h is obviously understandable but then maybe waive the resort fee or at least a portion. Tried to get a receipt of what was actually on my bill through the hotel but just got a reply of “you purchased through a third party vendor”. Which I actually stated in my subject line-just wanted a breakdown of what I was billed for at the property. Large “water” stain on the bed when we stripped our bedding before leaving. Did have lovely staff at the pool the one day we used it and another very helpful lady in the lobby with curly hair. The property is beautiful and the beach

sand toys available for kids were appreciated! We enjoyed being in close proximity to restaurants and shops! We enjoyed the restaurants on site and pool side drinks! The spa is very relaxing and had all the amenities you’d hope for in a relaxing day! My only recommendation is to not put guests in rooms below the rooftop restaurant. We woke up the first night to chairs being moved across the floor at 3am probably due to cleaning. However, this didn’t ruin our stay as this probably only affects 1-2 rooms in the whole hotel. I am definitely exploring other JW Marriott vacations.

at hands. Their service is not just top-tier; it's thoughtful and personal, which I believe makes all the difference.
I've stayed at many beautiful hotels before, but when the service is lacking, it can completely ruin the experience. This JW, however, is the exact opposite. Everything, from the stunning views to the pristine pool, exceptional restaurants, and well-maintained rooms, is impeccable. The cleanliness throughout the property is top-notch, and I especially want to mention the housekeeping team. My bed was made each night with such care, and it smelled fresh with a hint of lavender. Whatever they used, it added such a special touch to the stay.
I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough. It’s a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service, and I’ll definitely be returning. 10/10, hands down!

mmodating and had her staff following her quality lead despite the less than ideal circumstances. You would've never been able to tell that a hurricane had just come through recently. I will be sure to plan another trip to JW when everything is fully functional. There were inside outside bars, plenty of tvs for football Sunday, and waitstaff for all your needs. We finished the night off in a cabana at the rooftop pool and watched a perfect sunset.

endly, helpful. The layout was terrific- a great cafe for coffee and sandwiches, and proper locations and menus for dinner. Food was quite good. The room was clean, well sized, with proper amenities- coffee, vanity kits, water, etc. I was there for a catered work event and the lunches, buffets, snack carts, etc. were excellent and were quite a treat. Finally, the private beach was amazing as expected- great service, location, setups with chairs and umbrellas. I couldn't have been happier with the hotel and I hope to bring my family someday, specifically back to this hotel. Thank you for everything!
