weddings. He was by far the easiest, most cheerful, professional, and knowledgeable vender we worked with at our wedding. Justin was so easy to get ahold of at anytime about any question. Included in his fee is a site visit to scope out pictures/angles which I found incredibly helpful. I felt really comfortable asking him questions and troubleshooting possible weather issues/locations etc. Justin went with us to multiple locations on the same day at no extra charge which I thought was very generous. His prices are fair and he is very generous with what you get. Also, his attitude/vibe is so upbeat and positive he was a pleasure to work with. And of course, the photos he took were absolutely incredible! He was able to capture very intimate moments without being intrusive and I feel like he documented our wedding day so accurately, beautifully, and perfectly. I don't know how he is able to be everywhere at once! The variety of joy and emotion he captured from our friends, family, and us was out of this world. I am so so happy with my photos and I cannot recommend Justin enough for your wedding. My family was also incredibly impressed with his attitude and skill and kept asking me where I found him, commenting that I hit the jackpot! 11/10.

Justin Kunimoto was our wedding photographer at Brookside Gardens in MD. We were referred to Justin by a friend and we were impressed by the quality of his portfolio and photography style. We immediately clicked with Justin during our first video consultation. Justin efficiently created our proposal, which included a timeline detailing all of our photo requests. During our walkthrough at the venue, Justin had a great eye for the best places to take photos and helped us create a plan for our wedding day. He even offered to take extra photos before and after his scheduled time slot. On the wedding day, Justin went to the venue in the morning to double check on photo locations with the best blooming flowers and even came to check in with us at our hotel while we were getting ready. He was supportive and made us feel comfortable during our wedding and shared preview photos with us the next day! We were pleasantly surprised to receive our photo gallery with a very quick turnaround and were very pleased with the outcome. We would 100% recommend Justin for any professional photography needs.

Justin is hands down the BEST wedding photographer in the DMV area. He was absolutely all that we had hoped for from our engagement photos to our BEST day ever! We are truly honored to have him. He did a phenomenal job and blew away our expectations. Justin was extremely easy to communicate with, super personable, hard working and very talented. I hated wedding planning. It gave me anxiety and acid reflux. But choosing Justin as our photographer was the best decision we made for our wedding. Besides getting married to the love of my life (I love you, Dan), choosing to work with Justin was the best decision I made. I read on a post somewhere, a long time ago, that choosing the right photographer was one of the most crucial decisions of wedding planning. Memories are wonderful, but unfortunately, they’re fleeting. Photographs are forever. First, we need to talk about the photos. He DELIVERED. He surprised us with an incredible selection of previews within hours of our engagement photoshoot (Does this man ever sleep?) and within a few days of our wedding day. I swear I didn’t even see him at all during our ceremony, but somehow he ended up delivering so many incredible photos from incredible angles. My husband and I have asked each other “how did he even get that shot?” many times while looking through the pictures. He captured our day in an even more beautiful light than I remember it. My family has always hated photos of themselves, but when Justin’s photos came in… I have never seen everyone upload so many pictures so quickly onto their social media. I think my dad may have changed his profile picture 3 times while clicking through the wedding album. Now we need to talk about Justin as a person. Professionally, he is so incredibly detail oriented, but also very go with the flow, which is so very important. He showed up to our getting ready spaces to “feel out the vibes” and help out with anything he could. For some reason, our wedding and Harry Potter Day coincided, and Potterheads kept trying to crash our wedding… Not on Justin’s watch. He very graciously shooed them all away. Not a wizard nor witch in sight. And at the end of the evening, Justin helped pack up all of the decorations, and made sure that everyone was safely on their way home. I also feel like I need to review Justin as a friend. He’s a genuinely kind and funny person. 12/10 friend. Responds to all of the dumb gifs, memes, and videos I DM him. He would be a 13/10 friend, but I took off a point because he couldn’t simultaneously be our wedding guest and our wedding photographer. Pro Tip: Ask Justin to dance at your wedding. His knees might give out, but he puts on a great show.

Justin was a pleasure to work with and a brilliant photographer! From first contact to the day of our elopement, communication was excellent. On the big day, he was great at directing me and my wife to feel at ease and pose for the camera. Very friendly and very accommodating! As for the photos themselves, I couldn't have asked for better, very artsy and personal - he is a man of his craft :) I can't recommend him enough. Do yourself a favor, and skip the headache for your big day and go with my man Justin!

We wanted formal pictures for the families and pictures that's "us" . Justin came promptly on time and was more than willing to accommodate our requests. We were immensely happy with the results and Justin was actually willing to stay later and took pictures of the reception even though we hadn't expected him to to do! Definitely a recommend!

I feel so blessed to have met Justin! My husband and I had a court wedding but wanted to elope to Grand Teton with a group of friends for official photos. Luckily, we found Justin and we could not have asked for anyone else to join our four-day trip to Grand Teton! Justin was efficient with his photo editing, purposeful with a vision, and flexible in joining our silly and easy-going group of friends. He also went above and beyond his role as a photographer. The day before we started taking photos, my handheld steamer just couldn’t remove the wrinkles in my wedding dress. Justin literally single-handedly saved my wedding dress with his steam ironing skills! And I don’t even know what to say about his sheer sense of adventure. Justin produced many specular shots utilizing the full spectrum of the day and even went with us on an 8-mile hike. After this, we hilariously ended the trip with a slumber party doing skin care and Korean face masks and playing Code Names. At the end of this trip, I’m so happy to say we made a new friend of Justin :)

Justin, is not only a pro at what he does, he is someone that I want to hangout with as a friend! He is professional, on-time, responsive, and affordable for the services he provides. He even played a role in making sure as the bride I was fed and hydrated throughout my wedding. His photographic style is clean,crisp, and classic. These photos will never age and will be timeless for years to come. He also provided recommendations for how we should work out our timeline for photos which helped us with other planning for the wedding day. I had the privilege of working with Justin on my elopement. Unfortunately, we ended up having to postpone so this review is just for the prep work. Justin's photography style is very beautiful! He provided great information on locations around DC that would work for our photos. He also helped me figure out how to get a permit for the National Cathedral. I contacted a lot of photographers, and no one was near as responsive or helpful as Justin. It's very hard to find a talented photographer who's as responsive and reassuring. I wish I could have worked in person with Justin. I highly recommend him from what I experienced!

do I start? As a photographer, Justin is so talented at noticing beautiful details and moments during your wedding day when you’re busy with other stuff. He takes plenty of pictures so the gallery unfolds like a story- when you look back it’s touching to see those details! He is super efficient and thorough. His photos are beautiful- I absolutely love his ability to capture light and the natural state of things. As a person Justin is generous, kind, and thoughtful. He went out of his way to help us set up, carpool, pitch in for groceries, etc. all things he was not expected to do but did anyway because he has such a kind heart. All of my family & friends (and dog too😂) loved him. Justin is efficient, honest, transparent, and organized. From the get go you know he pays special attention to every one of his clients, their personalities, their family dynamics, and what matters to them. He takes the time to read and ask your opinion. His work and timing is always as promised. He’s responsible and will help others be responsible too 😄 After the wedding a first gallery of photos came out quickly! I just can’t recommend Justin highly enough if you have any special event. He is truly wonderful!!

My wife and I could not be happier with Justin’s photos from our wedding day! He beautifully captured every detail of the day, and we will cherish his work for years to come. But to be honest, just focusing on Justin’s photography skills misses out on how we did not expect to make such a wonderful and supportive friend during our wedding journey. Starting with our first email to Justin, he was quick to respond to messages and help us think through the logistics of our wedding. Every time we connected with him, we could feel his excitement to be a part of our story. This was especially true with our check-in call the week of our wedding – Justin brought empathy, positive energy, and encouragement during what turned into a hectic and emotionally challenging time. Then, on our wedding day itself, Justin’s joy spread to everyone. He kept me, my wife, our wedding party, and our guests energized with his jokes and presence, and he fit right in with the rest of our vendor team. At times he was even like an extra bridesmaid, thanks to his attention to getting my wife’s dress just right for specific photos. After our wedding, Justin’s work ethic continued to shine. During a busy season, he still shared preview photos with us less than two days after our wedding, as well as a full set less than three weeks later. Thank you, Justin, for making our wedding day so memorable not just through your photos, but for being our friend throughout it all!

Stop searching and hire Justin. I can’t imagine working with anyone else for our wedding day. He was super kind, always responsive, and made our whole day so smooth. We are obsessed with how the photos turned out and would absolutely select him again. And he gets a million bonus points for shooting through 93 degree heat at our backyard wedding.

It was just lovely working with Justin. He's communicative in a way that brings strong confidence and optimism to the client. He has a "can do" spirit that reflects well both in his communication and in his actual photography. Justin is prepared to do anything to make the day of the wedding easy on me, my (now) husband and my family/guests. Justin is friendly, sincere and has a way of working with people that endears him to us all. My mom who is normally quite shy just simply loves how he's naturally helpful and puts himself right into his work, even if it means helping to hook up the back of my wedding gown. Justin's quick with his work and in a period of a couple of days was able to revert with a series of photos for viewing. His photographs, whether formal, candid shots or anything in between captured the wedding and everyone in it wonderfully. There is no doubt that Justin is an exceptionally talented photographer! He captured every single moment of our wedding from every single angle- all by himself! But the best part about working with him was that it was like working with a friend. He took care of us and our wedding party, chatted with us throughout the night, and just brought incredible energy to the reception. I cannot say enough positive things about Justin. If you are looking for a wedding day photographer, please do not hesitate. My experience working with him has been phenomenal. From the casual meet and greet, to a couple planning sessions leading up to the big day, he was very easy to work with. Arguably, a photographer is the ONE vendor that starts the day with you (for the bright and early, getting ready photos) and ends the day with you (for the crazy reception and after party!), and Justin not only remained professional and fluent in capturing amazing moments in his camera, but also made the ENTIRE process SO fun. It could be a bit draining to constantly pose, smile, occasionally get distracted with guests, but he kept us on schedule, while being flexible, and kept us ENTERTAINED. And boy, does he know how to heat up the dance floor and get the craziest side of our guests! By the end of the night, I just wished we had invited him as our friend/guest. It's been a pleasure, and I will definitely be reaching out to him to capture special moments in the future!

I don't think words will ever be enough to say just how much we love Justin and are grateful that he was there with us on our wedding day. During every phase of our wedding photos, Justin was all over it. He suggested spots, props, poses, looks, etc. for every setting (without being pushy at all) and helped us bring out our personalities. At the day of the wedding he was extremely accommodating and brought energy to the many photo sessions we had. Throughout the whole process Justin was very responsive and took the initiative to message us first on many occasions with helpful tips questions we hadn't thought of. He's awesome to work with and we're happy to recommend him to anyone we know.

Justin was easily one of the best vendors we had on our wedding day. Our families really wanted formal pictures, and he made taking them fun and painless. He was also super fast and efficient—we didn’t need all the time we had budgeted for pictures, which meant more time for us to chat with our guests at cocktail hour. Justin blended in to the wedding catching amazing candids of us and our guests, which have been incredibly popular with everyone. He did an amazing job capturing our energy as a couple (silly and fun), and went out of his way to get the funny shots. We also did our engagement pictures with Justin, which was great for us to practice, and we used the pictures on our save the dates and in our wedding decoration. Cannot recommend Justin highly enough!!

It's been eight weeks since Justin photographed our wedding, and my husband and I are still raving about him at every opportunity. It's not just that the hundreds of photos he delivered are gorgeous — although, to be clear, the photos are gorgeous! Justin truly captured not just what our wedding looked like, but how it felt. I can't stop looking at them. It's not just that the photos were delivered right on time — although they were, in what is famously the busiest wedding year since the 1980s. Justin didn't just hit every deadline, he overdelivered. We got married on a Friday night. Justin photographed another wedding the next day. By Monday morning, we had a massive sneak preview that covered the event from every angle. Honestly, those photos alone would have been enough — but the full gallery, which we got a few weeks later, was somehow even better. I'm very concerned that Justin doesn't sleep! Above all else, from beginning to end, Justin was an absolute gem to work with. He answered every email at lightning speed. He respected our budget and never tried to upsell us: we could afford his baseline package (which is quite affordable by industry standards) but no more, and he never tried to talk us into more time, engagement photos, or a second photographer. Throughout the whole process, Justin went above and beyond. He helped us troubleshoot our ceremony entrance and my makeup decisions. He was the only vendor who never had to be reminded about a single detail, and he managed to keep everything under control without ever seeming harried or stressed or pushy. If you're getting married, hire Justin. If you're not getting married, consider getting married so you can hire Justin. Personally, I will be scheming for more opportunities to get Justin to take photos of my loved ones. I can't imagine our wedding without him.

One of the best wedding decisions we made was hiring Justin! We knew after browsing his Instagram and his website that the photos would be excellent, and our expectations were completely exceeded. Justin spent a lot of time before the wedding getting to know us, making sure he was aware of who we wanted in our family/staged photos, and just being an overall part of the planning process, which we really appreciated. On our actual wedding day, he showed up early and spent time with both of us in our separate getting ready locations. Justin was an absolute joy to be around all day. The photos themselves are beautiful - Justin nailed the staged photos but also captured the candid moments perfectly. We cannot recommend Justin enough!
