We cannot say enough good things about this experience! We had a Lōkahi Kahiko Vow Renewal Ceremony at Roca's Retreat and everything was PERFECT. Communication with Koa prior to ...
the event was seamless. We told him what we would like and he easily incorporated it into the ceremony. We wanted beautiful haku crowns and Koa was able to make the most beautiful head pieces for us. It felt special wearing something handmade and created with love. It was the most memorable day that will remain in our hearts forever- the blowing of the pu (conch shell); the blessings; the Ti Leaf Maile ceremony; sharing the breath of life... everything was perfect and we are forever grateful to Koa for making this so special for us! Koa has such a tender heart, filled with compassion. His genuine love for his culture and his ability to share so much of himself is invaluable!

the honor of officiating your Lōkahi Kahiko Vow Renewal Ceremony at Roca's Retreat. 🌺 Your review has warmed my heart, and I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to be a part of your special day.
It brings immense joy to know that the experience resonated with you both, from the seamless communication before the event to the creation of beautiful haku crowns. Crafting those headpieces was a labor of love, and I'm delighted they added a special touch to your ceremony.
The moments you've described—the blowing of the pu, the blessings, the Ti Leaf Maile ceremony, and the shared breath of life—all hold a special place in my heart as well. Your appreciation fuels my passion for sharing the beauty of the Lōkahi ceremony.
Your kind words about my tender heart and love for culture touch me deeply. It is my genuine joy to infuse each ceremony with the compassion and authenticity that I hold dear.
