My husband and I toured many venues before we landed on the JW Marriott Miami. We knew as soon as we finished the tour that this was the place for us. They were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and eager to do what they could to make sure we had the best day of our lives. It felt like everything we asked, they found a way to make it happen - we even got to pick the suite we wanted for the weekend and were welcomed with a bottle of champagne when we arrived. Not to mention, the hotel itself is gorgeous! Our wedding was originally supposed to take place in May 2020, but due to the pandemic, we had to postpone which was no easy feat. Our contact Abner was with us every step of the way - right down to making sure we had our favorite cocktails and some snacks before our reception started! If we had to do it all over, we'd choose the JW Marriott Miami time and time again.

ve a reception (I combined all their rooms because of my guest number) and therefore you know that you are the only event at the hotel. I also liked that there are escalators leading to the floor where my guests were greeted with champagne. There was plenty of room for everyone and even though I had about 300 guests it never felt too crowded.;Absolutely nothing. It was wonderful.

We had our reception at Isabella's (JW Marriott Miami). I personally don't like ballrooms so I was searching for something elegant, classic yet modern. The space was perfect! Esp...

ecially for the number of guests we had (75). This is a 5 star hotel so the service was amazing and the food lethal... everybody kept raving about the food. There is nothing I would change about it. They were very flexible and easy to work with. I was veryyy involved in all details and was constantly in touch with the hotel coordinator who was very helpful, they let me design a completely unusual arrangement for the tables. Isabella's is very unique inside and the lights can be dimmed to make the room look magical and gorgeous. There are two areas separated by a beautiful iron gate so we had out cocktail hour in one of the spaces and opened the gates for the dinner/first dance. Something I also appreciated was that the chairs are really nice, leather... once again, I was trying to avoid the stuffy ballroom look so I didn't want chair covers and bows... we dressed the tables with gorgeous ivory shimmery linens and left the chairs au naturel. After the party was over, the package included our bridal suite, which was beautiful and spacious. We were surprised with rose petals outside the door and leading to the room, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. It was an amazing experience.;Hmm... I can't think of anything... just try to get as involved as you can if you have good taste. I remember when they first faxed me the layout for the tables it was awful so I redid it myself. They were very nice about me going over many times to take measures and move stuff around.
