Katie Williams and her team! From the first time I met with them, I knew they were going to make my wedding everything I dreamed of AND MORE! Their taste is impeccable and they are truly the sweetest people you'll ever work with! It ended up raining on our wedding day but they were able to pull off a BEAUTIFUL indoor setup and the guest had no idea we had to change things last minute. I'm pretty sure they were magicians that day! They were SO helpful every step of the way. Never once did I feel stressed or worried about a single thing! I knew they were going to make my special day perfect! I had the most perfect wedding weekend and it was all thanks to them!! Seriously, I cannot thank them enough!!! Trust me, you want them on your team!!!

during covid was overwhelming initially. Once we made the decision to work with Katie Williams Events, we immediately felt more at ease. It took us a while to settle on a venue so once we did we were feeling the time restraint. Marion from KWE assured us that if she wasn't worried, we shouldn't be either! Although the price of booking KWE may initially have you thinking you can do everything yourself, I felt the peace of mind we had during the planning process/day of as well as the help with budgeting/vendor discounts was WELL worth the price of hiring KWE. The day of ran so smoothly and allowed our friends and family to relax. No bride wants to think about rain on the wedding day but having KWE there to orchestrate a last minute new rain plan that I liked better than the original was such a relief. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, I couldn't recommend KWE enough!

If anything went wrong on my wedding day I never knew about it! And you know how people always say something is bound to go wrong and don't sweat the small things- well I didn't even have to experience that! Everyone had such a fun time. Katie is so organized, will be completely honest, and not afraid to do her job right. I can't reiterate how great she made me feel through the entire process. She helped me with vendor recommendations, helped me create my seating chart, sent me a cute map and welcome note for guests, created a beautiful welcome sign for the lobby, collaborated with my own ideas I brought to the table, and was there the entire day to make sure everything was okay with every other vendor. Even my fiancé loved working with such an amazing team. He especially loved how Katie stuck up for me when I encountered a bad experience with a different vendor and she made everything right. My bridesmaids told me that they need her for planning life in general after seeing such a detailed timeline for the day of. If I could tell you one thing it would be to go with Katie Williams and her team, I promise you will not regret it!!

Katie is extremely creative and has great ideas to help make your wedding feel like you and your vision, while also helping you come up with ideas you likely hadn't considered. Furthermore, she is very realistic and has a great sense of what will and won't work - which is incredibly important when considering logistics. She is a pro, always professional, and also fun to be around! 10/10 recommend. To top if off, we were a "covid couple" and she helped us navigate those waters well so that we could still host a safe event. You won't go wrong hiring the KWE team.

Even though we were planning my wedding 1000 miles apart, I never felt out of the loop or stressed out. She is extremely professional, even though our meetings and phone calls felt more like best friends planning my wedding. She is very invested and very immersed in the wedding community of the Southeast- she has connections WITH EVERYONE, the best advice ON EVERYTHING, and all the tips and tricks. She is extremely kind, super in the know and has a team that gets sh!t done! One of my favorite parts of having Katie on board was that I actually got enjoy my engagement and got to make all the fun decisions, whereas Katie gladly and successfully took on the harder and more challenging parts. I kid you not- If I ever mentioned that something was stressing me out or that I had a new idea for the table layouts, THE NEXT DAY she had answers to all my questions, solutions to the problems, and NEVER made me feel like my requests or ideas were too much! Example: one month before the wedding I mentioned wanting high chairs for some friends with young children, the rental company we were working with didn't supply any. I said okay, so sad but no worries. But super woman Katie on the other hand called me back the next day and said that she had called 4 more companies until she found some AND THEN when she found out how much the delivery fee was going to cost me, she declined the fee, and offered to pick them up the day before the wedding, free of charge. And stuff like this happened all the time. She will 100% go out of her way to make sure your day goes exactly how you envision it. She will listen to exactly what you want and execute perfectly. And luckily, she will offer suggestions along the way to help your vision truly come to life! She will make you feel comfortable and at ease, and will let you go into your big day so excited and stress-free that you'll want to recommend her to everyone you know. Now that our wedding is over, I am not only perfectly satisfied with every detail, but I honestly can’t imagine having tried to do this without Katie. Katie was there to listen to me complain about my strong hatred for baby’s breath and not wanting it anywhere at our wedding, she carried my dress at my bridal portraits back in June when it was 100 degrees, made several phone calls for me when everything felt like it was starting to fall apart two weeks before the wedding and helped make my vintage/romantic/barn wedding a reality. I am a "type-A extremist" who had almost all aspects of my wedding planned out from Day 1, but I needed someone to swoop in and make it all come together. I'm a middle school teacher, and dealing with vendors, planning details, and making things work was hard for me during the school year. Katie stepped in and did EVERY SINGLE THING I could've ever needed- lots of times without me even asking for it. She was always 10 steps ahead on everything! I had a really difficult ceremony/reception set-up with my reception being almost 40 minutes away from the ceremony site. Katie and her team handled BOTH and made sure that the ceremony went flawlessly and the reception was set up to perfection. I was in awe of how my special day came together in the end so perfectly because of Katie. She is lightening-fast with her text, email, and phone call responses, she has forms and charts and more to keep every aspect of my wedding organized. She has the BEST vendor team recommendations- so if you haven't picked everyone yet, Katie's recommendations are SPOT ON! Whatever you do, HIRE KATIE!!!
