Kaleidoscope Event Lighting

We met Dan at Bella Collina’s Bliss event. He was so kind, genuine, knowledgeable, and immediately answered all of our questions. That was when we knew we had to book Kaleidoscope! I tried to keep it really simple, and Dan worked with us on finding us the perfect market lighting layout that was within our budget. Although we ended up moving the reception inside, the uplighting they provided gave the ballroom a romantic feel. Dan and his team set up the market lighting right outside of the reception which was a nice surprise :) I accidentally overpaid at one point and Dan gave me no problems issuing me a refund. Absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way.. highly recommend!!

Kaleidoscope made my romantic chic wedding come true! Their chandeliers are absolutely gorgeous and made my wedding feel like a dream. The only sad thing was I had called out to use white satin on the wire of the chandeliers, and on the day of my wedding the one over the dance floor had white, but the 3 over my dessert table were black. At the end of the day a minor detail, but as a bride who spends a year and a half planning those minor details are so important, and black vs. white satin really stood out :( Other than that everything else was beautiful so thank you for making my day perfect!

Ben at Kaleidoscope is awesome and so flexible! He worked with us in designed the package we needed for our event. He was super familiar with our venue and recommended several options to fit our price point. Their lighting display was simply magical and everyone loved it!

This company absolutely knows how to work with this venue and even has special packages for this specific venue. Everything was perfect and already set up before we made it to Casa Feliz and as the night came the lighting looked just stunning. We highly recommend!

Kaleidoscope did an amazing job lighting our wedding at The Acre with beautiful market lights! I worked with Dan and he was so easy to get in touch with and very professional. Once everything was booked he took it from there and I didn't have to worry about anything, which as a bride was such a nice relief! Exceptional work!! Dan was so accommodating and worked with our budget. They could not be more professional. The week leading up to our outdoor wedding at Bella Collina we had an 80% chance of rain. He personally called us and put our minds at ease that they would be standing by to do the lighting either outdoors or indoors the morning of our wedding. Honestly, even if we had to move it indoors, his lighting plan made me equally as excited. True professionals with great customer service! Luckily it didn't rain, and they ultimately transformed an event lawn into a truly classy, timeless, and stunning venue that went beyond our expectations even! We couldn't have been happier! Kaleidoscope absolutely created a magical atmosphere at our four seasons wedding reception. They made a custom starry sky structure over the dance floor, and used different lighting around the whole ballroom. Ben even stayed the whole night and changed the lighting as the night went on to create different moods. It was exceptional, and I'm so glad we did this!! Ben and his team really made our big day that much more spectacular and special.

Kaleidoscope did an amazing job with the lighting at our wedding. The crystal chandelier that was hanging from the tent was stunning and the guests are still talking about how they transformed the tent with all those twinkle lights and the other parts of the property with the market lights. We worked with Dan who made things so easy. We never worried about a thing!

One of the things I knew I NEEDED at my wedding was a chandelier at my outdoor venue, Bella Collina. Dan, Ben and Kaleidoscope Event Lighting are absolutely the number one luxury event/wedding lighting company in Orlando, especially with some of the most impressive chandeliers you’ve seen anywhere. It looked like it was floating in midair and along with the market lighting, they made it look just so magical! I’ve seen pictures of others with ugly posts and heard a horror story from a friend who hired a company that completely left her hanging but I knew I was in good hands after meeting with Dan who knew the venue so well and what would work, and after booking never worried about a thing afterwards. It wouldn’t have been nearly as beautiful without it, thank you Dan, Ben and team!

Kaleidoscope Lighting is phenomenal! We worked with Ben for our indoor-outdoor wedding, and he made every part of the evening look beautiful and special. We didn't know much about lighting, so we largely followed his vision, and we couldn't be happier that we did! We had a tricky event planned - each component of the evening was in a different location - but Ben made it all look gorgeous. For the lakeside cocktail hour, Ben strung large-bulb market lights from the trees, which provided lovely soft lighting. It helped the guests avoid the water but did not compete with the sunset. For the outdoor ceremony, Ben used soft natural lights to highlight the aisle and chuppah, as well as to backlight the palm tree behind the chuppah, which produced a spectacular effect and unbelievable photos. For the indoor dinner, Ben accented the existing chandeliers with hints of Swarovski crystals - which looked really romantic - and suffused the room with a soft purple glow. He also spotlighted the cake so everyone could admire it as they entered the Club. The poolside dance floor was just amazing - Ben hung a curtain of mini lights and Swarovski crystals, which combined with the night sky looked just fantastic. In addition to all of this wonderful lighting, Ben was just terrific to work with - really nice, really responsive, really professional, really creative. I would recommend him to anyone who wants beautiful lighting for their event!

Kaleidoscope provided great service and gorgeous lighting! Our chandelier was magical and everything I could have imagined. Ben coordinated with the tent company to make sure everything went smoothly. I'd recommend Kaleidesxope to any bride!

We hired Kaleidoscope to hang market lights inside the ballroom at Isleworth Country Club - not an easy task given that they needed a chairlift to get above the chandelier! They did a fantastic job. They went up and down on schedule without any issues. Thanks Kaleidoscope!

We booked the basic package for our wedding at Casa Feliz. We really wanted that ambience and the market lights did just that. I was so nervous about the sun setting and it being dark outside but Dan at Kaleidoscope was so helpful and very quick to respond!

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the quality of service that Kaleidoscope Lighting provided at our wedding. I asked for parallel string lighting instead of crisscrossed, and they made it happen. The up lighting on the buildings and stations also was simply light white, instead of a cheesy color. They truly made our event look elegant and sophisticated. It was the perfect touch to our Tuscan themed wedding. The staff was reliable and professional and the lighting turned out wonderfully in our pictures.

I rented market lighting and uplighting for the courtyards at Casa Feliz and what an impact! I went very simple with 2 strands of x-crossed lights and white uplighting, but it absolutely brought the venue to life. Rae, Ben and team were easy to work with, payment can be made online and apparently everything else was seamless, because I never gave them another thought beyond loving the effect on the big day.

Ben and his team were the vendor that blew my mind the most! The lighting for our wedding was out of this world! Ben's professionalism and passion for what he does is unmatched! His responsiveness and level of detail is the best I have ever scene! If you go with them I promise there will not be one ounce of disappointment! AMAZING!!!!
