Kaitlyn Ferris Photography

every single one of our wedding photos, it’s all unmatched. She has such an incredible eye and undeniable talent that shines through in every single shot. On top of that, Kaitlyn’s positive energy makes her such a joy to work with. From our engagement session to our wedding day, she brought such positivity and joy that completely set the tone for the day. She made everyone feel comfortable and confident, and by the end, she feels more like a friend than just a photographer. Our wedding photos are everything I ever dreamed of and more. Kaitlyn was worth every penny and then some. Hands down, the BEST photographer on long island by a long shot!! I couldn’t recommend her more!

Beautiful golden hour and bright photos! And very helpful recommending other North Fork vendors to us.

I was in awe when I saw the photos (which I also received my teaser photos so fast) but looking at the photos I felt like it also truly captured all the love and emotion in each picture. She is so incredibly professional and an amazing photographer, but also one of the sweetest and friendliest people I’ve ever met. I had some pre-wedding jitters and I’m not the biggest fan of having my picture taken, but she truly made it all feel so easy. Kaitlyn and her second shooter Danielle, made me feel so comfortable and were so helpful throughout the day as well. It felt like I’ve known them forever and not just that they were there to take photos of us. Easily one of my best decisions was booking Kaitlyn as my photographer.

fell in love with her work. From the moment we reached out, she was warm, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. Our engagement shoot with Kaitlyn was such a fun and memorable experience. We worked together to choose the perfect location, and even though we had never taken professional photos before (and I was a bit nervous), Kaitlyn made the entire process feel natural and enjoyable. As our wedding day approached, the forecast took a turn for the worse—cold and rain in June. But Kaitlyn remained calm and reassuring, helping us shift our plans without missing a beat. Thanks to her and her amazing team, we now have the most beautiful photos to remember our day by—no matter the weather. We’re so incredibly grateful to her for capturing our memories so perfectly.

completely at ease in front of the camera and captured the day so beautifully. We were blown away by how quickly she turned around preview photos, and they are stunning. Her partner Danielle was also fantastic—calm, kind, and equally talented. We feel so lucky to have had them both as part of our day!

ted and it’s going to be hard to choose what photos we are going to frame because there are some many beautiful ones to choose from.

the beginning. She was always quick to answer any questions during planning and brought such fun energy to our wedding day. And the way we had 100+ teasers sent to us the next morning… literally amazing!! Highly HIGHLY recommend.

! Her photos are FABULOUS. I am obsessed with our album and how she truly captured the magic of our wedding! Also, her assistant Danielle is just as amazing and somehow she was able to also capture small videos for us throughout the day as an added bonus. Thank you so so much Kaitlyn, you are the best of the best!

oing for. She photographed every moment beautifully!

s comfortable and laughing. From the first email to the full gallery, she made wedding planning so much fun. By wedding day it felt like Kaitlyn was a long-time friend, bonding with my bridesmaids, bringing the energy and exceeding expectations. A true magic maker! PS! Danielle (her second hand) is also amazing!!! She captured some behind the scenes videos throughout the day that I definitely would've paid extra for. Working with this team is a no brainer!!

rom com. Her joy for her work is infectious and her positive vibes are exactly what you need on your wedding day. Her ability to manage people is truly a gift. She was beaming all day and brought the warmest light with her even on our windy, rainy wedding day out in Montauk.

nuine. From the first email correspondence, her warmth and excitement were immediately apparent- a sign of someone who truly loves what they do. Kaitlyn’s talent and creativity shines through every shot, capturing every detail along the way. Her specialty in golden hour photography is truly remarkable—she knows exactly how to capture that magical light. Kaitlyn made us feel so comfortable and at ease in front of the camera, and she didn’t miss a beat on our wedding day. The morning after our wedding she sent over the most incredible teaser gallery. We were blown away by how quickly she was able to deliver the perfect collection of photos, and it made us even more excited to see the full gallery! What really sets Kaitlyn apart is her ability to capture not just the big moments, but the small details and the unique essence of each couple. We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful memories she preserved for us. We are so grateful for the stunning photos that perfectly reflect the unforgettable moments of our wedding day.

ble and supported through the whole process - from the initial call to the first time in front of the camera at our engagement shoot. She and Danielle (who is also awesome!) captured all of the details and moments of the day in a way that still allowed us to be fully present in our celebrations. She brings the best energy and was an absolute highlight in the wedding planning process. The turn around time for teasers and the full albums is incredibly fast which is so appreciated. Most importantly, thanks to her we have beautiful photos that we will cherish forever.

dozens of photographers, few can compare to her. Infact, most look up to her. The energy she brings is unparalleled. There's never an awkward moment around her. Kaitlyn is the type of photographer who goes the extra mile to capture your perfect photo. She isn't afraid of getting her boots wet or trekking through tall grass. The ease and joyful aire she radiates is contagious- all her clients leave with the biggest smiles.

we knew immediately we were all going to work very well together. She kept in constant contact over the nearly 18 months from date of booking to wedding date. My husband and I aren't ones to really be comfortable having the spotlight or photos taken of us, but on the wedding day, she made us feel so comfortable and special. She is such a professional, all while laughing and smiling and in turn, making us laugh and smile. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does. She is so insanely creative and can mold any situation into a perfect photo opportunity. Our favorite was when she noticed the full moon out at sunset and pulled us out quick to capture the stunning evening sky during our reception, it was a nice break for us, and the photos turned out amazing. She got us back teaser literally HOURS after our wedding, we were so immensely impressed by her shots and edits. We got the whole album a month later as promised, along with an amazing instagram post and we couldn't stop poring over the nearly 1000 amazing shots from our special day. She is such a talented person and we can't wait to work with her again in the future for photos.

capture unforgettable shots of our first dance against the backdrop of the ocean. Her commitment to perfection was evident as she sent us teasers the very next day, leaving us in awe of her talent. Beyond her skill behind the lens, Kaitlyn's warm personality made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. Her second shooter, Danielle, was also fantastic. She and Kaitlyn worked together perfectly to make sure all the best shots were taken. Danielle even helped to bustle my dress and pin the boutonnieres on the men! Choosing Kaitlyn was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. She is a literal ray of sunshine. You do not want to miss out on having her as your photographer for your wedding day!!! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

professional and brightened my day. Thank you!!

he year of planning leading up to the wedding, I knew that she was going to be the perfect fit to capture our day. We knew Kaitlyn would deliver a beautiful collection of wedding photos but we didn’t know how much of a guiding light she would be throughout the actual day. She had such a calming presence throughout our rainy wedding morning and went above and beyond her role of photographer to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were having fun. Kaitlyn (while ~6 months pregnant!!!)and her team were literally on their hands and knees trying to help me fix my busted bustle and still making me smile and laugh through it all! Having her with us throughout the day was truly a gift and the photographs she captured with her team were simply incredible. My fiancé and I got to wake up the day after our wedding to the most perfect sneak peak of our favorite day and my guests could not stop talking about how amazing each shot was. Kaitlyn Ferris was walking sunshine on our rainy MTK wedding day and her photography is pure magic!

Her and her team go above and beyond to make the day go so smooth. Kaitlyn came with her second shooter Danielle and a third shooter that shadowed them. Kaitlyn did our 11 hour wedding day 8 months pregnant and you’d never know for a second. The day was perfect from start to finish and Kaitlyn was able to capture all of it. Pre wedding I had sent Kaitlyn some photos I wanted to get day of and she delivered every single one of them. She really makes the photos fun, even my husband who hates taking pictures said for both our shoots he actually had the best time. Kaitlyn’s personality really shines through that lens and she captures the most beautiful photos. The morning after our wedding Kaitlyn sent me 130 plus teasers, I was shocked at how fast she got them to me! Then less than a month later we received our full wedding gallery, we love every single photo. I really can’t recommend her enough, if you want a perfect wedding photographer she’s your girl! Thank you Kaitlyn !!!

able. We love her!!

cess. She was so easy and fun to communicate with, and made our wedding always feel really important to her. We had a blast shooting our engagement pics with Kaitlyn and love every single photo. Her style and editing is so dreamy and magical, everything she shoots is beautiful. Our wedding day we had Kaitlyn, her second shooter Danielle, and another photographer shadowing her... all three of them were such an amazing team. They were professional, funny, easy going and troopers since we had a hot outdoor July wedding! They truly captured the whole day and were able to check off all the shots we had on our shot list.. some I thought were going to be impossible to get, but they made it happen. I didn't feel like we were in a photoshoot all day long, everything felt so natural. We had teasers before noon the day after the wedding and our entire album one month later. Kaitlyn is extremely talented, all of our friends and family couldn't get over how gorgeous the photos are - we are so lucky to have Kaitlyn and her team be a part of our wedding! She is the best on all of LI! 10/10, 5 stars!

photos). All our family and friends can not say enough about how crisp and beautiful our photos are! Kaitlyn makes you so comfortable and has a great sense of humor! It is so fun working with her. Her entire team was so kind and helpful! My husband and I absolutely love her! 10/10 recommend!!!

helpful answering all of our questions and planning the timeline. She & her team went above and beyond the day of- her assistant at one point even ran to the deli to get sandwiches that we forgot to pick up which was so kind --- what photographer does that?!? We felt so at ease the entire day with them by our sides. They made sure all of the important pictures were taken without being too overbearing which allowed us to really be in the moment and enjoy the day. Getting all of the teasers back the next morning was so amazing. We were able to look at them surrounded by family and friends still recovering from the night before. Our engagement & wedding photos will be cherished forever and we are so thankful to Kaitlyn & her team!

hine. BFF energy, I wanted to hang out with them all the time. They both took stunning photos and knew what to do to deliver great shots. We laughed and felt so comfortable with them. Kaitlyn captured everything but was never in the way. OMG, also she got our photos back to us in like, record time. Like maybe a week? She’s the real deal.

s for us. On the day of everyone was great, she moved things along but was also calm and made sure she got amazing photos. We got our sneak peaks the next morning! The rest of our photos came about a month after our wedding are absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend her.

ight and airy photos. Whatever weather you have on your wedding day, it won’t matter because her pictures will be gorgeous either way. She was a great hype woman as well during the day and just left positivity everywhere she went! She also really helped with the wedding timeline for the day of. Not to mention she had 100 teasers for us the day after the wedding !! Absolutely amazing photographer and person

From the moment we met, I knew she was the perfect choice to capture our special day. Kaitlyn's warm and sweet personality instantly put me at ease during what could have been a nerve-wracking experience. Her positive energy was infectious, and she effortlessly blended in with our guests, making everyone feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. It was like having a close friend capturing all the beautiful moments of our wedding. I feel lucky I was able to book her!

evere understatement. She is an incredible human being inside and out and her work is unmatched. She goes above and beyond to make the experience working together memorable, fun, easy and although she has a slew of clients, she makes you feel like you’re the only ones. Kaitlyn’s talents are insanely impressive— the way she is not only an incredible photographer but can effectively manage huge groups, emotions, you name it on a day that is so demanding, she is your GIRL. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone forever. My only complaint is that I can’t get married ten more times just to have her be our wedding photographer over and over again. We couldn’t be happier with the photos and our experience working with such a fabulous person. If you’re on the fence about working with her, get your head on straight!!!!!! Xoxo Renee & Jeff

l golden hour sunlight for our engagement shoot. It unfortunately rained on our wedding day but I just knew Kaitlyn would be able to make it work. And she really did, we utilized our hotel lobby and grounds and the photos are STUNNING. I know it was meant to be. She was so reassuring and we just went with it. Her assistant Danielle was also phenomenal, in additional to being a great photographer she was basically a bridal assistant. She looped my dress buttons, pinned the mens boutonnières, placed in my veil, bustled my dress - all those things we didn’t know how to do lol. Kaitlyn turned around 75 teasers in less than 24 hours and our entire album in 3 weeks. And every photo is amazing. No one makes photo magic better and faster than Kaitlyn. She is truly the best.

our wedding out a year to make sure she was available. She is THAT MAGICAL. Photography is truly Kaitlyn’s passion, and I believe that’s what sets her apart. Kaitlyn’s passion is unmatched, and shows in every single photograph she captures. We were extremely fortunate to have Kaitlyn and her team travel to our destination wedding in North Carolina last year. Kaitlyn sends a teaser gallery within 24 HOURS of your wedding day, no waiting for a month just to see a few of your wedding pictures. Among the thousands of other reasons to book Kaitlyn that is an amazing bonus. We were traveling back home when Kaitlyn sent the teasers and I will never forget having to pull off on the side of the highway because they were that amazing, i was speechless. I must have spent over an hour looking at them. Kaitlyn makes you feel so comfortable the entire day, from knowing how to pose everyone, capturing the small moments, the big moments and everything in between. From the first time you meet Kaitlyn you will truly understand how much of a magical person she is. I could never imagine my wedding day being captured by anyone else. If you are having an East End wedding and Kaitlyn is available do not hesitate to book!

and couldn’t believe how many teasers we got back that SAME day! We were in love with how them came out and knew we made the right choice for our wedding. Kaitlyn was so helpful, especially when our original venue cancelled 6 months out. She gave us so much advice and calmed our nerves as she talked us through options, ideas, date changes, everything!! Finally our wedding day arrived and Kaitlyn was of course on point with everything!!! Likewise, her assistant Danielle was amazing - so helpful, funny and friendly! Immediately their presence brought positivity and joy. Kaitlyn makes it so easy to enjoy every moment and captures them all so perfectly. We received our teasers the very next day and we’re yet again, blow away. JUST THE BEST! We can’t believe there are more to come and do not know how we’ll ever pick favorites for albums. We’ll forever recommend Kaitlyn! Thank you so much for capturing the most dreamy, fall day 🧡

in an array of settings. We became close collaborators and I hired her whenever I could. When she started shooting weddings exclusively, I knew that she would be my wedding photographer before I even met my husband, and was so excited for that day to finally come. We even picked our date and location with her availability in mind. Kaitlyn is the kind of person who you would definitely invite to your wedding, regardless of whether she was photographing it. Her sunny presence is inspiring and uplifting, her fun, lighthearted nature puts everyone around her at ease. She is professional, reliable, and one of the absolutely most talented photographers I have ever met. If that isn't a reason to hire someone to photograph the most important day of your life, I don't know what is. When Kaitlyn is photographing your wedding, you know that you, your partner, and all of your loved ones will look beautiful, that every important moment will be captured, and that all the little details will be taken care of. Kaitlyn is meticulous, experienced, and professional to her core. I am always amazed at how she keeps track of everything important all at once, and you can always 100% trust her to do so no matter what. I could stay here and gush about Kaitlyn forever; think about how you'll feel knowing that there is someone who is loving, supportive, capable, and endlessly talented on the other end of the camera for all the most important moments on one of the the biggest days of your life, and you'll know right away that person should be Kaitlyn.

e! Kaitlyn’s passion for her work comes through in every single post, story, comment and message. This same passion came bursting through from our engagement shoot all the way through our wedding day. She is so kind and funny and kept us genuinely smiling the entire day, and she also knows how to command giant groups of family and friends to make sure she gets the shots we want without any chaos! Our family kept commenting on how amazing she was, getting what she needed without being pushy or annoying, and just letting the joy of the day shine through in every shot. I also suspect she’s superhuman, because we woke up the next day to an album of teaser shots she sent through at 7am! We are beyond grateful for Kaitlyn, her second shooter Josh, and everything they did for us on our day.

hly recommended her so we followed her on Instagram and loved her work. We were so lucky she was available on our date. Communicating with her was effortless. She was so responsive and detail oriented. Every step of both the engagement shoot and wedding day itinerary was outlined. We like structure and have never done this before, so that was comforting. Finally the big day arrives, from the moment she walked in the door, she was a delight and very professional. Her personality had everyone at ease and willing to be guided by her. With a large bridal party, parents grandparents of the bride and groom, we had a lot of people and photos to take. Her directions were clear and distinct and we shifted in and out of photos seamlessly. The morning after the wedding Kaitlyn sent teasers of about 100 photos. From the moment we opened them, we were flooded with joy. Kaitlyn captured every moment! Whether posed or candid; She got the people and the environment, along with the emotion and vibe. The angles, the lighting, the variety, all stellar… Truly, the photographs were spectacular! Kaitlyn is an artist as well as a photographer; and a wonderful human being! Everything about her and her work exceeded our expectations. Our family will treasure these photos for the rest of our lives. Thank you Kaitlyn , from the bottom of our hearts.

he communicated to me exactly how the wedding day would go and made the day go so seamlessly. She made my husband and I feel so very comfortable during our photos, and you didn’t even know she was there capturing all of the moments during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Kaitlyn sent me teasers the next morning and got my entire album to me so quickly. She makes edits upon request as well. There aren’t enough words to say how amazing she is. I couldn’t recommend anyone more!!

lways so responsive and made us feel SO comfortable behind the camera. I told her what I envisioned for our engagement session and for our wedding and she totally brought it to life. We couldn't be more grateful and we'll definitely cherish our photos forever!

and talent. Her eye for chasing beauty and making it seem so effortless is truly admirable. She made our day go by seamlessly while making us and our guest feel comfortable the whole time. Kaitlyn was able to capture so many amazing memories from both our wedding and now maternity shoot that we will cherish forever. Words cannot describe how grateful we were to be supported by her on our wedding day, maternity shoot and I’m sure every family event from here forward. Our photos truly came out magical and I could not thank & recommend Kaitlyn enough. xoxoxo

creates with her camera. She added such positivity and calm to our wedding day and I was never worried that she “got the shot”. She got every shot and more. Her work is sunny, bright, natural, and real. We love looking through our wedding photos. It’s so fun to share them with my son too! So thankful for Kaitlin. She is truly the best.

we planned our wedding date around her schedule. It wasn’t until after we hired her did we learn about her bubbly personality and welcoming spirit. Weddings are stressful and sometimes even coordinating your wedding day timeline becomes difficult. When I got nervous and felt like we were running behind schedule, Kaitlyn kept her cool and calmed me down within 10 seconds. She is such a calming presence to have around you on one of the biggest days of your life and I was thankful for her that entire day and I still am to this day! Also, when thinking about your album please work with her! She made the whole process simple and effortless and the album is one of my greatest treasures. Of course I could talk for hours about her skill but her photos speak for themselves. If you’re looking for not only a wedding photographer, but for a light on your wedding day to turn to when feeling slightly stressed (besides your spouse haha) please consider working with Kaitlyn. She is truly a gift to her couples and I am so grateful to have had her as our wedding photographer!

lanning our wedding day. After I saw Kaitlyn’s bright, airy, romantic photos on Instagram - I knew she was exactly the style I was looking for! From the moment of our first zoom meeting, to our engagement photo session, to our wedding day, Kaitlyn is TRULY one of the kindest, most energetic, bubbly personalities I’ve ever met- and an absolutely incredible photographer!!! She captures moments and “golden hour” lighting like pure magic. And she makes you feel soo comfortable- her fun personality makes you feel like you’re just hanging out with a friend (which she quickly becomes!) rather than awkwardly posing, and she captures this energy in her photos. She also listens to exactly the vision the couple has in mind and helps create the perfect romantic and almost ethereal aesthetic. She helped guide us through planning the timeline for our day so we had plenty of time for portraits and family photos. She is also amazingly efficient and got us our teasers SO fast. She was an absolute pleasure to work with- I would recommend her to any of my friends or family - and can’t wait to book her again for family photos! 5 stars :)

. I knew that when it was time to get married, I had to be a KF Bride! So much that before booking our venue & date, I made sure Kaitlyn was available! We officially met Kaitlyn when we did our engagement shoot. She instantly made us feel comfortable and guided us in every way! When we received our engagement photos, it was pure validation that we made the best choice for a photographer! The day of our wedding, Kaitlyn was prompt and worked the entire day. Her smile, attitude, and positivity is exactly the vibe we wanted on our wedding day. We knew that we did not have to worry on our day. We were confident that she would capture this special day in a special way… and she did! By the next morning, we had 80+ teasers! About a month after our wedding, we had our entire digital album. We were blown away! Kaitlyn has such an eye for detail. She created pure magic! Kaitlyn walked us through how to order an album with her. Her communication was always clear and super quick. She guided us in photo selection and provided us with examples of covers for the album. There’s not a day since our December 2021 wedding that I don’t look at our wedding photos. The compliments on our photos are endless! We cannot say enough great things about Kaitlyn as a person and as a photographer! Forever a KF couple, Kevin & Lauren Levasseur

d photograph our special day! I first spoke to Kaitlyn way back 2019 and my wedding did not happen until 2021, fell in love with her attitude right away. Kaitlyn is very thoughtful and compassionate. She is not only a wedding photographer but also a wedding organizer in my wedding! She made sure our wedding goes smoothly! Her bubbly personality makes everyone comfortable. I love the fact that she gives out “teasers" literally the next day both with our engagement and wedding pictures! Do not look elsewhere, there’s a reason why Kaitlyn is the most sought out videographer in east end Long Island!

yond trying to coordinate a time that would work for us. She’s so down to earth, positive, patient and such a sweet person. She made us feel like we’ve known her forever and made us feel so comfortable. Her guidance and direction during our shoot was on point and assured us the poses would look natural and effortless -which they did!. I am OBSESSED with how amazing my photos came out (and I’ve only gotten my teasers - which she sent a few hours later). She understands exactly what her clients want and absolutely kills it! Do yourselves a favor and book her - even if after your wedding. My photos with her came out 1000 times better than my wedding photos. I can’t thank her enough for the memories she helped us make!

ppy we picked Kaitlyn to capture our special day. We spent so much time with her between engagement photos (August 2019), our covid ceremony (August 2020) and wedding reception pictures (July 2021). She has such a great eye and is so creative; I trust her completely. She’s also a ray of sunshine and is hilarious. I normally am so awkward, especially with professional photos which I had never done and she made my husband and I feel so comfortable. She delivered a sneak peak of the photos the morning after the wedding which is INSANE but we were SO happy to have them. Her final edit of all the pics made our whole family cry. She truly is worth all the money and more. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the second photographers name for our wedding but she was the sweetest human and also so talented. Thank you, Kaitlyn! You are a true gem and we love you so much!

to skills she has are unmatched. That said, it was truly Kaitlyn's personality and ability to work with people from all walks of life that attracted me to booking her as one of our main vendors for our special day. Prior to our wedding in October, we did our engagement shoot with Kaitlyn, which was a fantastic way to get comfortable in front of the camera - Kaitlyn's soft and warm coaching made it easy! On our wedding day, Kaitlyn was one of the girls - everyone loved working with her. At one point I swear she dived into a pile of bushed/weeds to get the most perfect shot of my husband and I walking down a path in the setting sunlight. If you are considering Kaitlyn for your photographer, think no more and book! You will be so happy you did.
