t's your first rodeo typically, and it's good to have someone on your side to walk you through everything. The videographers and our awesome DJ were amazing, and we ended up very happy with the video and the level of customer service we received. In the end, my husband agreed it was worth the extra expense for the videographer. That was worth it all! :) I highly recommend a videographer, because, at least for us, photographs wouldn't have captured all of the movement around us in the Dinosaur Gallery. It was perfect.

and used Q, one of K2's DJ. Q was knowledgable, agreeable to our requests, and took requests from our guests. Our guests are still talking about what a wonderful time they had at the reception. Thank you, Q., for playing all of our favorite songs, along with other songs we forgot to include. We, along with our guests, danced the entire night. Kudos to K2 Productions for a job well done!!

He reached out several weeks before the wedding to go over our planning forms and we knew we were in good hands. Mike followed through with all of our requests and made sure to keep everyone on the dance floor all night long! I should mention that not only was Mike a great DJ, his right hand was injured and he did everything one-handed! He did bring along an assistant just in case :) We were so happy with our experience working with K2!

process easy. The online planning portal was extremely thorough, and I felt very prepared when it was time to have my meeting with our DJ – Q – about two weeks before our wedding. We loved working with DJ Q! He has a great energy and was really organized when it came to all the announcements, intros, uplighting, and other details for our wedding day. From the ceremony sound, to dinner music and the reception – he made our suggestions come to life in the best way. There were guests on the dance floor all night! I highly recommend ‘saying I do with K2’!

I & my fiancé have extremely demanding careers and unfortunately the DJ / emcee search was a bit delayed and underdone. Nevertheless, I was assured by Amy that all DJs within the K2 Productions team were highly skilled and capable. The planning process went smoothly enough - I previewed Troy’s highlight reel prior to hire, uploaded my desired song choices to the online planning form(s) and met with our DJ approximately two weeks out from the wedding. Though stressing that I desired the *exact* versions of those listed on my forms (for the ceremony), I received a text message the *day before our wedding* from Troy, indicating that he could “not locate” a given song. I should note that I’d already informed our DJ that all song selections were readily available on iTunes. When speaking to him about the issue he, however, stated “Oh, I didn’t even think of checking iTunes.” - (Insert puzzled look here) - What was perhaps *most* egregious is that he COMPLETELY BOTCHED our introduction at the reception. Our last name is arguably a tongueful, but I’d provided for him a phonetic spelling AND he recorded pronunciations during our in-person meeting. Even still, he tripped over our name, came to a full-stop, had to restart again, and stuttered the whole way through (in front of all of our family and friends). SO DISAPPOINTING & AWFUL! The final straw was Troy leaving his DJ station and coming to find my husband and I to essentially ask “Can I go home now?” (a full half hour before his contracted service time was up). Needless to say, this was not a good experience. Takeaways (Troy M. of K2 Productions): Unpolished / Low Energy / Poor Professionalism

up-beat, professional style was perfect for the occasion and the crowd and he emceed the evening beautifully. Mike met with my daughter and me several weeks prior to the event and spent time going over all the details with her so that he would know just what kind of music and party she and her groom would be hoping for and they were extremely happy with the outcome. Our contract also included strings of Edison lights hung from the rafters and uplighting around the room all of which added a really nice feel to the evening. They took care of putting up and taking down the lights.

of this, we were a little nervous about how things would turn out in regards to our wedding video; however, everything was spectacular. I was in love with both the highlight reel and the full-length video. Melissa was very professional on the day of the wedding, and everything we asked for, from the music to the specific shots we wanted, were included in the final version of the videos. Melissa was also punctual, arriving to the venue ahead of time in order to capture some shots of the surrounding area. So, in the end, K2 is on the more expensive side (we paid for the $2,900 package), but you are definitely getting what you pay for. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a videographer for their special day.
