As a loyal and happy customer at Reverie Salon, I knew there was no other company I was going to trust and want to be part of my wedding team other than Kaizen Bridal. I am still glowing from how they made me feel 2 weeks ago as a bride. Anca is a ROCKSTAR—she truly listens to what you want and executes your vision FLAWLESSLY. I am not a person who wears a lot of make-up but wanted to go for an old Hollywood look for our black-tie wedding. This can be little tricky but Anca took notes as well as asked me for feedback as she created voluminous waves for my hair and a clean look with a bold lip. She was so patient with me as we took pictures to ask how I felt with my appearance on camera. Additionally, she went above and beyond to buy additional make-up for her kit that she knew would complement my vision for our wedding day. Being a COVID bride and needing to reschedule our wedding a few times-I asked if we could do a 2nd hair and make-up trial since it was over a year since my first one. Anca without hesitation said yes, let’s do it! I truly felt like a polished version of myself that day and it stemmed from Anca being committed to making sure you love and feel your best as a bride. She answered my emails and texts about random questions quickly and enthusiastically: showing her excitement to work with us and provide us with her expert feedback Also, the wonderful perk is that she becomes a friend through this entire process, and you are at ease on your wedding day as you sit and chat with your bridal party and it doesn’t feel like there is a stranger in the room. Now let’s talk about the other key player of our H&MU team- Cici! Cici was our 2nd artist who did half of the bridal party as well as MOB’s hair and make-up. All the ladies all raved about how Cici was able to see a few pictures of what they wanted and made sure they were 100% happy before getting up from the chair. Cici and Anca are the best duo, both are personable and fun which instills a sense of calm to the start of a whirlwind day. Can’t thank them enough for how they made me and all the important women in my life feel! You will NOT regret having them as key players for your wedding dream team.

We used Kerra & Cici from Kaizen Bridal for all our wedding hair and makeup needs and we couldn't have made a better decision! Kerra took care of every detail of styling for myself, bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law and my husband even. Kerra and Cici were so helpful, professional and did we mention extremely talented? I had a fantastic experience with Kaizen Bridal and highly recommend my stylist, Anca! The team at Kaizen made it super easy to book for my mini-wedding on short notice after we altered our original plans due to COVID. Anca was very accommodating with her schedule and did a great job with my trial. She took her time to make sure my look was exactly what I had in mind and even communicated with my colorist at Reverie about adding in a few extra highlights to my hair in just the right places. The day of our wedding Anca arrived on time at my apartment and came prepared with everything she needed. She recreated the look from my trial exactly and I was so pleased with the result! My hair and makeup stayed all day, even with the rainy conditions. Most importantly, Anca's sweet personality fit perfectly and she felt like a natural addition to our day. Kaizen Bridal was fantastic for my wedding day. First, I wanted to mention that about one month prior to my wedding I realized I may need additional support since most of my "maybe" wedding party turned into "yes". Kerra reacted quickly in finding a solution and reorganizing the schedule to fit everyone in. This was such a stressful time and she made it SO MUCH EASIER! Additionally, the team traveled outside of Chicago, to Michigan City, Indiana. They are arrived perfectly on time and set up was quick and efficient. They were a really personable and positive crew and everyone's hair and makeup looked great - even despite the 100 degree + temps. I would highly recommend this team. Kerra led the charge in the pre-planning and organization but the entire team was superb at hair and make-up and such a delight to work with :)

We enlisted Kaizen Bridal to do hair and makeup for our bridesmaids and mothers, and thoroughly enjoyed working with them. The price was reasonable and the stylist, Grace, was awesome. I couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience working with Kerra and Kaizen Bridal! Kerra was extremely professional throughout the entire process and really listened to what I wanted (and didn't want!). I met with Kerra several times before the wedding so she could get a feel for my hair and help prepare my hair for the look I wanted! Kaizen was absolutely amazing! Anca and Cici were my stylists, and they went above and beyond everything I could have hoped for. Anca created the most stunning old hollywood look for me, and even squeezed me in for a trial when I was only in town for one day. Most importantly, when the big day finally came they were perfectly on time and fun to have around! My bridesmaids and I loved chatting with them and they kept me calm when my nerves kicked in. Not to mention they made everyone look gorgeous and unified even though each of my bridesmaids had very different looks. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Worth every penny.

I heard about Kaizen Bridal from being a customer at Reverie Salon. For my wedding I used Kerra for myself and 3 bridesmaids, and Anca as the other hair and makeup stylist/artist for 3 other bridesmaids. The hair and makeup was beautiful and all of the bridesmaids were extremely happy. Both Kerra and Anca were so patient with my bridesmaids and were able to work with all the girls to make them feel confident in their hair and makeup. As the bride I worked directly with Kerra. I cannot say enough good things about her. From the moment we had the hair/makeup trial, I completely trusted her. She can take a picture you send her of what you're thinking of and make you feel beautiful. On the day of the wedding she was with the bridal party throughout the day for any touch ups. It was so nice to have her from the first look to the ceremony to the reception. I decided to do a hair change from down to up between the ceremony and reception. Both styles Kerra did were wonderful. She is also just a great person to work with and keeps you calm during a whirlwind day.

Kerra Coticchia Protich has been my personal stylist in Chicago for the past 5 years, and we were fortunate enough to have her as our wedding stylist in Boca Raton. She flew across the country for our wedding to manage the hair and makeup for our immediate family and officiant onsite at the Waterstone Resort & Marina. Kerra was incredibly thoughtful, tailoring the experience to each family member based on his or her personal style, attire and complexion — so each person felt at their best for this special occasion. She went out of her way to kick off the day at 6:15 a.m. ET to accommodate everyone, and worked diligently through the early afternoon — including providing touch-ups and counsel to all — even modifying her styling approach in real-time based on individual feedback. I am so happy I discovered Kaizen Bridal for my wedding. It was a very stressful decision for me when considering a hair and make up vendor for my wedding. I had done a few trials with other vendors and wasn’t thrilled with the results... until my trial with Kaizen. I worked with Kerra and she was nothing but professional and easy to work with. After my first hair and makeup trial (I did a trial prior to booking) I was so happy and Kerra nailed it. For my wedding hair trial Kerra did a wonderful job making sure I was happy with the results and ensuring it was everything I visioned for the big day. On the actual wedding day I had 3 stylist (Kerra, Sydney, and Grace) for the bridal party and moms of the groom/bride. Everyone showed up on time and were professional and friendly. My makeup and hair were exactly what I wanted and it lasted the entire night. Kaizen offers the option to keep stylist on additional hours and I chose to pay for Kerra to stay until I walked down the aisle. She came to our photos and made sure everyone was looking good including my husband. In addition, she retouched everyone’s lipstick and even helped me with my dress at one point. This team did such a wonderful job and I am so happy I chose Kaizen Bridal for hair and make up on my wedding day. They knocked it out of the park!

Working with Kaizen bridal for my wedding was a breeze! Paige has been coloring and styling my hair for years so it only made sense to have her join us for the big day. Kerra responded quickly with pricing and recommended a schedule for getting ready the day of. Kerra with Kaizen Bridal did an impeccable job with both my hair and my sister’s for my wedding. My hair was a challenge since it is shorter and I wasn’t looking for a traditional updo. She gave me a beautiful, sleek style that held up the entire night. I received so many compliments on my hair and make up and I could not have been more pleased! Kerra is very experienced and talented and I would highly recommend her to any bride.

My husband and I have both been clients of Kerra for a half decade now. Just as it has always been with routine haircare, our wedding day service was nothing short of exceptional. Kerra, Grace, and Julie did a sensational job the day of our wedding, and Kaizen Bridal team was incredibly easy to work with leading up to the day of the wedding. Scheduling was flawless. Being a very detail oriented bride, Kerra was able to help me seamlessly plan the hair and makeup "appointments" the morning of the wedding for my bridal party, mother, and grandmother. The Kaizen Bridal team also made it easy to mix and match the style levels the day of. The tiered level of pricing/stylists was something I very much appreciated since budgetary constaints are often something on a bride and grooms mind. Billing was seamless and I was able to put eveyrthing on a credit card. Last but not least--- both my husband and I looked pretty darn flawless. Kerra and the Kaizen team made sure we were looking our best. Many of my family and friends were so impressed with the quality of the service that they themselves have become clients! I contacted Kerra after booking Kaizen Bridal well before my actual wedding and met with her several times before the day of at Reverie Salon. She helped get my hair wedding ready months before and did a great trial with me about a month before. On the actual wedding day, she and her coworker Sydney showed up exactly when they were supposed to and kept everyone’s hair and makeup on time. They both were were able to work well with all the different types/lengths of hair as well as everyone’s personalities. Along with hair, they also did all of my bridesmaids makeup including myself. I can’t say enough good things about how well Kerra did applying my individual eyelashes, as well creating a look for me that was myself & that also looked beautiful and timeless throughout the night. Kerra & Sydney also got our moms ready, and they felt so happy and beautiful afterwards :) Most importantly Kerra & her team at Kaizen listened to me, and my vision throughout the whole process and made it come out exactly as I wanted. Kerra is so good at what she does! We did a hair trail for my wedding that I had directed and ended I up wanting to change direction afterwards. In a matter of a 5 minute consultation Kerra was able to get the vision immoderately and execute it better than I could have dreamed. On my wedding day my hair and make-up was flawless and truly made me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt. Kerra is so talented and professional. I was the MOH at a Miami wedding where Kaizen did the bridal party's hair. Sal, Sydney, Kerra and Paige came up to our room in the hotel and were also available right before, and directly after the ceremony for touch ups. They were on time, professional, listened to our individual needs, and took their time to craft some seriously beautiful hair for the wedding. Kerra is the ultimate professional. From the moment you start interacting with her you know you are in good hands. Kerra got every little detail perfectly that I wanted and helped suggest ideas for areas where I was unsure. My makeup was natural but full proof and long lasting for the big day. Kerra, Sydney, Paige and Grace did an incredible job making me and all my ladies look fabulous for my wedding! Kerra has done a phenomenal job cutting my hair for several years and I was delighted when I learned she does hair and makeup for weddings. I ended up hiring Kerra and the ladies at Kaizen for hair and makeup for my engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, wedding day and post wedding brunch…and loved the way I looked for each of these events. Also, as the photos have started coming in, I’ve been extremely happy with how my hair and makeup turned out in the images. I’ve been a bridesmaid in several of my friends’ weddings and never liked my hair or makeup. So when it was my turn to be the bride, it was very important to me that all of the ladies around me felt great about their styles. I turned my bridal suite into a salon and hired Kerra and Sydney for the full day plus Paige and Grace for a half day. These ladies were amazing and powered through hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, aunts, mothers and other family members. My group is extremely diverse and we had skin tones across the color spectrum and many different hair types/texture. I myself am multi-racial and always have a challenging time finding a foundation match. Kerra and the other Kaizen ladies did a wonderful job with everyone! We had developed a schedule for the day, but unfortunately my group was less than stellar at following the schedule. The Kaizen ladies adapted flawlessly and worked incredibly hard to get us all done beautifully. Kerra and Sydney also travelled with me to my venue for an outfit change (over-the-top, I know!) and managed to transform my look twice. I cannot recommend Kerra, Sydney, Paige and Grace highly enough. They worked so hard to make me look and feel amazing on my wedding day! They are also incredibly sweet and fun to be around during the many hours of getting ready and were extremely calm and efficient throughout the chaos of my evolving schedule.

Our daughter's wedding was in March 2016 in Miami, Florida and we enlisted the services of Kaizen Bridal. I knew this undertaking may present a bit of a challenge, due to the heat and humidity factor in South Florida, however, Sal, Sydney and Paige did not disappoint! Even when the air conditioning in the bridal suite was not up to par, this trio remained calm, cool and collected! Kaizen Bridal did a fabulous job on our daughter's hair and make-up, as well as the entire bridal party and me, mother-of-the bride. They remained with us through out the ceremony and reception, providing a change of look for my daughter and ensuring that we all looked picture perfect the entire day. The Kaizen team did a wonderful job from start to finish executing my wedding! Kerra and I worked together months in advance on inspirational images and vibes for hair and makeup, later met for a trial, and by day of she and I were prepped and versed for a flawless day-of. Sydney was AMAZING with all seven of my bridesmaids and both my mother and mother-in-law the day of. She worked fast and executed perfectly. Everyone looked their absolute best and felt beautiful. The Kaizen team was amazing!!! I had Julie for hair and Paige for makeup. Julie created two beautiful styles - one for my traditional Indian ceremony in the morning, which incorporated jewelry in my hair and another with classic waves which went perfectly with my modern, wedding dress. Paige gave me a fresh, clean makeup look which lasted all day!!!! No need for touch-ups. They were both on time and efficient with their work.
