Katie welcomed us into her home for a cake tasting, and let us try a large variety of the cakes that she offered. Katie was extremely professional and her pricing was reasonable! The whole experience was wonderful! I highly recommend her cakes!

o go on the website to request a consult. I did this, but no response, so I called back and got a voicemail. I left a message on two different occasions. Finally, after about a week, I get an email from Katie stating she is on vacation and she would check her calendar and get back with me. 6 days passed and then I got another email from Katie stating she is booked for the next two weeks, so I make an appointment do a consult at 6 pm when she is available two weeks later. 9 days later I get an email stating she already has an appointment at 6:15 that same day, but can do 7:15. I emailed her back right away that would be fine. 3 days later (the day of the appointment) I get an email from Katie stating she will have to reschedule. I emailed her back that any day will work, but she never responded. I have attempted to call again on several occasions only to get voicemail. Katie is very flakey and unprofessional when it comes to scheduling a consult. With a business like this, how can anyone trust that they will receive their cake when they need it? I even had a friend request an on-line consult 3 days ago, and they have not received a response. Not once, has Katie ever answered her phone or bothered to call me.

Well with kakes by Katie every last morsel savored! My husband keeps stopping me from eating our 1st-anniversary cake! This is definitely the hardest self-control I have ever had. tasted oh so delicious! Everyone that commented on the cake said how great it tasted. The main layer, and cake topper, was white almond amaretto with a 2nd red velvet layer. I offered to buy them a first anniversary cake if they would let me eat the topper! :) My daughter was all for that, but her husband wouldn't concede.

We had asked for a sheet cake at our consult and it ended up being a small round cake which we were unaware of so we were worried we wouldn't have enough to serve our guests but I think we had just enough. Unfortunately we didn't get to have our cake (except for the one we threw in each others faces lol) but they tasted amazing and our guests loved it as well.

She has tons flavors and fillings to work with and is willing to try anything to fit your taste. Also, we fed a lot of people cake and cupcakes for a very reasonable price (Under $500). wedding cake and two square grooms cakes. Everyone loved them. The wedding cake had white chocolate seashells that had our wedding colors added to them. Since she did exactly as we had discussed beforehand dispite her need to be flexible with day of flowers and cake topper, unlike my other vendors, the cake was one of my favorite parts of the wedding. If anything, she could have been a little friendlier.
