dreams come true! From tasting to final set up, she was amazing! We had so many compliments on how amazing everything tasted & even days after the wedding, we were eating on leftovers + everything tasted super fresh! There was only 1 hiccup--the tins for the pies that she ordered came in the wrong size! It was too late to reorder, so she had to use a smaller tin than we had originally planned. We didn't even know about the issue until after the wedding day (which we appreciate!!) and when I emailed her to ask, she immediately explained what happened + that she was giving us time to enjoy our honeymoon before discussing. She actually gave us 20 extra pies and a partial refund of the difference. A business owner who handles issues this way is one I will ALWAYS support! ur life. We had a 3 tier cake which meant we had 3 different cakes with 3 different fillings. She listened to what our vision was and made it real. When we finally got to see the end product on our wedding day, our jaws hit the floor. It was gorgeous. She is fantastic and I wouldn't go with anyone else but her.

When we arrived for our tasting, she graciously allowed us two extra guests so my parents could participate and the flavors were so delicious that we ended up deciding on a 4 tier cake so we could get all of our favorite flavor combinations! Kait also has a great eye for flowers and brought my "sunset" flower vision to life on our blue tinted cake. trying different cakes with different icings. We ended up choosing red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and French toast cake with coffee flavored icing and OMG. We didn’t even get a chance to have any red velvet cake because our guests were literally all over it lol. People couldn’t stop talking about how great the cake was. Our top tier is sitting in our freezer right now and it takes every ounce of control I have in my body to not dive in and eat it before our anniversary. 90% chance it won’t make it a year without us losing complete self-control and devouring it. We’ll just have to order another cake. Maybe in like 5 other flavors too. Who knows. I haven’t even mentioned yet how absolutely gorgeous our cake was because I’m so preoccupied with how delicious it was, but our cake was BEAUTIFUL. It was exactly what we wanted. g. We tried combinations of different cake and frosting flavors. Because we LOVED them all, we decided to go with a 5 tier cake, each of different flavors! I already had in mind how I wanted it to be decorated- to match the bow on the back of my wedding dress. We communicated secretly so my husband wouldn’t find out! Not only was it a showstopper and centerpiece of my wedding, it was so good that after we did the cake cutting, I didn’t even get a slice! I know some of our guests ate THREE pieces! I’m not even mad about it! Maybe jealous?! But seriously, how can you go wrong?! Kait is an absolute joy of a person to know and to work with! I can’t recommend her flavors, attention to detail and execution enough! I couldn’t imagine it to be more perfect than it was! We briefly explained our vision to Kait over the phone and told her to just run with it however she wanted. She totally nailed it on the head! It was absolutely gorgeous! Kait was even able to accommodate a last minute request to turn the bottom layer of the cake rainbow colored! All of our guests have continuously complimented the cake, not only on how beautiful it was, but how great it tasted! The lemon blueberry flavor was out of this world!
