JVS let me down on the day of my wedding, but they did try and make it right. We booked them (including putting down a $300+ deposit) nearly a year in advance for a small limo bus to take us and our wedding party to our photo location. They were supposed to show up at 2pm, to take us to the location at 3pm, and return us to the venue at 5:30. They apparently never put us on their schedule, and didn't show up until I think 3pm or a little after. This meant that our reception started about an hour late. They made up for this by not requiring us to make the final payment, and providing transportation for my husband and I to and from the airport for our honeymoon. Again, disappointing especially considering I put down a deposit, but at least they tried to make it right and ultimately, my husband and I and our wedding party had a great time on the bus.
JVS Services Killed it!! My husband and I cannot than JVS enough! The bus was spotless and clean the transportation for ourselves and our guests was a breeze and even when we ran into a few road bumps JVS took care of us and our needs for our big day! Jordan & Christian
We booked relatively late for our wedding and ended up with two separate smaller buses. This worked great for our needs though so it ended up being perfect! Both buses showed up on time, the drivers were kind and polite and had provided us with water which was a lifesaver.
We are so happy we picked JVS Services LLC for our wedding this past weekend! The communication was outstanding throughout the whole process. Our driver, Evan, was timely, professional and made sure we got to our ceremony space on time as we were running behind schedule taking photos. We were able to bring our own alcohol and had a great time! Would highly recommend using JVS Services LLC. Very affordable and great service!
Cannot recommend them enough! Jose was our driver and we rented the 25 person bus for our wedding and it was perfect. We used it before the ceremony to drive the bridal party around to photos and then the venue - Jose coordinated everything with our photographer to make sure we didn’t have any stress on us. The bus was perfect, great condition, could play our own music, fun lights, great energy for post wedding transportation back to the hotel! Definitely book with them!
Jose and his team did an amazing job for our wedding day! He was very easy to work with in the planning stages and went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we hoped for! On the day of our wedding, the bus was clean, comfortable, exactly on time for every stop we needed to make, and fit our 12 person bridal party very comfortably! It was such a fun environment that brought another level of excitement to our special day! We would recommend JVS to anyone who needs a great party bus service for any occasion!
We used JVS Services for transportation for our bridal party from the ceremony to the reception for our wedding on 12/2/23. We had 14 people in the 14 passenger bus, and while it was a little crowded, it was a huge hit. JVS accommodated our location changes with no problem and our driver was polite and respectful. I highly recommend!
Jose made the whole process of selecting and hiring a limo for our wedding day such a breeze. He's such a great person to work with. Evan was also a great driver. I recommend using this company for your events!
