So many people told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Kaila kept everything running smoothly with a smile on her face the entire time. I could not recommend her more!

She was fine to work with until my full dues were sent one month out, then she spiraled. She was not easy to get a hold of and seemed disorganized. I had a walk-through scheduled at my venue and Kaila messed up the time on her end (after multiple reminders). I had an especially difficult time getting a hold of her to correct her with the actual time of the walk-through, which was very annoying and panic-inducing. Kaila scrambled and arrived late; we were all waiting for her at the front door. She walked in frazzled & immediately asked my rabbi/officiant if she was the mother of the bride. Wow! Mind you, my rabbi is around my age, she cannot be more than 8 years older than me at the very most. Our jaws consecutively dropped at how rude & unprofessional Kaila was, especially with how experienced she claims to be. On the day of my wedding, my guests were shocked at how disorganized & frazzled Kaila was. I heard from multiple guests that people were laughing at how new to the game she was presenting herself to be. At my reception, my friend approached and asked Kaila what was behind a sliding door and whether it was a patio that she could step out upon. Kaila was so rude to her, barked at her that she couldn’t go back there, that the interaction drew attention from other guests. My friend had tears in her eyes. She was so hurt, shocked & embarrassed. In retrospect, I am embarrassed by how unprofessional and rude Kaila presented herself to be on the day of my wedding.

ade everything so easy! She is so knowledgeable in the wedding industry and knows exactly how to make your vision a reality. We met with her several times throughout our planning process. Our meetings were concise and very well thought-out to be respectful of everyones time. I always felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders after speaking with her. She remembers everything that you say in a genuine effort to make your day absolutely perfect! On our wedding day, we didn't have to think about a thing. We had total confidence that Kaila and her team would deliver exactly what we had planned. In fact, she actually exceeded our expectations. Having Kaila and her team there allowed our entire family to just enjoy the day without having to worry about a thing. Kaila also helped with planning our wedding shower. Again, everything ran smoothly and it allowed us to spend more time with our guests. Kaila is just the absolute sweetest and we loved working with her!

Kaila's relationship with so many vendors helped us immensely while trying to figure out a cake, transportation, flowers, etc. The day would not have been stress free without her! Highly recommend!
