About this vendor
Hi! I'm Kait, your boudoir and engagement photographer based out of San Diego, CA. After graduating with a degree in Fashion, I continued pursuing my passion for the arts through self-taught photography. I love utilizing my skill for creative direction in all my portraits; conceptualizing a shoot down to location, style, and feel. My background in fashion has helped me develop a knack for editorial-style photography, however, I also adore creating photos that feel real, messy, and natural. Whether you're looking for elegant and timeless photos or documentary-style candids, let me capture your love with an artistic eye and a film-inspired look.
A great photographer not only knows how to freeze beautiful moments in time, but to make their subjects feel comfortable in front of their lens. I strive to bring a playful energy to all my sessions, so both your time spent with me and your final photos don't feel posed or stuffy. After all, being in love is supposed to be fun! From creating a mood board that encapsulates your vision to advising on what to wear, I will make sure you're prepared for a stress free photo session.

engagement session so much fun and far exceeded our expectations for the experience and the outcome! She even chose a scenery around difficult weather last minute. We totally trusted her and so happy we did! Kait delivered an online gallery for print and media - far more than asked for and sooner than expected and we're obsessed with every single one of our pictures! We adore Kait and her photography/editing abilities and couldn't have been happier and more grateful we had the chance to shoot with her; she's amazing!

the photos turn out absolutely perfectly with an insanely fast turnaround time. I have worked with dozens of photographers and this was one of the most comforting and empowering sessions I’ve ever had. I’d recommend Kait Visuals to every single person- not only because of her INSANE talent and eye for the shot, but because of who she is as a person. Having your photo taken can be scary if you aren’t comfortable- that will absolutely NOT be an issue if you book with her as she will give the absolute best care and compassion possible. 10/10 recommend!

depth of your love in just a single image. She is such a kind soul and makes you (and your partner) feel so comfortable and guided in your posing while shooting. When I received our photos, my jaw dropped and there was not ONE that I didn’t like (which is so rare for me). Clearly I can’t say enough good things about her. She made this moment so special for us and I highly, highly recommend her services!

now how to make you look good, she knows how to make you feel good, which is clear as day in the results. Her rates are extremely fair in relation to the area and the quality of work is unlike anything I have ever been a part of. I could not recommend her enough, even if I screamed from the rooftops everyday for the rest of my life, might make my man re propose just to have her shoot it. To summarize, book her or regret it the rest of your life.
