We first met Douley and the JustShoot Photography LLC team at a DC wedding expo, and we were immediately impressed by their expertise in lighting for melanated couples. From that m...
oment on, they continued to exceed our expectations. Our engagement shoot was a fantastic preview; Douley gave us great direction and posing tips, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. On our wedding day, the team was punctual, polite, innovative, and brought such a positive energy. Even our guests are still raving about their attention to detail! We also booked their 360 booth, which was a huge hit. Getting our wedding photos and videos back so quickly was the icing on the cake. With sometime as stressful as a wedding, Douley and the JustShoot team were a massive part of making the day feel seamless. I can’t wait for another excuse to hire them—1000% would recommend!
We can't laud the character of Abdul without sounding redundant. Every good thing that has been said about Abdul is true. The two words that come to mind to describe this man are: ...
altruistic and mensch.
We hired Abdul a month prior to my court wedding. He made sure to reach out to us before the wedding, explained the logistics for the day of, worked within our budget and time frame, showed up on time for the wedding and was positive throughout, took amazing pictures outside during subzero temperatures, made ALL of our guests feel welcomed and special, performed work for us outside of his paid duties, was extremely professional, including his assistant, checked up on us after the wedding, we received our AMAZING photos on time...we could go on and on...
Planning a wedding is stressful. Dealing with various vendors to achieve your vision can be chaotic and nerve-racking. But, what we learned during this experience was that hiring Abdul was the least of our worries and the best hire ever! We have not only gained a photographer (who by the way we will be calling up for future events) but a friend. Thank you, Abdul!
We were so lucky to find Just Shoot Photography! Both the engagement pictures and the wedding pictures are creative, beautiful, warm and intimate. Douley was a delight to work with...
. He was natural, unobtrusive, yet exceedingly professional, capturing all the moments the couple wanted. His easy going but knowledgeable style produced remarkable posed and candid shots. He knows how to make his subjects look the absolute best while making the process fun and enjoyable. If you are considering a photographer to capture the highlights of your day in the best possible way, please consider Just Shoot photography. And the speed with which he returned the images was remarkable. We would use him again in an instant. I’ve been involved with arranging photography for four weddings now, and he is the best by far.
Abdul was simply amazing! He was early, professional, very fun to work with and even brought an assistant with him. He brought a step ladder for different angels and his lighting...
, since we had a night wedding. Everything truly came in handy. He took the shots we discussed and always looked to pivot to whatever else we needed and wanted a picture of. I cannot thank him enough for the peace of mind he provided us with during the pre wedding conversions and the festivity itself. He gets it and the photos came out amazing!!!! It was raining on our exit and he didn’t tell us why he couldn’t do it bc of the rain.. he creatively found a way to rnsure his equipment was covered and still got the shots we wanted with our getaway car. One of my favorite photos is the one he took in the rain of us in the Rolls Royce. You would be lucky to hire him!
The experience and service was amazing. He came in on time and delivered the pictures ASAP! The quality of pictures weee that great that we didn’t even feel like we needed editing....
