Let me start by saying the photos I received were great and consistent with the style I hired her for. I only gave 2 stars because it is so hard to communicate and get in touch with her. I am missing a photo of my mother and son, and a photo of my parents with me and my husband (bride and groom). That's an important photo and I've contacted her about it but of course it hasn't been sent to me. I've spoken to other people and they all have the same things to say about her. She's nice and personable in person during the shoot but turnaround time, communication and customer service are just not there unfortunately. The day of coordinator for the wedding was not even able to get in touch with her after calling and leaving a voice mail. No call back. Every other vendor we hired spoke and coordinated with her willingly and were very professional. I had to contact her after 90 days to ask about my gallery because I had yet to receive it and the contract stated 90 days. She said it was previously sent but I checked my emails every day so I know it wasn't. She sent it over fb messanger hours after that conversation so I think she finished it right then and sent it over. Hire someone who actually cares about if you're happy with their service or not.

I thought about hiring this vendor but could not get her to respond with a quote. even after that I gave her the benefit of the doubt so I asked around. Turns out a family friend used her and didnt get ANY of her photos. she also said instead of taking pics durring the reception, she was off socializing.

Kailyn did an excellent job on my bridal photos. She took the time to make sure I had taken a good variety of shots. Her work is amazing and thanks to her I will forever have beautiful pictures in my wedding dress.

She is awesome!! She was so fun to work with and our wedding pictures are absolutely gorgeous! You would think we paid a fortune for them, but she has very fair and affordable prices. Highly recommend!

Kailyn has been taking my family’s portraits for years! So when she started specializing in weddings, there was no question that I would use her for my wedding day photo coverage! Her packages are very affordable for the quality of work and professionalism she brings to the table. She frequently checked in on me throughout the year of planning my wedding and offered assistance with finding vendors, helping with wardrobe choices, etc. From engagements, to boudoir, to bridals, and even family portraits, she is amazing! The light and airy style of her work completely stole my heart and matched perfectly with my venue’s setting. She is so fun to work and has no problem running around, laying on the floor, or climbing a wall to capture the right angle and getting the perfect shot. Her work speaks for itself and I am never left disappointed!

Kailyn takes beautiful pictures but not worth the hassle or stress. We hired her for my wedding before knowing she doesn’t communicate and she’s very unprofessional. She put very little thought into the wedding gallery she sent me. It had several duplicate pictures and was missing several images that brides typically get in their gallery. She would not respond to my messages and would not deliver the list of important pictures I asked for after she told me she would get them to me. I’m not one to leave a bad review but dealing with her was very stressful. I know several people who have had the same problems with her. Your wedding is a very important time in your life that you can’t redo. I would not recommend her for a wedding.

Kailyn is awesome! Her work is beautiful and she captures the moments perfectly. She was also super helpful with getting everyone on the same page on our wedding day and getting people to listen. She is phenomenal and I recommend her to everyone that I know is looking for a photographer!

I used Kailyn for my website headshots, she was on time, professional, the photos were crisp and beautiful and her poses were outstanding. I couldn't have been happier with them and I use them for every professional article, publication, etc that I'm in. I would recommend her to anyone!

This photographer was hired and paid in full for her services. SOME photos were received via low res internet link, after months of begging and no response from her. A large portion of photos have not been received yet, despite continued attempts to contact her. The photos received weren’t edited and many were blurry or had outside images, such as vehicles or signage in them. It’s coming up on a year since the wedding, yet we haven’t been able to share our happiness yet. It’s so unfortunate that a person claiming to be a professional would act in such a nonprofessional manner, and cause such disappointment for what should be the most memorable day in a persons life.

I used Kailyn for my wedding and she was nothing less than amazing and my pictures have been AMAZING. My wedding looks like it could have been on the cover of a magazine. She helped me put on my dress, and even made my plate for me when my coordinator failed to. I’m so happy I choose her to photograph my wedding! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I came here knowing she would just delete a FB review, but it looks like I'm in the same boat as girls below. All I will say is look into who you're hiring, beyond the photo. Take a quick google search and image search on just kind of person you're entrusting your day with. I was lied to, completely ripped off, ignored, and feel ashamed I trusted her.

Your wedding is the best day of your life and it’s so important to have it all documented to look back on, but how can you do that if you never receive your pictures from your photographer? Her images are beautiful, but you’ll never see yours unless she occasionally posts them on social media.

If it was possible to leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Kailyn is extremely unprofessional and if I could make any recommendations, it would be to find another photographer who is dependable.
