We were informed by K2 that our initially assigned DJ had a conflict even though we started this process over a year in advance before our wedding. We were also assured by K2 that the new DJ was familiar with bollywood music, but when we had a conversatiin with the DJ , he mentioned he had not played bollywood music before. We tried to work through this by supplying our DJ with a playlist and every song we wanted however the execution felt very automated. All songs kept playing on an autopilot mode with regards to reception music. We would encourage K2 to provide the best possible communication and engagement to ensure both sides are happy. We did not feel heard in our concerns and unfortunately this became the most stressful part of our wedding. We do understand our requests were specific but not uncommon and would have liked better level of communication and resolution our our concerns and situation.

He was incredibly responsive via email and text, even with one change that we made the morning of the wedding. He responded immediately. I can't say enough wonderful things about DJ Jordan. We told him the majority of our guests are in their early 30's, so we wanted a mix of 2010's music as well as current music. Everyone was out on the dance floor - older relative/parents' friends all the way to my middle school-age cousins, and everyone in between. His equipment and lighting were incredible.
