amless. Her recommendations for florals were spot on, and the decor she designed was absolutely stunning. She even went the extra mile, providing us with links to purchase the exact items we needed, which made things so easy.
Her timelines were incredibly organized—she had everything planned down to the last detail, and I could simply forward the schedules to our friends and family without worrying about a thing. On the wedding weekend, she handled every single little detail, allowing my husband and I to fully relax and enjoy ourselves.
One of the things that stood out most was how she managed conversations with vendors that I wasn’t comfortable navigating on my own. She took care of everything with such grace and professionalism. Through it all, Kelcey became more than just a planner—she became a friend. Her thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and kindness made the experience so special. s well as a brunch/bbq on Sunday. I like to think that I'm pretty organized, but knew this type of decision making and coordinating was way out of my league. She made planning a wedding weekend for 200+ out of town guests look easy!
I had only brought her on about 6 months prior, and she immediately knew exactly what needed to be done every step of the way. It was also so helpful that she took on communication with every vendor. She's thoughtful, organized, sweet and has a creative eye for design. She went above and beyond by creating the shiplap board with all of the individual luggage tags with guests names and table numbers. Every table at the reception felt different because of the variety of flowers, vases and candles. To save costs, she also proposed to reuse some of the flowers from Friday for Saturday, as well as for Sunday. I knew I wanted the color scheme to be neutral, but other than that I was lost! She proposed several designs, and the style we went with was a combination of the two, which ended up being a modern with a boho-luxe feel. She knew exactly how to tie that all together.
She's passionate and professional, and does everything possible to make it your dream wedding. It was such a beautiful and perfect weekend. We can't thank or recommend Kelcey and her team enough!!!!!

y questions and helping me work through the planning process so we could be sure I didn't miss a vendor. We had glamping tents for about 60 people in my parents field, so she helped us think of the planning not only for the wedding but also for people actually staying on the property. Kelcey is incredibly sweet while also being very much in charge, making us feel completely relaxed about everything running smoothly. We completely handed off the reigns to her for our rehearsal and wedding day and did not have to think of a thing. The day of there was a threat of rain and she helped work through the options with me before moving everything under the tent just in case. It ended up being sunny (thank goodness) but everything still looked beautiful and ran perfectly!!!! We cannot recommend Kelcey more. She is incredible! Do yourself a favor and hire her!

was organized and answered all of our questions throughout the planning process. We met once at the venue a month before the wedding, and did a final walk through at the rehearsal. At both meetings, she was prepared with timelines, questions, and checklists. The day of the wedding she did everything from placing waters under our seats at the ceremony, to putting all of our cards and gifts in our hotel room, to teaching us how to properly cut a piece of wedding cake. Because of Kelcey, my husband and I (as well as our parents) were able to enjoy ourselves and coast through the day. In addition to Kelcey’s outstanding professionalism, she is the sweetest person to work with. She was always smiling and making us feel calm and comfortable. We cannot thank her enough and we highly recommend her services!
