Katie was very nice, timely and personable however she took creative control and ruined my sweetheart table floral runner. I paid over $700 for a WHITE rose full floral runner and I received a BLUE hydrangea filled with MAYBE 2 dozen roses mixed in floral runner. after our initial phone conversation Kathy text me and asked me for my wedding color theme I told her the color was blue and mauve I had no idea she would take that information and come up with her own concept after I told her what I wanted and sent her an exact picture of what I wanted(a photo from her personal Instagram page). now that I look back at her pictures,the picture she posted was a photo/video of work she did while in a workshop not her actual work. what she produced and what was shown on her picture was not the same. I'm an African-American woman I took pride and hiring and all African-American staff so to say I was beyond disappointed with what was delivered to me is an understatement there were no blue flowers in my wedding yet my sweetheart floral runner was blue it ruined everything I worked hard to create and PAY for, it ruined my entire sweetheart table which is the focal point of my event. when I pay full price for something I expect it to be what I asked for I don't ask for discounts so dont provide discounted work. seeing as this took place after a hurricane had she been honest and communicated with me maybe I would be more understanding however I never asked for blue flowers I asked for a white floral runner and I did not receive that so next time before you take creative control discuss it with the bride who has spent months if not years planning her special day you had no idea what other concepts I had going on in that room because you were hired for one thing and it's the one thing you ruined.
