While we only hired her for the month of coordination, she was in touch with us through the year prior to our wedding helping us make decisions and reminding us of all of those small details that are easily forgotten. She reached out to us and our vendors for finalization just over a month before the big day to confirm everything and make sure we were ready to go. We were planning an Arizona wedding from the other side of the country and she made all of this so easy! We had some issues with one of our vendors that Justine went above and beyond to resolve and handled the entire frustrating situation with professionalism. When the big day came around I didn't have to worry about a thing. I enjoyed spending time with my friends and family while we got ready, and (as far as we know!) there were no issues on the day itself. She also put together all of our flower arrangements and they were beautiful. Justine was such a major help and having her as our coordinator meant I could fully enjoy my day without stressing about final details, coordinating vendors, and handling any last minute problems. I cannot recommend her and her services enough.

a business trip, realizing that I had no idea how to choose linen nor the time to learn, I woke up to reality. We needed help. We tried contacting a few planners, but were shocked when we didn’t get replies. Not a good start. Eventually, the catering manager at our venue suggested Justine. The moment I got on the phone with her, I was blown away by her ability to understand what we wanted, even though I struggled to articulate it. Justine immediately started sharing her ideas and exuded confidence. I was hooked. From then on, Justine expertly managed our wedding design and planning. She came to the table with ideas, incorporating our feedback and building on our theme. In fact, she helped us put a name to what we wanted, even we couldn’t. It eventually led to our hashtag: #thecosmicduo. Along the way, Justine was incredibly responsive. No email or text went unanswered. Replies were nearly immediate across the entire 8 months we worked together. Justine was also graciously flexible. When we wanted to make last minute additions, the answer was always, ”I got you”. The Day Of, Justine was at the venue before dawn and the last to leave. I had this feeling that what I know Justine did was only the tip of the iceberg. Too many things happened so smoothly! I also appreciated Justine’s no nonsense attitude. If something wasn’t right with another vendor, she went straight to the heart of the matter and fixed it. Beyond coordination, Justine was also our florist. She made me the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever seen and she found a way to bring the desert to life at our reception. It’s clear that Justine loves what she does and has a fabulous talent for designing gorgeous, well-coordinated weddings. Five stars is not enough!
