Kylie was a phenomenal day of planner. She was able to provide us with vendor recommendations, set up multiple calls over several months to make sure the we were on track. She took the time to come to our venue with us to help make design and logistic decisions. She went above and beyond my expectations as a day of planner. I would highly recommend!

We cannot sing the praises of Kylie enough! She was pivotal from day 1, she is amazingly organized and detailed, when I say detailed, she considered everything and so many things we didn’t even thing of. It was because of her our wedding weekend went perfectly. We had a local destination wedding that rented out a whole cabin retreat, @ 75-100 people, DJ, catering, floral, and all of our quirky personal touches she had it all down! She is so friendly and professional; our vendors loved her, the venue loves routinely working with her, and we loved working with her. She made sure we were on track with all the details and all the vendors and sent us reminders, checklists, and due dates. If you are thinking of a wedding planner, she is more than worth it!! I promise you!

Kylie and her assistant helped make my wedding beautiful and so stress free I was able to enjoy my wedding without thinking about anything else except the big day! We used their day of coordination and the entire process she was always on top of everything with vendors, answered any of my questions in a timely manner, and always had the most wonderful suggestions on how to make our day extra special. Our wedding was only 20 people but we had a separate ceremony and reception venues and they made sure everything was on point and well decorated! Every aspect of the wedding was discussed on Zoom, confirmed via e-mailed check list, and executed flawlessly so all we had to do was show up.

We highly recommend Kylie Wallace! We had a very short timeline for our wedding in Sedona, but this didn't keep Kylie from helping us plan our perfect wedding day. Kylie frequently met with us to bring our wedding ideas to life. We truly enjoyed having Kylie there with us on our wedding day and it felt that she was part of the family.

Kylie was our wedding planner and day-of coordinator and she did a spectacular job. She has a lot of good relationships with other wedding vendors in Arizona, making it easy to source anything you could need for your big day. Her timeline planning was meticulous without feeling overwhelming, and on the day of the wedding everything ran smoothly because she was there (if there were any hiccups, I wasn't aware of them, which is exactly how it should be). She is also a very friendly person and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend her services to any bride-to-be.

Kylie is quite honestly the sweetest soul and hardest worker in the industry. My husband and I found Kylie on Instagram and within a day she got back to us to set up a call to figure out exactly what we wanted our wedding to look like. Her packages are extremely affordable and she really puts her all into making sure that your wedding is exactly what you dreamed of and stress free! We enjoyed getting to know her in the planning process and loved spending time with her on our wedding day. She made us feel calm, confident, and excited the whole day. She’s incredibly fun to be around and definitely means business - there’s literally no stone left unturned when it comes to Kylie. Not to mention, everything looked so beautiful and she made all of our inspo come to life. We loved our whole experience with K Marie Weddings and can’t recommend her enough!

I don't think I can say enough good things about Kiley. She made everything so fun, easy, and our day went SO smooth. Our guests were raving about her and how wonderful she was. We couldn't have been happier with Kiley and everything she did for us!

Kylie is amazing! She helped us plan our wedding in Sedona while being in another state until we moved to Arizona and she made the process so easy. We can’t thank Kylie enough for all that she did to plan our wedding. She was prompt, organized, and most of all, made our day feel special and unique to us. With us living out of state, we needed assistance finding local vendors which Kylie tackled easily. Kylie’s communication was also impeccable. She constantly reassured us and made us feel as though we were physically in Scottsdale by painting vivid pictures verbally so we could have an image of exactly what our day would look like. Kylie effortlessly juggled multiple requests, lead vendor meetings, and worked down to the wire to make our vision come to life. The day of our wedding, we had a small vendor emergency but Kylie approached the situation calmly and presented us with all our back up options. In the end, the back up ended up being more beautiful than the original plan! We are so grateful to have had Kylie as our planner and highly recommend her!!

Kylie was absolutely integral to ensuring that our wedding was the wonderful day that it ended up being. From the beginning, Kylie helped us prioritize the vendors we needed to find, make choices among the options she provided, and worked with both us and the vendors to ensure that our vision was executed to perfection. We had initially wanted to plan the wedding ourselves; however, very quickly it became clear that we were in over our heads. We didn’t know what we didn’t know, and Kylie’s extensive expertise and vendor relationships helped give us clarity on how to move forward with the wedding planning process. As if her efforts around the planning portion weren’t reason enough to sing her praises, the work she did on our wedding weekend made the hiring her one of the best decisions we’ve made. I cannot even begin to fathom the amount of coordination and problem-solving that she did during that weekend. She made sure the night went smoothly, and she kept me and my husband blissfully unaware of any hiccups that were occurring. In fact, we didn’t know until well after the wedding, but there was a complication with one of our vendors. Not only did she handle the complication day-of, but unbeknownst to us, worked with the vendor to get us a considerable refund for a problem we didn’t even know occurred. In other words, after the wedding was over, she continued her work to ensure that our wedding experience was positive. Truly, our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and it would not have been remotely possible without the efforts of Kylie. Hiring her was the best money we spent throughout the entire wedding planning process, and we now consider her a friend. I highly recommend that you work with Kylie to ensure your day is everything you hoped it would be!

Kylie was the best! She took all of our ideas and made them personalized. She helped us with what we didn’t know and our wedding looked like it was out of a magazine! If you are on the fence about a wedding coordinator or planner- do not hesitate- this was my favorite thing because my husband and I and our family got to enjoy our day!

I’m SO glad we hired Kylie to be our Wedding Planner/Coordinator as we honestly would not have been able to accomplish a fraction of what Kylie did without her. We live in a different state and planning an elopement in Arizona was not easy, but Kylie alleviated the stress and scheduling pains that comes with planning an out-of-state celebration. She was there every step of the way and literally helped with EVERYTHING, including: helping us choose the right shades/tones to match with our theme, recommending vendors based on budget/availability, providing us with remaining balance reminders in the weeks leading up to the elopement, decorating our dinner reception to a Pinterest-worthy degree of perfection, etc. Throughout our time working together, Kylie was always quick and thoughtful with her responses and that's something we really appreciated. She always made us feel supported and prioritized through her actions and overall thoughtfulness. She is genuine, hardworking, and truly cares about making your day everything you dreamed of and more. Would HIGHLY recommend working with her!!
