I had a beautiful time in this hotel. I visited it to celebrate the New Year, and I definitely say it was absolutely
the right decision. The hotel is located in a great place. I went everywhere on foot (I’m a good walker, I even went on foot to...
and from the Big Bash NY music festival). I enjoyed that it’s modern, everything is there. I visited the gym every day, it has everything that you need if you lead an active lifestyle. Local cafe and coffee shop are amazing. Really one of the best experiences that I had in the US hotels. If the budget allows, I would say definitely go there, you will enjoy it. The staff is very friendly, and I saw supervisors visiting all amenities (even the gym) to check that everything is in place and to manage refills immediately.
Thanks a lot to the entire JW Marriott team! You made my NY celebration a different level.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this property!
Beautiful clean hotel, friendly service and quick resolution to my questions (for the mobile key to operate the elevator the back of the phone must be flat against the key re...
ader)! We had a high floor corner room and the view from the floor to ceiling windows from the bed and from the shower were breathtaking any time of day. Requests for both early check-in and late checkout were granted during this slower time of year.
The executive lounge for status members is top notch. Great coffee and snacks all day, the breakfast (we went on Sunday) was huge including eggs, hot meats, multiple pastries and charcuterie. The hor d'oeuvres Saturday evening (5-7pm) almost could have been a full meal if we didn't have dinner reservations upstairs for 2 hours later!
Lobby bar was quiet and service was quick. It is permitted to leave the bar with a drink as long as it stays in the building.
Valet was fast and professional. Loved that we could text them before leaving the room so the car was ready by the time we checked out!

Had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott Nashville. The property is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate, and the overall atmosphere feels polished and welcoming from the moment you walk in.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional ser...
vice. Jayden at the front desk was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. He made the check-in experience smooth and welcoming and took the time to ensure everything about the stay was perfect. It’s always the people who make a place memorable, and Jayden truly represents the level of hospitality you hope for at a property like this.

I am a chauffeur for a high-end limousine company serving executive and VIP clients. For the past 5–6 years, I have regularly provided transportation services to guests at the JW Marriott Hotel without any issues.
Today 02/25/2026 I had a sched...
uled client pickup at 8:30 AM. As part of maintaining professional service standards, I arrived approximately 15 minutes early and positioned my vehicle at the hotel valet area. I immediately notified my client via text message that I was waiting at the main entrance.
Shortly afterward, a security staff member identified as Mr. PJ approached me and instructed me to leave the property. Although I explained that I was there for a scheduled guest pickup and was not occupying the space unnecessarily, I respectfully complied and exited the premises.
Within 2 minutes of leaving, my client contacted me asking about my location. I informed him that security had required me to leave the hotel entrance. This situation caused frustration for the client, as he expected his scheduled transportation to be waiting at the front door upon his departure.
As a professional chauffeur, I always aim to respect hotel staff and valet operations. I do not park at the entrance without purpose; when I am there, it is strictly for an active and confirmed pickup. In many cases, guests specifically request that their driver remain at the entrance to ensure a smooth and timely departure.

I made the mistake of staying at this beautiful hotel for a weekend away. The interactions I had with the staff were great, everyone was kind and accommodating. What was very disappointing is how loud this hotel is, even with a room on the 23rd...
floor. I know they cannot control the outside world (sirens, loud music, obnoxious cars, etc) but they could provide sound machines, quiet floors/hours. On the second night I called to ask the receptionist for a sound machine - she said absolutely. I expected a normal sized sound machine to drown out the extraneous noise. Instead, a man arrived at my door with an industrial sized fan/air purifier that is used for water damage, etc. I appreciate the effort, however, it was outrageously loud, vibrated the floor and had a terrible exhaust smell. There were no controls - one setting that was crazy loud - it was not useful.
On the third night, the hotel doors outside in the hall were opening and closing all night into the 3-4am hours. It was miserable. Do not come here if you want to sleep. Not to mention as I was waiting for the elevator at 9pm, an intoxicated lady threw up everywhere trying to make it to the trash can in the lobby 🤢. It is a beautiful hotel, terrible experience.
