e made me trust her and waiting for her to responds and follow up, even though it to her a while to get back about most things. The most red flags were how she will forget things from the last meetings or send quotes that did not include things we talked about. This was when I should have ran, but I didn't, I still believed in her and accepted her apology. As the only vendor that sent me a "welcome gift" (unexpected), I hoped and believed she had class, professional and will make my wedding very beautiful. She took notes so I could not understand how things could be missing. We talked about this multiple times and she promised she will deliver and will go above and beyond. At this point, I just wanted the things listed on the list/notes to be executed. On the wedding day: church flowers were incomplete, church was not done, no arch, wrong and small flowers for the bridesmaids, wrong flower style for the bride, flowers for family members missing. Got to the reception, even worst, no cocktail table flowers, some guest tables had no flowers, some of the ones with high elevation flowers had missing greenery to cover up the table division, no welcome flower signs, no greenery on the drapes or entry drapes. The things we talked about time after time, were not done. All the notes and meetings were for nothing. It appeared that she threw some flowers on some tables and ran. Next day after the wedding, I met with her. She stated that her supplier did not supply what she did to create the church arch, that she had the flowers to complete both church and reception but 4 of her workers called out. Why didnt you mention this as it was happening? Why didnt you tell me? or tell the wedding coordinator? There people there that could have helped, if manpower was all you needed. You failed me K Simone, and no amount of money will fix the disappointment you caused. Because I did not see this coming. Out of all the vendors, you were the last person I could have thought to not deliver what was promised, discussed and paid for. We will see if the $600 refund (out of $16,444.93 that I paid) you have offered will ever be received.
