ave to worry about it. We were able to leave our centerpieces at the venue and she came in and set everything up for us the day of, and packed it all up at the end of the night! It all looked great! She sat down with us a couple times before the wedding and wanted to make sure our vision for the decor became a reality. She even went over details we hadn't thought of to make sure that everything that was supposed to be there from the venue's end was there. And her pricing was perfect- we expected to pay a lot more for what we got than we actually did!! Highly recommend!

Karen ensured everything at the church was decorated and ready to go for the wedding. She helped the bridal party get down the aisle and made sure she stayed until I was down the aisle as well. Karen then went over and set up all my decorations and small details at the Courthouse. Everything was beautiful when I walked in! During pictures, the sleeves on my dress ripped. Karen was ready to go and stitched my dress back together before the cocktail hour and two other times during the night! Karen stayed throughout the whole night and helped getting everything packed away for my parents as well! I could not have imagined my wedding day go any smoother and a lot of that was Karen handling all the bumps in the day behind the scenes so I had nothing to worry about. I originally thought I didn't need to spend the money on a day of coordinator but booking Karen was the best decision I made!! Thank you Karen for making our day stress free!!

her services a bit more. I liked her website and thought she would be a good fit for me, so I reached out to her on September 2nd, and didn't hear back until the 7th. She apologized for the delay and I said it was totally fine. I let her know in my initial email the date of my wedding, and the services that I was looking for. She told me that she was available for my wedding, and that she could meet up on my requested date. I live across the country, so whenever I'm in town, I make a point to squeeze in as many wedding appointments as possible. I messaged her back on the 7th, a few hours after her response to confirm the time of our appointment. I followed up on the 11th, as I still didn't receive a response. I followed back up again on the 16th because I still hadn't heard anything from Karen. I should have just followed my gut and cancelled the appointment, but she emailed me a few hours later letting me know that she was transitioning from her former job, to this job full time. I get it, a transition like that is pretty big, so I forgave her and decided to move forward with the meeting. Cut to today, I am only in town for 2 days, so I jam packed my days with meetings with vendors (something that I also mentioned to her.) I look at my emails and I see one from Karen letting me know that she found out about a family event the day before and that she was no longer available for my date but that she could recommend other wedding coordinators if I would like. So, while I understand that things come up, it would have been nice to have been emailed when she found out about it. Also, I emailed her immediately back that I understood and if she could please email me recommendations asap so I could contact them to try to set up last minute appointments, as I wouldn't be home until Christmas. I am still waiting on a response, and it's too late to make other arrangements. Honestly, I went back and forth on whether or not I was going to leave a review, but I ultimately decided to do it just to give other brides the heads up. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator that will be on top of emails, making sure that you aren't worried about things, I don't know if K. Gall Events is right for you. She may be great as an actual coordinator, and this may just be a one off experience. I was really looking forward to hiring a day of wedding coordinator, mainly because I was looking to have some back up to make sure that my wedding would be less stressful. It's a shame that now I doubt I will look for another.

wedding! Karen managed all of the coordination with our vendors which was certainly no easy task. The best part of having Karen as our wedding coordinator was we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves on our big day, because we knew Karen had everything under control. Karen was well organized, professional and very detail oriented. We had a stress-free wedding because of Karen’s hard work and ability to execute our vision perfectly. We can’t recommend her enough!
