We recently worked with Valeria as the photographers for Keri and Ryan's wedding. The event was seamless. Everything ran on time, Valeria checked up on every move, all vendors were informed and on schedule, and she was extremely cooperative and on top of things. There was not a single hiccup throughout the day. Leading up to the event Valeria was helpful and responsive. Overall amazing to work with!

Val is amazing! My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better planner! We are from Georgia and Val worked tirelessly to ensure that we had a flawless destination wedding in Bal Harbour. She collaborated with us for months to learn us as a couple and provided excellent vendor management services, recommendations, advice, and more. On our wedding day, everything went perfectly. I was so relieved that Val and her team had everything under control. There's no way we could have done it without her. She's extremely detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about her work. Made our wedding day a dream come true!! Val was communicative, organized, helpful, thoughtful, and reliable from day 1. She was easy to get a hold of for the months leading up to our wedding and coordinated all of our vendors to make sure everything went perfect on the day of, taking so much stress off of our plates. She attended meetings with us, took calls, and shared so many of their organizational documents to keep everything in one place. Val and her assistant planners Lina and Yasmin took such good care of me and my husband and the bridal party to create our perfect wedding day filled with joy and love!

I would get married again just to be able to work with Valeria and her team again!! I cannot emphasize how much of a game changer having Valeria and her team at my wedding was. They made the whole day so relaxing, and easy for us. We got married in December but we had so much communication leading up to the day with Valeria, even though we hired their company for day-of services, they made sure that all the details were finalized weeks before and had so much communication with us. I would absolutely recommend hiring them to anyone and everyone!

###CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED### This was an absolute nightmare of an experience - at the most crucial time, less than a month before our wedding, JV Wedding Planning sent us an email that they're cancelling our agreement. Not quite sure how they consider themselves "wedding planners". The entire time leading up to this moment was on us, there was very little, if any, engagement unless we would reach out. Simple things like scheduling appointments with vendors would take Valeria Daldi weeks, once we'd call the vendor ourselves, we'd have an answer within 48hrs. Valeria Daldi attended a whopping total of three meetings to which there wasn't a single follow-up to us or the vendor. Seemed Valerai Daldi works for kickbacks as she tried justifying every price we would receive and then we would find A+ vendors for up to half the price (i.e. Valeria Daldi got us a photo/video quote for $23k... we ended up paying $12k, Valeria Daldi got a lighting/sound quote for $13k... we paid $7k, you get the idea). This list goes on and on. Having a wedding is nerve-racking enough, save yourself the agony and the additional stress.

There are not enough words to describe JV Wedding planning and their incredible services. Valeria went above and beyond for us, took charge when we needed her most and never dropped the ball. I will recommend Valeria and her assistant Yasmin for any bride who walks in my general vicinity. From the moment we started planning to the very end of our wedding night, they were there making every moment move swiftly and magically. I was a bit of an absent bride and my fiance (now husband!) worked directly with Valeria most of the time and he was beyond grateful for her, and would say all the same things if not more! I can’t thank them enough or sing higher praises. They were AMAZING. HIRE THEM!

I worked with Valeria and she was absolutely amazing! She made the planning process seamless and she helped me stay organized. My experience with JV wedding planning was amazing . Valeria hands down helped me so much with planning to the point if I didn’t have her I would have been lost . I didn’t realize how much help and attention to details for certain things I needed . From our first conversation Valeria walked me through everything , flowers , timeline , rentals , design and vendors . I was referred to JV wedding planning by one of the vendors i used for the wedding , I really only hired them for the day of but as soon we signed our contract Valeria Daldi Took complete charge and wanted to be a part of everything we were working on , starting with meeting at the florist @petalproductions to go over the samples and décor to visiting our venue @biltmoremiami multiple times to multiple zoom meetings with DJ and lighting @eventfactors , Valeria was on top of everything little did we know how little we knew . Jessica and I have been planning since 2019. When the pandemic and lockdown happened, we will connected and proceeded on planning. To be honest, I never actually planned my “dream” wedding. Until, I saw something that tied into the theme. I reached out and from there Jessica and Val took my visions helped me communicate with all the vendors and delivered the wedding I thought I would never have in my life. Jessica and her team are AMAZING!!!!! there are no words to describe them. From start to finish it was amazing. She gave my husband and I a fairytale wedding. She executed everything we wanted and so much more. She goes over and beyond to make sure you get what you want. The entire week it rained and the ceremony was supposed to be outside, I was nervous but when Jessica said I have a back up plan and she meant what she said. I think the back up plan came out better then the first plan. I’ve heard stories of other brides becoming a bridezilla with Jessica I didn’t have to experience that because she made everything so smooth. No words! I decided to hire a wedding planner when I was a little bit more than two months away from my wedding date. Because we had so many items to set up and so many people involved in our wedding, I thought that hiring a planner would help take some of the wedding day stress away. Best decision ever! Val was our assigned wedding planner and has been nothing short of amazing! She is literally my fairy godmother. As we got closer and closer to the big day, her attention to detail made me feel at ease and took away lots of the worrying and anxiety I had leading up to the wedding. Planning a wedding alone is stressful but during Covid I really didn’t think it was possible until I hired Jessica. I can’t say enough good things about Jessica and her team! They offered to help me in the restroom which was so nice because they made me feel so comfortable around them but my bridesmaids insisted and wanted to help me in that area. I truly can go on and on about how wonderful they are. All three of these women hold a special place in my heart forever. I will always be forever grateful for them and everything they helped us with. Its not just about the day of. Its the entire experience and without them I truly do not know how I would have made it to my wedding. I can honestly say these girls truly made my dream become a reality. I hired Jessica for my first daughter’s wedding in November 2015. I was so impressed with her services that I didn’t think twice about hiring her for my second daughter’s wedding and she and her team didn’t disappoint. I want to thank you ladies for being our right and left hands through the planning, postponing, rescheduling and final execution of our daughter’s wedding and celebration. We began this process over a year and a half ago and faced many challenges, as did all wedding preparations during this pandemic. Jessica & her team were amazing on my wedding day! I booked Jess 1.5 years prior to my event. From the moment we met, I knew she was the planner for me! She was so easy to work with & her team second to none. On my wedding day, Val made sure we ate & even hand fed me prior to reception!! I mean, who does that?! eating is so important and I was so scared we were going to be starved for the long day but with this team, no one interrupted us. Timeline was spot on. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica for my wedding on 11/28/20. My wedding was originally scheduled for 3/28/20 for 100 guests and due to the pandemic, I had to reschedule 2 times and ended up with a total of 40 guests. I was distraught having to cancel my original wedding date and Jessica empathized with what I was going through even though this was all new to everyone. Jessica made things easy by helping me with the vendors and trying to keep my hopes up. Weddings are stressful as it is and with the pandemic, the more stressful it was. Jessica is very detailed, attentive, thorough, respectful, caring, and easy to work with. She is the best at what she does and did everything she needed to do to abide by the COVID guidelines. We originally had a 60 person wedding scheduled for May 2020, but had to postpone to November 2020 due to the pandemic. We downsized to 20 people (it was a destination wedding for us). Originally scheduled to have a big wedding in April 2020, then a big wedding in November 2020 the pandemic caused a bit of a shift to a small family affair. Valeria was a steady hand in guiding us through the planning and the day-of. In the weeks ahead of the wedding, she was amazing in raising questions we had not thought of, coming up with ideas and options we had not considered, and I cannot remember one instance where she pointed out a potential issue without accompanying it with potential solutions. We hired Jessica in the Summer of 2018 with the intention of getting married in May 2020. However as with most couples, our wedding was postponed due to the pandemic to November 2020. To say we got our moneys worth out of Jessica and her team is an understatement. Not only did Jessica assume the responsibility of coordinating and planning our entire wedding for nearly 30 months, she also was forced into becoming an expert in executive orders issued by Miami-Dade county listing what was and was not allowed under the most current ordinance. Jessica and Valeria never dropped a beat. Jessica and her team was by far the best money we could have ever spent and in today's environment, a wedding planner is an absolute must. If you plan on getting married in South Florida, there's none better than Jessica and team to plan your wedding, no matter the circumstances. Jessica and her team are amazing, to say the least. From the very beginning, Jessica was very honest and helpful with providing guidance and information. Jessica and her team are literally what I call “Angels” These ladies are your “go to” planners if you want peace of mind knowing all the logistical details a bride doesn’t think of are 200% taken care of. (And then some).. When we as brides think of weddings we think of the flowers, dress, dances, party etc. Never did I think I needed to handle collecting Vendor insurances, extra power needs for my band but these ladies literally took care of all those small details we don’t think of. AThey educated me and guided me through all the things I didn’t think of. There’s so many details, (especially small ones) that come into wedding planning. If I didn’t have Jessica and Valeria guidance through this honestly I don’t think my pre-planning would of gone so smooth. They worked with me for partial planning and right when I hired Jessica and her team they went to work. From reviewing all my vendor contracts to making sure I had everything taken care of from each vendor and nothing was overlooked. They are worth every single dollar and it’s true you are truly investing in “peace of mind”with these ladies. They came with me to the important vendor meetings, asked so many questions that I would of never thought of. They were on top of every detail and didn’t skip a beat. The day of the wedding I was nervous as any bride would be but the minute Jessica and Val came to the hotel a sense of peace came over me knowing I was in the best hands and WOW the day of experience, attention to detail, carefulness they had truly allowed me to be a bride and enjoy every single moment of my wedding day. We got lucky to get married too, We were so nervous and on edge with the pandemic circling. We had so many last minute cancellations, changes, floor plan adjustments the week of and these ladies handled it as my name says with so much GRACE.... Every little girl dreams of a fairytale wedding. When you grow up and the time comes for marriage, you lower your expectations and will be happy with a great wedding. Then I met Jessica Estrada. She helped me with everything! Her taste is impeccable and we clicked right away! On the actual wedding day, everyone kept asking my mom why I was so calm. The answer is simple. I trusted Jessica 100% and I knew everything would be great. I wrong though, it was PERFECT! We literally had a fairytale wedding. I actually felt like a princess! Every part of the wedding went along seamlessly. All I had to do was drink enough water because I did not sit out on a single song! My mom read somewhere about storm troopers for hora loca. I figured my mom was really reaching for the impossible at that point. She asked Jessica and with what felt like minutes, she found them and set the whole thing up! It was amazing and a huge surprise for my now husband as he is a major Star Wars fan. I could go on forever but I just want to thank Jessica and her team Val and Karina for making our wedding literally the best night of our lives living out a fairytale dream!

If I could add more stars to this review, I would because working with Jessica and her team is an off the charts experience. From the beginning Jessica was on top of it. I contacted her New Year’s Eve in 2018 and heard back from her the next day! My husband and I (the groom below) were not expecting it, but that alone was just the beginning of what was to come. She’s warm, organized, honest, and takes pride in creating something beautiful and unique to each of her brides. I went with her full planing package and she was worth every cent and then some! She delivered exceptional, professional service throughout my two years of working alongside her. She kept us on task, connected us with vendors that were within our price points and were fabulous, and made sure that we had fun through working out all of these details. She even worked out our last minute questions and made them work into our plans. When handling difficult situations with vendors, she was the perfect middle man relaying any concerns I had while resolving any issues. The day of, Jessica and her team were ready to go with timelines, task lists, and made sure our special day went smoothly. At no point during our wedding was I ever concerned about running behind schedule, worrying about tipping vendors, or other details that tend to pop up last minute. That’s all because of how detail oriented Jessica was. She made sure details like that from timelines to tipping to bustling were sorted out beforehand. All I needed to do was follow her and her team’s lead. It was perfect and I credit her and her team for making our wedding so fun and for providing excellent service to us as a couple. Jessica was also instrumental in creating an elegant yet modern wedding for a bride and groom who had no idea what they wanted going in. She was able to pick up on our style and conceptual ideas and transform them into something cohesive and unique to us. I picked a venue that was a little different from what most brides at the time would gravitate towards, and while I had some ideas about how I wanted it to feel, Jessica knew how to turn those ideas into reality. She was so supportive through it all and was able to guide us in the right direction to make things look elegant while being mindful of our budget. In addition to what her job description is, she’s more than that. She went above and beyond for me and my family while going through a very difficult time. She was so thoughtful, caring, and generous even though it had nothing to do with her responsibilities as my planner. She was just there for me because she really treats her brides as one of her own friends or family. I also have to mention that working with Jessica is a package deal in the best way. She has an excellent team of planners she works with who become just as invested and excited as one of your closest friends and family would for your special day. Working with her team is a reflection of who Jessica is as a person. Both Val and Karina are just charismatic, sweet, and genuine people who just want the best for you as a couple. Through it all, they were so upbeat, fun, and professional while making sure that everyone was where they needed to be. In short, Jessica will help make your day unforgettable. She was so amazing that I find myself writing a review online, something I don’t typically do. I thought it might be helpful to hear the groom’s perspective. For the Couple I was impressed from the very beginning. We first contacted Jessica on New Year’s Eve, knowing it would probably take people several days to respond. I was surprised we got an answer the very next day. To me, that showed evidence of at least two qualities that I was looking for in a planner: responsiveness and that she was (and is) willing to hustle. From there, our first meeting with Jessica couldn’t have gone better. I think what sets Jessica apart from other event planners is that she cares. I’m not talking about a professional pride, of course she has that. When I say that she cares, I mean she cares about her clients by getting to know them both as individuals and as a couple that by the end of it, the relationship evolves into a friendship. For the Groom-To-Be (and perhaps the Bride-to-Be) If you’re a groom to be, here’s what you probably care about the most: She’s thorough, detailed oriented, responsive (at all times), timely, and won’t try push you over budget. I remained mostly in the background after our initial meeting because I knew that we were in good hands. The interactions I did have, convinced me to write this review, not because she asked me to, but because I had to let people know how wonderful Jessica and her team are. Now, you may think hiring a wedding planner at all is a lot of money. You might think to go with the best deal you can find and I’m telling you that you get what you pay for. I don’t think there is enough money in the world that could have bought us the peace of mind Jessica provided in the days leading up to and the day of our wedding. Everything ran smoothly. Her and her team were there bright and early coordinating with every vendor we had according to the timeline she had gotten all the vendors to sign off on. Whether it was any last minute question, any hiccup, Jessica and her team handled it all. Final Thoughts Jessica and her team will work to make whatever vision you might have a reality that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

Hands down one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding was choosing Jessica and her team as my wedding planners! I recently got married on November 9, 2019. My ceremony was at St. Patrick Catholic Church (Miami Beach, FL) and reception was at the Hotel Colonnade (Coral Gables, FL). Jessica, Valeria, and Karina were my own personal "secret service" detail on the day of my wedding. They are professional, punctual, and reliable! They were amazing at getting everyone where they needed to be on time. Kept us all on schedule. They ensured my night went off without a hitch! I can honestly say everything at my wedding was done exactly as I envisioned (which all past brides usually warn will not happen so I was nervous, but not my case at all!) thanks to all my vendors and the coordination by Jessica! All my other hired vendors knew exactly who Jessica was when I mentioned she was my planner and all said they loved working with her as well, which let me say was a big plus! Jessica does it all from floor plans to event timelines to even just lending some advice. She is always quick to respond to your texts, calls, emails, etc and is always so organized and friendly. I definitely recommend Jessica to all future brides! She is a pleasure to work with and I can honestly say you will be in great hands with her and her team, which are just as fabulous!

Jessica Estrada and team were a dream to work with. They handled probably the roughest scheduling and security protocols of the year for our wedding. Our wedding was Dec 7th at Turnberry Country Club in Aventura. (Now a JW Marriott). Few may understand the details needed to go into a day of timeline---Jessica and team were excellent when preparing ours. Then came the week of and we receive news that there would be a high profile security issue on property. Rumors swirled as the SAS and Secret Service scanned the property on the Thursday. Jessica and team stayed calm, cool, collected, and never hinted to me (the bride) the potential havoc this could pose my timeline, flow of the wedding, and overall experience. We were not told who the VIPs were until in the Rolls Royce on the way back to the hotel. Then the news hits and texts start flying from friends...but I do not have my phone....(https://www.orlandosentinel.com/politics/os-ne-statesmans-dinner-fundraising-20191206-i5wo723v7vbttockptvmm5ou3e-story.html) Not only was President Trump going to be on property so was Meghan Markle, The Duchess of Sussex. NO BIG DEAL. I mention this as entrances to the property were now in gridlock as you can imagine and helicopters were swarming. Jessica and Karina, Petal Productions, Turnberry staff and all our vendors were amazing. Just as panic started to set in it was arranged all guest transportation and buses would be pre-screened and brought through all barricades, we stuck to the flow we had outlined and we were 2 minutes to 20 minutes ahead of schedule all day. I must put this in caps for future brides to see---WHEN A US PRESIDENTIAL AND ROYAL VISIT DONT THROW OFF YOUR WEDDING PLANNER YOU HAVE WON THE JACKPOT!!!!! Jessica and Karina were so calm we even had 20 minutes before cocktail where I had time for french fries and a drink with them. I can not recommend Jessica and Karina enough. They were a DREAM!!! Make wedding planning great again and hire Jessica's events!!!!

Jessica’s Events came highly recommended to us by another trusted vendor of ours who ensured us that every wedding she plans is amazing... which I can now testify is true. I booked Jessica’s Events for month of/day of coordinating and immediately knew I was in the very best hands and trusted her right away. She is so quick, sweet, personal, and professional in her response to any email/text/call and is ALWAYS on top of every single detail, including any last minute changes I made. It is insanely impressive. Not only is she on top of everything but she is the glue that keeps all the other vendors on the same page as well. She truly makes your wedding feel like the sincerest team effort between all vendors in order to make your day the most perfect, which is exactly how our day turned out. I went into my wedding day with full knowledge and preparedness of “It’s not a matter of if something goes wrong, it’s when” because I had heard that advice from so many brides. I can actually say that I can’t think of a single thing that went wrong on my wedding day, it was a fairytale. I can also say… I fully attribute that to Jessica and her team (Val and Karina). Around her, Val, and Karina, I felt so calm all day and knew every last thing I had planned was happening exactly how I’d envisioned it, which allowed me to completely relax and simply enjoy every second of the best day of my life. She is also a true friend, wise counselor, and honest opinion throughout the process. I can only fathom how incredible her full service planning is since she blew me away in just the short time we had together. To top it off, her pricing is so unbelievably fair, especially compared to other planners I looked into who often offered lesser options.

Wow! Where do I start? I can’t believe it has been 3 months from my wedding day that took place on Friday, March 29, 2019. It’s truly real what everyone says the day goes by so fast but we are still on honeymoon bliss, but this bliss was not alway there. Jessica is truly a godsend!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!! The moment we decided to do a destination wedding in Miami, I knew that we would need a planner. With a very demanding job that keeps me busy countless hours a week, I knew there would be no way that I could plan this once in a lifetime event alone. I interviewed a few wedding planners to get a feel for their personalities, style and work ethic and after my initial conversation with Jessica, I knew in my heart that she was the one. Jess was always VERY responsive which was something that I really appreciated, considering she is so busy with many other brides!! But you wouldn't even know it! I had no clue where to start with the planning process, but Jess put us at ease and walked us through every step of the way! She saved us so much time with helping us search for venues within our budget and ALL of her vendor recommendations are top of the notch!!! I only needed to come down to Miami twice, once to look at venues and second time to meet with vendors. We were so surprised by how efficient our meetings were, but it's because this woman knows her stuff!!! I am getting so emotional as I write this review because I am still blown away by the exceptional service that we received throughout the entire planning process and the day of. Jessica has the sweetest personally and she truly cares about making sure that your day is perfect. Jess and her team truly paid special attention to every detail and it showed because everything turned out so beautifully!!! I am still getting so many compliments about how beautiful everything looked and how smoothly the flow of the day was. We shipped some boxes of decor/personal items to Miami and I was so grateful that Jessica and her team packed up all our items so carefully back into each box at the end of the night!! While it has been 1.5 years since my wedding, I have wanted to share my love and gratefulness for Jessica and her team every day since. I hired Jessica’s Events for the "day of" package. I hired most of my own vendors, as I had them booked prior to even hiring Jessica. However, Jessica and her team worked flawlessly with them, even though she had never worked with my vendors before, and assisted in making all my wishes and requests come true. Her own team was timely, organized, knowledgeable, and passionate about their careers in wedding planning. Jessica is so obviously an expert in what she does, as she does it flawlessly!! On a personal level, she is sweet and a great person to work with. I am grateful for using her services, and highly recommend her to anyone getting married!

My wedding took place April 13 2019, at the hotel Colonnade in coral gables. Jessica, Val and Karina were truly amazing. They were on top of everything and I didn’t have a single worry about anything as they were always on point. I cannot begin to thank Jessica and her team enough. Choosing them was the first big decision of my wedding planning experience, and I cannot be more grateful. From the start, wedding planning was very stressful for me. But once I met Jessica, she calmed me down and got to work right away! We worked together for about 10 months and she guided me along the way. From my late night texts, to frantic mid-day texts, Jessica was always there to answer my questions and assure me that everything would be ok. She made the process easy for me to tackle, sending emails every so often telling me exactly what decisions had to be made and by when. When it came to vendors, Jessica suggested several vendors for each area and then let me decide who I wanted to work with. This was extremely helpful because the number of vendors out there is overwhelming! I had also found a photography team on my own, and Jessica worked with them seamlessly. I never felt pressured or forced to work with someone specific. On the day of the wedding, Jessica and her girls were there by my side from start to finish. Everything turned out beautiful and exactly how I hoped it would. If anything went wrong that day, I still have no idea -- which is exactly how I wanted it to be!!! And Jessica is quite the veil wrestler, because there were 40MPH wind gusts as I was getting ready to walk down the aisle! Thanks to her, my veil stayed in place and I got down the aisle in one piece. Basically, I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone getting married. You cannot go wrong with Jessica and her full planning experience. And I miss our weekly (sometime daily) talks!

What sticks out to us about Jessica Estrada and her team is not just that they bring your wedding dreams to life (they definitely do that) but that they are passionate about doing so. From the initial phone call through to the big day, Jessica treated us as if she was planning the wedding of a close family friend. While I was born and raised in Miami, my husband (still weird to say) and I have been living in Washington, DC for several years. We were overwhelmed by the prospect of having to plan a wedding from far away, which is why we thought a wedding planner would be helpful. Jessica came highly recommended from our venue (Briza on the Bay) and it's easy to see why. Since we were planning the wedding from out of town, we relied heavily on Jessica for vendor recommendations. We chose our DJ, florist, videographer, photographer and cake based on Jessica's recommendations. Given her experience and strong connections, we received discounted rates from a number of vendors which saved us a significant amount on the bottom line. We could not have afforded some of the vendors without Jessica's preferred pricing and help in negotiating contracts. And most importantly, we were thrilled with all of the vendors we hired based on Jessica's recommendations. Jessica also has great design instincts. We are definitely an opinionated couple, and she was always respectful of our preferences. But when we asked Jessica for input, she was quick with an opinion on everything from napkin color to floor plan layout. Without fail, her opinions ended up being the right call. On the big day, Jessica and her team (Valeria & Belinda) did an outstanding job anticipating our needs, dealing with the unexpected, and maintaining a warm and positive attitude that helped keep us and our family at ease. One example: my bustle on my dress broke during the first dance. Jessica pulled out the biggest safety pin I had ever seen to pick up and bustle my dress, and I was able to dance the night away without issue. In addition, the venue set-up was beautiful, and delivered on our vision flawlessly. And Jessica's coordination of, and partnership with, our vendor team was excellent and helped make the day go smoothly. In the end, what really set Jessica and her team apart for us was their passion. Their attitude and energy were a huge factor in making our wedding day the best we've ever had.
