Work was ramping up so we decided it was time we get a wedding coordinator in July. We reached out to a handful of vendors but Katrina's prompt response, flexibility in pricing, & attention to detail is what made her the perfect choice. We provided her with our vision, details, & mood board and she helped us coordinate + connect us to the right people to bring our dream winter wedding to life! Katrina provided her vendor recommendations but doesn't pressure you to go with any of them; she gives full control to the couple & really listens to what the couple envisions. She then adapts to the couple's planning style and fill in the gaps as needed. Katrina also always checked in on not only how the wedding planning was going but also on how we were feeling because she really cares about her clients. On the day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way to make sure everything ran smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding and didn't have a single shred of worry. She was such a joy to work with over those 5 months that we developed a great relationship & became friends. You will not regret hiring Katrina.

e waited to see how the pandemic would go. I was stressed beyond belief by the time we reached out to her several months later - my professional experience as a wedding planner hadn’t prepared me for balancing everything with a pandemic. Katrina was a massive help from the first moment, from recommending vendors we had still to book (shout out especially to her hair and makeup recommendation, SOYI Makeup, who was AMAZING), managing all the little planning details that had been pushed back and were piling on top of each other, handling communication with our vendor team, and so much more. By the time the day-of finally came, I was so much calmer and so thankful for her help. She had smoothed out the planning process so well, and I knew that I could trust her to ensure the wedding would be as close to perfect as possible. The actual wedding day was beyond even my wildest dreams. It ran so smoothly thanks to Katrina and her team and their coordination with the other vendors (she works regularly with our florist, photographer, and specialty rental company, and it showed - they pulled off the most incredible collaboration and I felt like I could absolutely trust their skill and eye to make things beautiful). Our guests have all commented on how wonderful Katrina was, how smoothly everything went, and how she seemed to be everywhere (I know from experience that the more calm and seamless the wedding feels to the couple and guests, the more the planning team is hustling in the background). She kept our timeline running like a Swiss train, but I never felt stressed, rushed, or concerned and was able to be in the moment throughout our wedding, thanks to how she handled the planning. Any time I had a minor question that could have escalated into stress, she handled it immediately and made sure I felt good about the answer and the outcome. I could not be more thrilled that we hired her, more grateful for her amazing coordination skills, or more excited to see how her fine art planning eye helped finish off the little details when we get our photos back!
