If I was able to give no stars I would have. I just went there on 3-30-24! I had very clear communication on what I wanted done with my hair. I have naturally dirty blonde hair! That was her starting point. My request was Balayage with a really dark root! With extremely blonde ends! Guess what at the point I finally decided she wasn’t competent to do what I was asking. I left there with 2 baby strips of highlighted hair and ZERO shades darker throughout the rest. I asked for a simple trim job and after I left it was pointed out how absolutely crooked the cut was! I can’t believe how bad of an experience this was!
