Kahului Florist

Kahului Florist were awesome with us in communicating, mostly through email since we had about a year and a half to prepare. They gave us suggestions, recommendations. We had some changes and they were able to change what we requested. The arrangements were wonderful, like sooooo BEAUTIFUL that we left a few in the chapel for decorations. The prices, i say were worth it and we were still under our budget. MAHALOS KAHULUI FLORISTS!!!!

The owner of the florist assisted us as we ordered and paid for our flowers eight weeks before our wedding date. One week before our wedding we called to reconfirm our order and was told it would be ready. On the morning of our wedding we arrived at the florist to pick up our order. The manager refused to inform me that our flowers weren't ready. She instead yelled at one of her employees to come out from the back work area to speak with me. Upon hearing from the employee that my order was not ready the shop expected me to say ok, get my money back and leave. I was determined, demanded resolution and refused to leave without my flowers. At that time they instructed me to return in three hours. After three hours I returned and was able to leave with the items I purchased. I would've appreciated if the owner communicated with me directly and provided a solution instead of yelling, screaming, throwing a tantrum and pushing me off to an employee.

Kahului Florist is my go-to florist for bouquets and arrangements. They have been around FOREVER! I call them whenever I need to have an arrangement delivered on Maui (no problem for them that I'm in California). I don't worry about whether or not the bouquet or arrangement will look nice, that's how trusted Kahului Florist is. They did all my wedding flowers and the arrangements for the church. I live on the mainland, and did most of my communication via email with their consultant. Usually this method of communication leads to confusion, but she understood what I wanted and it translated into a beautifully unique bouquet for both my matron of honor and me!

Got last minute flowers to fix the centerpieces and bouquet we made. They were so helpful and kind and the prices were reasonable.
