nt coordinator did not communicate well. Very unorganized which led us to feel uneasy leading up to the big day. The floor plan for the seating arrangements are not accurate to the room. Both Bride and Grooms families were in the corner behind the fireplace wall so they couldn't see the head table or hear much of what was going on - big disappointment I will say, the venue itself is pretty. We loved all the natural lighting the windows provided. Allowing our guests to mingle outside on the back patio over looking the water with a bar set up was perfect. They also set up a bar right next to the dance floor so everyone was able to enjoy themselves while dancing/mingling with others. I had my wedding mid August and the ceremony was beautiful. I didn't feel the need to decorate the ceremony as the greens were is great shape and the flowers already planted were really pretty and colorful. They also provide a gorgeous awning and hang a chandelier in the middle .

all my concerns, was very accommodating in all aspects of the wedding planning process and the day of. Dan handled all the catering and reception. He made sure the reception was organized and dinner was served in a timely manner. I would not have changed anything about my wedding day and the KCC made the day easy with minimal stress.

at and the food was amazing! We opted for the open-bar, which made for a great party! The location was great. It was a little warm inside, so a lot of people took their drinks outside to the patio to cool off from all of the dancing! What a great place!

as to make our event even greater! I would encouage anyone to have any event at this location! The food is amzing (We have had many guests rave about it), the view is beautiful and customer service is top notch! Love, love, loved our entire experience!

main ballroom is beautiful with a wonderful view of White's Lake. The food - EXCELLENT! We have received so many wonderful comments from our guest on what an awesome job the servers did and how wonderful the food was. The club manager Joe Guthrie went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

enjoy every minute of our wedding and not have worry about anything. The Kalamazoo Country Club was perfect! They took care of everything! The food, customer service, and location were exceptional and affordable!

any extra task we had for them, they went above and beyond!! Joe was our main contact person. He was so friendly, thoughtful and helpful in the process. Day of the wedding Katie was our main contact. She took on each special task we requested of her with a confidence and ease. The setting is BEAUTIFUL. We were married on the green overlooking the lake, and then followed with a reception that spanned all three rooms on the main floor. The outdoor balcony/patio was beautiful and got a lot of use. No one had big problems waiting for drinks throughout the night, or with meal selections. I even forgot to tell them which color on their place cards meant what food and they figured it out! I cannot explain in words how deeply grateful we were to the location, and people for all they did for our big day. It was exactly what we were looking for and a perfect event.
