Pricing was very fair and reasonable but the quality of what I received was not diminished in any way. I would highly recommend!!

at was, this company is not willing to give me any kind of a refund. They were first willing to give me a credit for a future event. However, we cannot have a future event they can support because my husband is in the military and we are being stationed to another duty station out of state immediately after his travel restrictions are uplifted. Currently, this company is not willing to do anything to help our situation and is also requesting that I pay them the remaining balance for flowers I will never receive. They stated they could review the contract 6 months from now, but will no longer review our contract due to factual reviews that were posted pertaining to their business. Justin flowers also stated that my money will not be used for flowers, but instead for legal aid for “slander”. The management of this company also refuses to speak with me over the phone, and now via email. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I highly advise people to refrain from using Justin flowers in order to avoid the horrible experience we have endured.

urgundies, pinks and touches of gold and succulents, I had no ideal what succulents looked like (I do now). Nestecha took my Brides ideals and turned them into her dream wedding. All I wanted was my Bride to be happy on our wedding day and she was! A happy Bride makes for an even happier Groom! Nestecha and David were so much fun to work with. They truly made us feel at home in their shop.

she placed in small round glass containers. One of my accent colors was gold. She placed gold peoples in the potted succulents. My bouquet was beautiful, which also had succulents. She even saved the day with our cake. Since we had a small wedding, I ordered a cake from a very popular bakery. I also took this cake for a ride all over Austin. When Nestecha showed up to set up, we took the cake out of the fridge, it had collapsed! I was shaking and I about to cry..she gently took the cake from me and told me..Don’t worry, I’ll fix it! At that moment my hair and make up person showed up. I don’t know what she did, or how she did it, but you could not tell it had collapsed! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her!!

meet your needs as quickly as possible. However, I think they were in a busy season because there were several times where I didn't receive a response until at least a week after my inquiry. They also changed their staff several times throughout our 10 month engagement, which made it difficult to keep up with where we stood in the planning process. Overall though, they did a great job with the flowers, and they even graciously accommodated our VERY last minute request for them to set up the rentals for us! I would definitely recommend Just'In Roses, but be aware if your wedding/event date is in a spring or summer month as they are a little busier during that time of the year and don't seem to have enough staff members to support the workload! You'll just need to be a little more on top of your game, and if you get the planning taken care of early in the process, you shouldn't have any problems!

Additionally, when questions arose, Nestecha or David would patiently answer our phone calls or return calls in a timely manner. On the day of the wedding, I received a text message from my dear friend who plays the organ in our church and has attended literally hundreds of weddings. He commented that these were the most beautiful flower arrangements he had ever seen at a wedding in our church. I had to agree with him. They absolutely took my breath away when I saw what Nestecha had created with my vision! I cannot thank Just'in Roses enough for adding so much to my daughter's wedding! If you are looking for a florist...look no further! You have found THE BEST!

The flowers were absolutely stunning and my mom kept them after the wedding for many days after. Just'in Roses is also reasonably priced so great for brides on a budget. I highly recommend!

. After reviewing the order/contract several times prior to the day I had hoped everything would be ready to go. The wrist corsages were pinned corsages and we were missing our flower girl petals. Thankfully it only took 30 min to fix, but it did delay my timeline for the day. The flowers were beautiful and matched our colors.

Nestecha totally rolled with it when I explained my situation, and after I described the number of size of vases, helped me to estimate how many flowers I'd need. Carefully she questioned me about what kind of flowers and color scheme I was looking for (lots of native Texas wildflowers!) then promised a box of mixed bulk flowers that I could use to create my own centerpieces on the day of. She probably didn't sell them to me at cost, but it was a very reasonable price, and she was also fine with me picking up the flowers myself rather than charging me for delivery. Doing DIY centerpieces on the morning of your wedding is not a thing you undertake lightly, but if you have lots of creative women in your family who are just burning to help, then it's really no problem at all. They took Nestecha's collection and plunked them into my various thriftshop finds, and the flowers looked wonderful! She even took the time to substitute in other plants when she felt my first picks weren't looking 'so great' at the markets that week, which I appreciate and respect. She also designed and built 5 bouquets, incorporating wildflowers and herbs at my request, and guests had nothing but compliments for their beauty after the fact. Every bride knows that it's hard enough trying to pull off a DIY wedding on a shoestring budget, and vendors don't help when they insist you pay all or nothing for their expensive services. It was so nice to work with Just'in because they weren't out to nickel-and-dime me, that they were really happy to just provide what I asked for and call it a day. Even considering that they had to be dealt with at the last minute, given their vulnerable nature, I consider the flowers to be among the least of my stress factors that day. Nestecha made it so easy!

A few days before the wedding I explained that I wanted the flowers to be set up before the pictures (Which started at 2:30). Nestecha assured me it would only take 30 minutes to set up. However, on the day of my wedding she showed up with Silver Candle sticks when we had discussed gold. She did not have the proper candles for my venue despite us talking about the venues policy. Then the when she was draping the arbor she used cream and burgundy. It was only suppose to be burgundy. When I went to address the mistakes with Nestecha she was VERY RUDE. Blamed all the mistakes on changes I made 6 months ago. When I started to walk away to grab the picture of what I wanted the arbor to look like she grabbed my arm and pulled me back. PHYSICALLY GRABBING YOUR CLIENTS IS UNACCEPTABLE. In the end, it took 3 hours to set up the venue. She finished setting up the wedding at 5:00 for a 5:30 wedding. I have no pictures of the venue set up before guest arrived. My advise with this vendor is make sure you get everything in writing, double, and triple check with them. Also, make sure they reserve more than 30 minutes to set up. I never got to see the reception set up and I never will because of them.

Just’in Roses has a sister company, Vases Vases, which we rented the vases and other decoration from instead having to purchase the vases and decor as other florists we consulted with required. Nestecha and her team far exceeded our expectations and we absolutely loved our wedding floral!

The church does not allow petals to be thrown on the floor, so the flower girl was going to have an arrangement of flowers, I was told roses for her basket. The flower girl did not get roses, pretty still, but not what I was told. They provided a free toss bouquet for me, and I did not realize it there. It consisted of 6 carnations. It looked a little meek... Granted, my bouquet was a big bunch of carnations and it was lovely. Maybe I was picturing it would include the other flowers used on the floral arrangements for the reception. Really not a big deal, because it all worked out in the end, but I am not sure I would use them again...

So many of the other florists I spoke with wanted to do way too much on the centerpieces or had a different vision in mind and did not listen to what I actually wanted and gave me very high quotes based on what they envisioned my wedding flowers to look like rather than what I was asking for. I finally found Nestecha in July, and knew I had found the right florist when she listened to my ideas and built a beautiful plan around them, even suggesting some complimentary flowers I'd never heard of. Needless to say, she created an absolutely spectacular floral package - I am still getting compliments on my bouquet, cake decorations, and archway design! My family have also been in the floral business, and they were very impressed with the quality of flowers and even how long they lasted after the wedding. I highly recommend Just'in Roses to anyone getting married in the Austin area.

She has a way of relaxing you and explaining all of the possibilities. Her experience and her eye for detail are wonderful and she was able to quickly fine tune my random thoughts and ideas into a workable plan for my wedding and reception. Her ideas were BEAUTIFUL! She was easy to talk with...patient and funny! She took the time to explain everything and answer all 1000 of my questions with a smile, even doing some hands on demonstration so I could wrap my brain around things better. I couldn't have asked for a better floral designer to work with during this very detail oriented time of my life. I actually was referred to her from some prior clients of hers from whom I bought centerpiece glassware on Craigslist. They raved about her and so I thought I should check her out and boy am I glad that I did! You should as well because her prices, gorgeous flowers, warm personality and creativity make her a true gem to work with for whatever event you may have coming up in your life.
