I honestly don't think I would have survived my wedding day without Karen! I had my ceremony in Ohio City and the reception was at the Cleveland Courthouse. I hired Karen as my day of coordinator. Karen came to my church rehearsal to meet our bridal party as well as our parents to ensure she knew who the main people were to take care of the day of the wedding. Karen ensured everything at the church was decorated and ready to go for the wedding. She helped the bridal party get down the aisle and made sure she stayed until I was down the aisle as well. Karen then went over and set up all my decorations and small details at the Courthouse. Everything was beautiful when I walked in! During pictures, the sleeves on my dress ripped. Karen was ready to go and stitched my dress back together before the cocktail hour and two other times during the night! Karen stayed throughout the whole night and helped getting everything packed away for my parents as well! I could not have imagined my wedding day go any smoother and a lot of that was Karen handling all the bumps in the day behind the scenes so I had nothing to worry about. I originally thought I didn't need to spend the money on a day of coordinator but booking Karen was the best decision I made!! Thank you Karen for making our day stress free!!

I had reached out to K Gall events after I decided to have a day of wedding coordinator. I wanted to be able to enjoy my wedding without having to sweat the small stuff. After following her on instagram for a few months, I decided to look into her services a bit more. I liked her website and thought she would be a good fit for me, so I reached out to her on September 2nd, and didn't hear back until the 7th. She apologized for the delay and I said it was totally fine. I let her know in my initial email the date of my wedding, and the services that I was looking for. She told me that she was available for my wedding, and that she could meet up on my requested date. I live across the country, so whenever I'm in town, I make a point to squeeze in as many wedding appointments as possible. I messaged her back on the 7th, a few hours after her response to confirm the time of our appointment. I followed up on the 11th, as I still didn't receive a response. I followed back up again on the 16th because I still hadn't heard anything from Karen. I should have just followed my gut and cancelled the appointment, but she emailed me a few hours later letting me know that she was transitioning from her former job, to this job full time. I get it, a transition like that is pretty big, so I forgave her and decided to move forward with the meeting. Cut to today, I am only in town for 2 days, so I jam packed my days with meetings with vendors (something that I also mentioned to her.) I look at my emails and I see one from Karen letting me know that she found out about a family event the day before and that she was no longer available for my date but that she could recommend other wedding coordinators if I would like. So, while I understand that things come up, it would have been nice to have been emailed when she found out about it. Also, I emailed her immediately back that I understood and if she could please email me recommendations asap so I could contact them to try to set up last minute appointments, as I wouldn't be home until Christmas. I am still waiting on a response, and it's too late to make other arrangements. Honestly, I went back and forth on whether or not I was going to leave a review, but I ultimately decided to do it just to give other brides the heads up. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator that will be on top of emails, making sure that you aren't worried about things, I don't know if K. Gall Events is right for you. She may be great as an actual coordinator, and this may just be a one off experience. I was really looking forward to hiring a day of wedding coordinator, mainly because I was looking to have some back up to make sure that my wedding would be less stressful. It's a shame that now I doubt I will look for another.

Karen was simply fantastic. We could not have pulled off our wedding (reception at the Cleveland Botanical Garden) without her help. She did everything from help set up the reception site (after the Garden closed) to getting us a plate of food when we finally had a moment, to help tear down. She was amazing, organized, efficient, and simply wonderful.
