I can't say enough good things about Tom and his talent. 12 years later, we still get comments and compliments on our wedding photos. And we were the last year he shot with real film! Tom was a joy to have share our special and intimate wedding day. He quickly got to know all of our various family members and understood "who went with who" which is a feat and required a lot of sensitivity due to a complicated family tree! Our wedding was shot outdoors on a beach in Glen Arbor, Michigan and despite quirky weather and high winds, the photos are flawless. Tom has photographed my sister's wedding, a sorority sister's wedding and countless friends in Michigan and Chicago. You will not be disappointed and you will consider him a dear friend! When it was time to plan our wedding, my then-fiancee and I knew that the two most important decisions would be where to have it and who to photograph it. Yes, some people may want the best food or acres of flowers or a cake worthy of a queen. We wanted a beautiful location and a photographer who would capture the joy and beauty of our special day. Luckily for us, we hired Tom. He exceeded our expectations in every way. First, he was organized and spent time with us before the wedding to get a sense for what we wanted. Second, he was creative and offered many ideas for great photographs that we would not have come up with on our own. He captured the photojournalistic style we wanted, but also managed to shoot some more traditional pictures so we have a good mix. Third, he was so easy to work with the day of the wedding! He arrived early, stayed late and from start to finish, he captured every single special moment of our the day. He was in control without being bossy; he faded into the background enough to capture some stunning candids of us and our guests. Finally, he did not haggle over the price of prints like so many photographers. He charged what he charged and we received each and every photo file! I love that we were able to take all of the pictures and not have to deal with all the nonsense of some photographers and how pricey their prints can be. You may not remember the way the first bite of wedding cake tasted, or what sort of champagne you sipped, but you will be able to relive the magic of your wedding by looking at your amazing photographs. Eight years and three kids later, we still proudly display our wedding photographs and still receive compliments from friends and family. If we ever renew our vows we would hire Tom again!

We were so excited to have Tom as our photographer, he was so much fun, and made the day easy. He has a way with capturing moments that you didn't even know existed. Tom not only works to get all the great pictures, but he takes the time to see who you are as a person, and uses this to bring out the personality and emotion behind each photograph. We can't thank Tom enough for the moments and memories that we will share forever.

My husband Rick and I really wanted Tom to shoot our wedding, so we chose our wedding date based on his availability. We had a great experience and our pictures turned our wonderfully.

My husband and I had a really great experience with Tom. He shot our wedding at Notre Dame and we were impressed by his professionalism and the quality of his work. He has a really great artistic eye and the photographs turned out to be wonderful. He really went above and beyond, traveling to South Bend from out of town and coming with my bridesmaids and I early in the morning while we were getting ready. Overall, I was really happy with Tom's work. He was a pleasure to work with and captured some great moments on our wedding day. I would absolutely recommend Tom to any of my friends! (In fact, I decided to ask Tom to shoot our wedding after I saw what a great job he did for two of my friends!) He is the nicest guy to work with and was fun to have around on our wedding day!

Tom did an excellent job as the photographer at my April 2011 wedding. The venue and location were both new to him, yet he created fantastic shots at our alma mater Notre Dame. My husband and I are grateful for the amazing pictures and for his quiet and thoughtful demeanor throughout the day. Neither of us like photographers who are too in your face and Tom maintained the perfect balance between always getting the shot without being intrusive. This was very important to us. Tom did an absolutely stunning job taking pictures at our wedding. To this day when I look at my pictures I laugh, I cry and feel the love and joy from that day all over. He was very patient and was able to take charge of our large.... and loud families. Tom's posed pictures were creative, unique and classy. I love, love, love all the candid shots he took. I feel he caught true moments. I am grateful for his dedication to our wedding and the amount of time he spent getting the perfect shots! He started the morning with my bridesmaids and myself and ended the night after the dancing was in full swing at the reception. I am floored with the amount of time he spent with us on our special day. I would highly recommend him!

We had an intimate 26 person wedding. I wanted to focus on getting married in an absolutely beautiful location with beautiful details and amazing pictures. Tom delivered the most amazing pictures of our day. The photos he took are truly timeless and some of my favorite pictures nearly 5 years later. He fit right in with our family and everyone commented on how great he was. He gave us over 600 images! And I love my Zook book wedding album he designed. Whenever I bring it out, people are just blown away by the great quality and fabulous images.

My husband and I knew we wanted to display our photos after the wedding and put a lot of effort into finding a photographer that could capture the beauty of a wedding in an organic way. We read some great reviews and after our first meeting and engagement shots, WE WERE SOLD. Tom made us feel relaxed and had the most amazing locations. One of my all time favorite shots is actually from that day! Tom arrived early on the wedding day, spent time with my bridesmaids and me and then with the guys. He captured stunning moments, sweet encounters, pure joy and the beauty of the wedding space. Tom never slowed down and managed to win over all of my guests; They still compliment him to this day four years after our wedding. Tom helped make our day special, he is truly gifted and a great guy to work with. I cannot recommend him enough.

Tom was the photographer at my wedding in 2008, and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and creative person to work with. He was patient and flexible, and managed to assemble and deal with our difficult family situation. I have gotten SO many compliments on his creative shots, and he incorporated all of my wishes into the shooting schedule. Thanks Tom!

Tom did our wedding photos in June 2010 and they turned out amazing.

Tom was a joy to work with - everybody in our wedding party liked him. He was very accommodating / flexible and had a great attitude. What we liked most is that he stayed late into the night to make sure we had several shots to choose from. He wasn't in a hurry and didn't rush our make us feel that we were on the clock, like some photographers will. He has a very good "eye" for photography and was able to get some unique and creative photos of the wedding party. Tom sent us close to 900 images at the end - we have several images from that day that we were happy with. Tom came highly recommended to us and we would recommend him highly to others. He is very professional and his work shows it!

We LOVED Tom! He was so nice and easy to work with! We absolutely LOVE his candid pictures! He was so nice that he even came to our rehearsal bonfire the night before the wedding to meet people and take a few pictures :)

He is amazzzzzzzzzzzzing. He has photographed many of the weddings I've attended in the area. He takes just such beautiful photos. We got about 850 photos- but there is no number he works towards.;He's not meant for those who are trying to have a small budget but if you're going to splurge on anything.. I would splurge on the photographer.
