We enjoyed working with Chelsea for our son's wedding and couldn't be more grateful. She understood our vision from the start and brought it to life beyond our expectations. Dana exceeded our expectations in every way. She took our vision and made it a reality with incredible attention to detail and creativity. She effectively communicated with our vendors both prior to the wedding day and the day of. On our wedding day, everything was excellent thanks to her seamless coordination. Kaleidoscope was also able to provide things like place cards, frames for signage, and bathroom baskets to make our preparation less stressful. The prices were reasonable and well worth the cost for peace of mind prior to and during our wedding. Highly recommend Dana and Kaleidoscope Weddings for a stress-free, beautifully executed wedding!
We used Kaleidoscope Weddings as our day of coordinator four our wedding. Dana started working with us 3 months before our big day, and she was a huge part of helping our wedding planning and wedding day go seamlessly! She coordinated with our vendors, created our timeline, and helped to make sure we were checking the boxes of our to do list leading up to the big day. One guest described our wedding as a "logistical masterpiece" and we have Dana to thank for that! As the bride, having Dana on my wedding day was a huge comfort for me to make sure everything was taken care of. She helped with things throughout the whole process that I wouldn't have even known to think about, and she took care of these things so I didn't have to think or worry about them. I can't recommend Kaleidoscope weddings enough, they are exceptional at helping dream weddings become a reality!
I only have 3500 characters to write a review so I don’t know if I’ll get to *all* of the great things about Kaleidoscope but I’ll try my best. Unless you have the time to take on an extra job or love event planning, a wedding planner seems essential these days - it’s so helpful to have someone who has an *in* with the wedding industry in your area. I highly recommend Kaleidoscope for your wedding planning and I also recommend the full service planning - it’s so helpful to get help planning from the start and it’s also great to build a relationship with someone for the entirety of your wedding planning journey (for all the highs and the, sigh, lows).
Everyone we worked with at Kaleidoscope was great, but this review is mostly a love letter to Lisa Marie Chimento, lead planner, with whom we worked most closely. We are so grateful for her professionalism, amazing attitude, kindness, and patience throughout the entirety of our wedding planning (props to anyone who works with people getting married!). Since we got the full planning package we worked with her from the start. We had seen a couple of of wedding venues but she helped us look beyond what we’d seen but were the type of venue we were looking for. We then worked with her throughout vendor booking. It can feel overwhelming to see all of the possible vendors when you go through wedding websites - it was so great to have someone know what we were looking for, give us a list of known entities within our budget and help us schedule meetings. On our phone calls, Lisa Marie asked our vendors questions we didn’t even know to ask! As we moved through the planning process their team helped us design and send out save the dates, send invitations and work closely with our vendors so we didn’t have to.
The team really shined during the wedding weekend. My husband and I and our families were able to focus on enjoying the wedding celebration because of Lisa Marie and her team. They took EVERY logistical item off of our plates and would not have been able to enjoy our wedding as we did without them. From little things like an issue with our welcome bags to bigger things like spilling on my dress immediately after starting to eat (why we picked a meal with beet sauce I’ll never know), they were there. Most notably, the Kaleidoscope team was committed to our details. When we wanted a certain brand of chips from my husband’s hometown in the welcome bags, they were there. When we wanted Greek pastries during the reception, they were there. When we wanted to do some silly things as part of our wedding reception they were on board and committed to make it everything we hoped for. We never felt self conscious - they wanted us to celebrate our relationship as our selves and for that we are grateful. Thank you to everyone again. I kept saying "everyone needs a Lisa Marie for their wedding" but more accurate is "everyone needs Kaleidoscope for their wedding"
I cannot thank Chelsea and everyone at Kaleidoscope enough for all their help with our wedding. As an event planner, I tend to be hands on and don’t always trust others. Chelsea was AMAZING! My mom and husband were shocked by how calm I was because I am a control freak. Chelsea was on top of everything and saw my vision. She was beyond prepared for any issues (including zip ties to fix my train). I would recommend this team to anyone! You won’t find anyone better in Philly. Best part was Chelsea took photos all day and at the end of the day, we had a ton of photos and videos of the day as we wait on our professional photos. Thank you Chelsea again!!! We love you
There are not enough words to say about how amazing Lisa Marie and Chelsea were throughout our wedding planning experience. We began working with Lisa Marie about a year and half prior to our NYE wedding. I can full heartily say that she made our wedding the amazing unforgettable evening and event it was. She listened to our ideas and turned our thoughts into visions; provided suggestions to vendors (all who were equally amazing) based on us as a couples and matched it to what we were looking for; attended all vendors meetings with us; and supported us (my parents included) in any other way with all things related to the wedding.
If I could offer a piece of wedding advice, it would be to work with Kaleidoscope Weddings and have these ladies be your right hand women from the start. They are not only a company you work with leading up to your wedding, but in our case, Lisa Marie became a part of our family through this positive experience. You often hear couples say after their wedding that they should have just eloped, but I would go through our wedding experience over and over again if I knew that I could have Lisa Marie and Chelsea there through the process and be such a special part of our amazing day like they both were.
We hired Kaleidoscope as our Day-of Coordinator which began two months prior to my daughter's wedding. We worked with Chelsea and she was wonderful! She was always so professional, responsive and most important to my daughter, a calming presence from start to finish! Her experience with the other vendors we worked with was so helpful and she had great suggestions along the way! We highly recommend Kaleidoscope!

I thought I would never say this but I wish I had another daughter to plan a wedding for. . . that is how amazing Kscope but most especially, Chelsea was to work with.
Not only did we feel that we were working with a total professional but it felt like we were planning with a friend!
Truly felt the entire time that we had nothing to worry about.
Chelsea handled everything from missing furniture to making the torrential downpour a minor blip in the day. BTW, she actually made sure that missing furniture wasn't missing anymore and could have even had a hand in making the rain stop!
I still think about how calm and relaxed Chelsea was at every turn all while expecting her baby!

If I could give more that 5 stars I would. Dana and Jennifer were our coordinators for my daughter’s wedding and they were amazing. The communication was excellent. Their organization was top notch. When I asked if we could have anything done for the wedding the answer was “yes of course, we can take care of that for you” the day of wedding they kept everything calm and we’re always checking in with us making sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely use these ladies again. Thank you Dana and Jennifer!!!
I have two daughters who chose wedding dates within 7 weeks of one another. OMG. I live in Alabama and so does my oldest daughter. But my youngest daughter lives in Philly and married first. Due to working demands and scheduling, my youngest daughter picked a rather quick turn around (3 months) for the wedding date. We discussed the reality of "needing" a wedding planner due to time constraints and me not knowing vendors, venues, etc. Thankfully, my daughter was given a wedding planner recommendation and she was available! Jennifer Supper was OUTSTANDING on absolutely every level. Do not let her young age fool you either because she has had loads of experience with family dynamics and especially budgets. "Jen" has strong, solid, plentiful connections with both up and coming vendors as well as established vendors. It's all about YOU and YOUR budget, JEN IS 100% on point. Do yourself a favor and hire her (and hope she is available!) and let her show you how incredibly efficient, fun and reliable she is. I just can't say enough. And BTW, it's not that the wedding went without family dynamics either lol....but Jen bridged every single everything.

The best team to have for both planning and executing a wedding! I reached out to Jen half way through wedding planning after realizing I was in over my head trying to plan a wedding with a full career and other priorities. Jen was the saving grace that helped both of us navigate wedding planning and the wedding day. KScope is truly white glove service. Every aspect was thought of handled and planned for without even asking. Jen was able to simplify the planning process to help us actually enjoy the days leading up to the wedding. She expertly handled all of our vendors, managed all relationships, and acted as on point of contact for us to eliminate the need to chase down multiple parties. We also were the first wedding of our family so Jen was a huge support in navigating and supporting the needs/questions our families had along the way.
Day of - Jen was with the bride while Dana, another planner a KScope, was with the groom. Their expert planning and event management left both of us with nothing to do day of besides show up and enjoy the day.
We truly could not have had the wedding we had without KScope. Jen was so enjoyable to work with and would could not recommend this team more to anyone who wants to enjoy their wedding planning process and day of with zero stress.

Our wedding day was absolute perfection - thanks in part to Lisa Marie! She was with us soon after we started planning our wedding and was always responsive to our questions/concerns. Leading up to the wedding we got to spend much more time with her and she made the month of our wedding an absolute breeze. She answered every text or email concern promptly and managed all of our vendors with ease - we didn't even have to think about timelines or checking in once! As a type A personality myself, after working with LM leading up to the big day, I was able to really let go and not worry about a thing on our wedding knowing that she had it all under control. If anything went wrong we still don't know about it until this day!

Our wedding day was a complete success thanks to Lisa Marie and her team! Having their day-of coordination package, which included a few months of communication before the actual wedding day, ensured that our vision was executed and organized. Her extensive knowledge of Catholic and Hindu wedding customs was invaluable and she understood our vision of incorporating both Irish and Bengali traditions. We had a lot of moving pieces between a Catholic ceremony, lunch, Baraat, Hindu ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one day - and she made sure it all went off without a hitch!
I probably would have had at least 3 panic attacks if not for Lisa Marie reassuring me that everything was going well and on schedule. She and her team seamlessly coordinated so many aspects of the day and she was always one step ahead in thinking about what needed to be done. Her team was so efficient that at times we were shocked by the fact that details we had previously discussed had already been taken care of in the background. Lastly, Lisa Marie’s deep knowledge of the Philly wedding industry really made a big difference. She was able to use all of her previous experience to ensure that our day went well and our vendors were able to work together smoothly. My husband and I knew we wanted a backyard tented blow-out party for our wedding reception. We also knew that in order to pull it off, we would need a wedding General Contractor. I interviewed and got quotes from three planners and immediately hit it off with Jennifer Supper. The rapport was evident from our first communication. We had a our big ideas, but the details were not as important to us. We gave Jen our vision, let her in on our tastes and general vibe we were looking to portray. She literally did the rest. She introduced us to a caterer who specialized in outdoor tented events, long before the pandemic forced everyone outdoors; she introduced us to a florist who she knew would pull off our aesthetic; she introduced us to the most beautiful tent company; a luxury bathroom trailer and a stationary company that suited our tastes. In short, she did everything we wanted a planner to do and then some. We planned five separate events with different menus over a three day period and had really complicated invite lists. On the day of, her team handled all the expected and the unexpected (like my string trio lead sending a substitute trio because she got COVID at the last minute) with grace and humor. I had no idea anything was amiss until the next day. Which is exactly how I expected it to go with the professionals at Kaleidoscope Weddings. We had "the best wedding ever" according to my guests.
The Kaleidoscope team was amazing!! My planner was Lisa Marie and she went above and beyond to make everything leading up to the wedding and during run so smoothly. She made every stress go away and handled all vendor communication leading up to the wedding. Day of she was by my side for anything I needed and made it such a seamless day! She also took great pictures that are holding me over until I get the ones from the photographer! The Kaleidoscope team is the real deal. Book them!!! You will not regret it!
Like many of the reviews here, our experience with Kaleidoscope was nothing short of amazing and everything we needed! We worked with Jennifer Supper, who worked extensively during an incredibly busy time to support us as we had a postponed wedding. Everything went swimmingly well and this team is well worth any price!
We had the wedding of our dreams and best day of our lives thanks to Jen and Kaleidoscope!! We could not have done it without them! Before getting engaged I saw Jen in action and knew that when I got married I wanted and needed to hire her! And it was the best wedding decision we made…possibly best decision of my life!! There is no other team I would have wanted by my side throughout the planning process and wedding day. From creating the timelines, finalizing details with vendors, organizing family for pictures and everything in between, they truly are the best and I will never be able to thank them enough for all they did! They made the day so seamless and special! Guests continue to tell me how amazing our wedding was and we could not have done it without Jen and Kaleidoscope! THANK YOU AND WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Kaleidoscope! Jennifer Supper is truly an angel and is so good at what she does! My only regret is that I did not hire her earlier on in my wedding process. It is one thing to hire a vendor and for them to do their job, but it is another thing to hire a vendor and for them to TRULY care about you. That is how I felt with Jenn. Shortly after meeting her I felt like I had know her for years. She is so personable and so sweet and truly wants your wedding day to be the absolute best and you can feel that instantly in working with her. I had to postpone my wedding due to covid which is so stressful and she helped in reaching out to all of my vendors to plan my new date and all of the details in between. We had a little bit of an issue with our guest bags and no questions asked Jenn answered my call late at night and was at my rescue first thing in the morning the next day. Come our wedding day she was spectacular! She thought of things I never would have thought of and was right by my side every step of the way! My husband and I were truly blown away by her and her amazing team! From fixing my dress, to combing my very knotty beach hair half way through the day, assisting the photographers, rallying my very large bridal party, making sure I had every little thing I needed and more, Jenn was there for it all! I cannot thank her and her team enough!!! I recommend them 1,000%!! LOVE them!!
Jennifer Supper with Kaleidoscope weddings was truly an angel leading up to and on our wedding day. My only regret was not hiring them sooner in the planning process. She went above and beyond her job description and having her and her assistant with me on the day gave me so much peace of mind. Anything I even thought of worrying about, Jennifer already had it covered. From helping us navigate tricky catering contracts and to fixing my dress on wedding day...she can do it all! As a bride not familiar with the wedding industry, or just a bride in general, you definitely want Kaleidoscope in your corner advocating for you and your needs. Thank you Jennifer and team!!
Kaleidoscope was the final "big" vendor we hired for our wedding and I cannot imagine having our wedding without Lisa Marie! Our wedding had several locations / logistics and every moment of the day was perfectly executed. Never once did I have to worry about whether our guests made it onto the bus, where our bridal party was, if we'd get stuck in traffic, etc because Lisa Marie thought through all the details ahead of time and made sure everything was in place the day of. She knew the priorities of what we wanted for our wedding day, which allowed us not to worry about things that came up day of (e.g. the band needed a longer break than budgeted so she switched a speech around). She also had a very calming yet authoritative presence. For example, I was getting stressed during photos and she made some suggestions to my photographer to look out for how I was feeling at that time. She was also prepared for anything - my husband and I were practicing our first dance before cocktail hour and he accidentally stepped on my foot, she was there with a band-aid before I even realized what had happened.
While hiring a coordinator was an added expense that many see as a luxury, Kaleidoscope was the only vendor whose sole responsibility was to look out for my best interests all day long. Because of Lisa Marie, I have the best memories of a fun and happy day which I was able to truly enjoy (as was my whole family who I didn't have to ask for support throughout the day!). I highly recommend you hire Kaleidoscope for your wedding day!
We LOVE Kaleidoscope!! Jennifer was absolutely incredible, made our lives so much easier and less stressful, and made our dream wedding happen (in 4 months, no less!)!! We cannot recommend highly enough using Kaleidoscope to plan and coordinate your wedding. Seriously I don't think we would have been able to pull it off - especially with everything we wanted - without Jennifer and the entire team. We were recommended to use Jennifer from our friend who is a florist (who comes into contact with a LOT of wedding planners/coordinators) so you know her recommendation is the real deal! Totally 100% worth it.
Do yourself a favor and stop looking - Kaleidoscope Weddings IS THE BEST TEAM!!! I've literally never written a review before and I'm happy this is my first because you will not find another team like Kaleidoscope.
My older sister used Jen + Team for her wedding 4 years ago so I had a front-row seat as the MOH to the well-connected, organized, and truly amazing team at Kaleidoscope. 4 years later, it was my turn to get married and it was a no brainer that I wanted Jen and the Kaleidoscope team too!
Planning a wedding is stressful enough but add on Covid & Quarantine and everything immediately became 10x more stressful. We originally planned our entire wedding in NY and then Covid hit and we not only postponed 1 full year later but we also relocated our entire wedding to be a NJ tented wedding in my childhood backyard. It was quite literally everything I could have ever dreamed of for our wedding weekend and more.
I cannot thank Jen and the Kaleidoscope team enough for everything. Constantly answering my texts, providing me list after list of options (I was a little picky) for every vendor available, coming to every meeting with a smile and the right questions to ask the vendors and the list goes on!

The entire Kaleidoscope team was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish (including dealing with a postponement!) and I cannot recommend them enough. Lisa Marie was our day of coordinator and everyone who was a part of our day commented on how amazing she was throughout the wedding weekend. Lisa Marie ensured everything was covered leading up to the day (including creating menus, programs, and hotel bags - a dream!) and dropping everything off at the church and venue so we didn't have to worry about it the week of the wedding. Navigating a wedding with Covid was stressful enough but I can honestly say that when the day came I was completely stress-free because I knew she was handling absolutely everything. She ensured everything in our timeline was on track including hair/makeup/photographers and guest transportation. I truly didn't have to worry about anything. In addition to being on top of every detail the day of, she and her team were an absolute BLAST to be with the day of, and added to the joy and excitement of the day. I cannot recommend her and the entire Kaleidoscope team enough.
Lisa Marie and her team were absolutely incredible to work with! During planning, whether I had a question about a tiny scheduling detail or the wedding reception aesthetics, she always had the best advice. She coordinated everything with all of our vendors perfectly to ensure our weekend went as smoothly as possible. On our wedding day, she calmly juggled everything in motion and ensured that I was completely stress-free and immersed in the day. We continue to hear from guests how much fun our wedding was and I truly believe it wouldn't have been possible without her. I cannot thank Lisa Marie and the Kaleidoscope team enough. They are complete pros and even more fun to be around!
After Covid forced us to postpone our wedding twice, having Jennifer as our wedding planner turned out to the best investment of our whole wedding. We decided to hire a wedding planner pre-Covid and we are so glad we did. The first time around, Jennifer was great at helping us find vendors for our wedding and coordinating all of their schedules and timelines for the day of. Once we had to reschedule, Jennifer worked with us and all our vendors to find a mutual time that worked for everyone and we were ultimately able to keep all original vendors. Being from out of town, it was difficult for us to do much of the last minute stuff, so Jennifer helped with everything from seating, to programs, to welcome bags. And on the day of our wedding, she (with the help of Chelsea) was an absolute joy to work with (the bridal party and my mom LOVED her). She kept everything on schedule and made me feel a lot less stressed about the day. And I think guests were happy to have someone to go to with questions. Thank you so much for helping make our wedding day perfect. We can’t thank you enough.
I can’t even describe how amazing Jennifer was to work with for our daughter’s wedding. During the planning process, COVID hit and everything changed—the date, the location, and the size. Six weeks prior to the event, we had to move the celebration from Philadelphia to New Jersey. Jennifer moved all the pieces like a chess master, and hardly broke a sweat. The wedding day ran so smoothly all because of her. She thought of every little detail. We can’t thank Jennifer enough for making this wedding so special
Lisa Marie and team were spectacular. We had almost 500 guests, two venues, large bridal parties, and easily ten different vendors. Lisa Marie coordinated all of them seamlessly so that my husband and I could relax and enjoy ourselves, even during the week of when there were all sorts of last minute changes. She was also extremely patient and understanding as we and our family and friends had lots and lots of opinions. She was by far the best money we spent.
Lisa Marie at Kaleidoscope was so outstanding in planning our first daughter’s wedding that she was one of the first calls we made when our second daughter was engaged. Their weddings were very different, but Lisa Marie’s professionalism thought flexibility, creativity, organizational

The most valuable vendor we hired for our wedding day was Kaleidoscope! Our original wedding date was April 18, and they didn't skip a beat when we had to postpone not once, but twice. They played an integral role in pulling off our wedding, and we are so thankful we had them supporting us throughout the process. Not only are Jen and Lisa Marie detail oriented, creative and organized, but they have such an amazing network of other vendors, which came in handy when we had to change our venue a month before our wedding due to Covid restrictions. Jen was there with me in the morning through hair and makeup all the way to the end of the night, dropping our gifts off in our hotel room. The dedication the Kaleidoscope girls have to making brides dreams come true is unmatched and we were so lucky to have them!
We engaged Jennifer early on the planning process and it was a game changer! She was a pleasure to work with, she navigated what could have been problematic issues and relationships with the most professional and simultaneously caring approach. She provided us with a wide range of vendors to interview and was helpful all the way through the process. Day of Wedding was seamless and worry free, She was the best advocate/caretaker for the bride and groom and delivered every way possible. We loved working with her so much we just hired her again!!!!!
Jenn and her team were hands down the most important vendor on my wedding day. The amount of stress she took off my shoulders can never be fully expressed. Jenn was so much fun to work with, and turned a potential disaster into a flawless event. My wife and I were married in downtown Philadelphia in August 2019, and our wedding would not have been as picture perfect as it was without the incredible support of Lisa Marie at Kaleidoscope Weddings. We first met Lisa Marie when she was working as the coordinator of our Cousin’s wedding. She coordinated all of her team members so well, and orchestrated such an amazing evening that we knew that night that we wanted to use her as our planner. Lisa Marie has a ton of great contacts with different vendors and gave us a bunch of amazing recommendations. This helped narrow down our choices to only top-notch professionals, they were all amazing. She was there every step of the way during our planning process to ensure our vision for that day was possible. When our big day finally came, it was so well planned and executed that we really just got to spend the entire night enjoying ourselves, and never had to worry about a thing. Lisa Marie made sure everything progressed exactly the way we wanted and never missed a beat. I couldn’t recommend her more HIGHLY, she is an absolute pleasure to work with.
I cannot express enough how impressed and satisfied we were with Jenn Supper and Kaleidoscope Weddings!! Planning a wedding in the Philadelphia area and living two hours from the venue was no problem thanks to Jenn. She worked with us from the early stages in the planning process and closed all of the last details even after the reception. She listened to our concerns and assured that NOTHING was missed!! She was always available to answer any questions or concerns and made sure that our requests were honored.
Our process began with choice of venue, invitations, the rehearsal dinner, the morning preparations, and transportation to and from the wedding reception and so much more! Her choice of vendors was perfect and her business experience was apparent.

I am not even sure how to write a review that does Jenn justice. Her approach is scrappy, efficient and amazingly organized. But on the day of the wedding is really when she shines. My husband and I couldn't have imagined not having here there, she handled every detail. I mean every detail. If I even looked over my shoulder she came to my side asking what I needed and often she took the initiative to do what I needed, before I even knew I needed it! The cost is so well worth the service and level of detail you receive with Jenn. My perfect wedding day was truly perfect because of her. You are nuts not to hire Jenn if you are getting married!
Thanks to Jenn at Kaleidoscope Weddings, my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams! When we had gotten engaged way back in June 2017, we had reached out to Kaleidoscope Weddings to consider hiring a wedding planner. After the first phone call, we instantly clicked. She understood my vision, and I knew we had to hire her. She is INCREDIBLE at what she does. She handles everything from setting up venue tours and vendor appointments, to making save-the-dates and invitations, and she knew all the important questions to ask. I texted/e-mailed her at least once a week (definitely more frequently in the weeks leading up to the wedding) and she ALWAYS responded with concise and honest answers/opinions, which I appreciated so much. She eased my anxiety and made wedding planning a fun experience! Most importantly, she kept us on budget!
I thought Jenn was amazing during the wedding planning process, but on the actual wedding day, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND, which I didn't even think was possible after everything she had already done! She created a schedule for the entire wedding party, which made the morning wedding prep run SO smoothly! She coordinated the family portraits in the church and at the reception with ease, and she and her assistant always made sure my husband and I, as well as our parents, had a drink in hand and were having the best time! Honestly, we were able to ENJOY our wedding day rather than worrying if everything was running smoothly, which my husband and I are SO grateful for. Even after the wedding, she brought all my belongings (family pictures, cake cutting utensils, toasting flutes, etc.) back to my hotel room. She even put the top layer of the cake in the fridge for us!
Jenn was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, my honest opinion is to hire the team at Kaleidoscope Weddings. It was truly the best decision we made. I am so happy and grateful I met Jenn through this process and that my husband and I can call her a great friend!
The best decision we made during wedding planning was hiring Lisa Marie and her team to help up plan the best day ever! From the very beginning she guided us through stressful decisions and organized the day of events perfectly. When one of our bus driver decided not to show to transport guests, Lisa Marie and her team figured everything out, got all of our guests to the church on time without us even knowing there was an issue! My family, bridesmaids (and groomsmen!) all agreed she was the best planner they’ve ever experienced. She is an absolute pro and made our wedding day stress free. When my wedding dress bustle broke on the dance floor? Lisa Marie was there to MacGyver a new bustle in a few minutes with her MaryPoppins bag of wedding necessities. HIGHLY recommend to every bride, especially if you are on the fence of whether or not to hire a planner!

Jennifer Supper was the best thing that I could have ever asked to happen for our wedding! I wish there could be a higher rating that five stars, because Jenn and her team deserves so many more. I was pretty organized with everything leading up to my wedding, but I hit a point where I just did not want to talk about every little detail and answer the last minute questions. Jenn stepped in and took over all communication two weeks before the wedding day and made sure they were all prepared for the expectations of the day, including a detailed timeline letting everyone know where they should be and when. Still to this day my friends tell me that Jenn helped to make the day run so smoothly, everyone knew where they were supposed to be and we were all able to just enjoy ourselves and fully take in the day. The groomsmen even said it was the first wedding they ever showed up on time for and they liked having a Kaleidoscope team member there to help them with pictures and transportation. My wedding was held at a restaurant that we bought out, so there were things that Jenn had to take care of that she would normally never of had to at a “normal” wedding venue – she went above and beyond in every way possible. As a bride, I truly wanted to enjoy my day and Jenn allowed that to happen, the only thing I had to worry about was smiling (which obviously was not hard since I was marrying the love of my life), making it down the aisle with my mom, and delivering my vows without too many tears! Long story short, I 100% recommend this team for your wedding day, do not hesitate for another minute, give Kaleidoscope a call, and hire them to help you with the most special day of your life!
Working with Jen and Kaleidoscope Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We worked with Jen for day-of coordination, but it was so, so much more than that. Jen's expertise, connections, and calming presence were invaluable as we made the finishing touches for the big day. She took over all vendor communications a month beforehand and made the entire weekend run seamlessly, from managing the master timeline to getting folks organized for pictures to turning bouquets into decorations and so much more. We have no idea how she did it all. Everyone and everything was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. She didn't let a single worry interrupt the joy of the day and for that we are eternally grateful to Jen and her team.
When I first got engaged, I was pretty resistant to the idea of a full service wedding planner. A month after my wedding, I can safely say hiring Jen Supper as the full time planner was the BEST decision my mom and I made throughout the entire process. This review won't do it justice but let me just say HIRE HER! Jen is incredibly organized and never left ONE DETAIL to chance. She has relationships with a lot of vendors, which makes it even more seamless. The day of she made sure the day went as smoothly as possible - everyone at the wedding kept remarking how efficient she was. The best part is she is GREAT to work with! She is funny and great at simultaneously navigating the stress that is the wedding process. Cannot say enough nice things about her and Kaleidescope!
I could not have imagined using anyone else as my wedding planner for my wedding weekend. We only had Jennifer for the weekend of but she helped us for months prior to our weekend. She is so warm, funny, and easy to get along with. She was always real with us and I always trusted her opinion - there were so many vendors who wanted us to spend more money, etc. But, Jen never did that - she always tried to figure out how she can help us or what she could do to get a better deal. When the weekend came, she was invaluable! She made the cutest welcome bags for all of our guests and went out of her way to get me what I requested to put in there. She also brought with her so many other things that saved us money versus going through someone else , she did the bathroom baskets, brought the flip flops, invitation holder, etc. Throughout the entire weekend, I was so comfortable in that I did not have to worry about one thing. Jen was beyond AMAZING. She literally handled every little detail that I could have possibly imagined - I got to enjoy my weekend without 1 thing to worry about. We also had 1 issue with guests bringing more people than planned and Jen just said "I'll take care of it" and handled it easily. She also took care of me better than I could have asked for - she brought me drinks because she knew I would never be able to make it to the bar without people coming up to talk to me. She made sure that I ate at the reception, which I probably wouldn't have if she didn't make me (I am so grateful to her for that!). I truly don't believe my weekend would have been as amazing as it was without Jen as my wedding planner. I had numerous guests come up to me after saying how great she was. It is such an important thing to have a wedding planner that you trust and who knows the business... I think anyone would be crazy not to use Jen and Kaleidoscope!
We used Jen for her day-of service that was really 3 months before our wedding and we can say without reservation it was one of the best decisions we made throughout the whole wedding process. As we reflect now several months after our wedding (and comparing our experience to other weddings) we cannot thank our lucky stars enough that we made the decision to work with Jen and Kaleidoscope.
As soon as we talked to Jen on the phone we instantly felt a connection – she has an amazing personality where you know she’s organized and experienced while still being open, honest and approachable. We never felt uncomfortable about contacting her about any of our questions at any time.
Just as the stress of the event getting closer was arriving and the last minute details were approaching was when we had the most support. Jen helped us organize everything from bathroom baskets to welcome bags and drink signage. She was the go-between for all of our vendors and communicated a master timeline to everyone that was detailed and clear. On the day of Jen was with me (the bride) all day – from changing my shoes to giving me lipstick, I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
She went above and beyond for us and it did not go unnoticed – she amazingly fit all of our cases of wine in her car and somehow (we still don’t know how) moved all of our things after the wedding to where they needed to be in multiple hotels and cars for us so that we didn’t lose anything.
We were a couple that were really hands-on and detail oriented so we were skeptical about needing a planner at all. However, we could not have been more wrong – having Jen on our team for our wedding was exactly what we needed to feel stress-free the months leading up to our wedding and to enjoy the whirlwind weekend that it was. She was a dream to work with and we don’t know how we would have done it without her – we give Jen our highest recommendation!
We interviewed 4-5 different wedding planners and Jennifer Supper immediately stood out among everyone else. She was prompt, extremely responsive, very focused, and really took the time to understand exactly what kind of couple we were and how much we wanted to be involved in the planning.
I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing she is. Without her, our wedding definitely would not have happened and she also made it such an easy and stress-free process for my partner and I. All our friends were also overflowing with compliments for her during the planning process and the wedding itself. We were both extremely busy during the months leading up to the wedding and basically off-loaded every single logistical task onto her and she did them all flawlessly and with a peppy attitude. An example interaction would be us texting her 1 month before the wedding being like "oh, did you ever book that string quartet we briefly mentioned in a meeting 6 months ago," and her response would be "of course, it's completely taken care of."
Besides being an amazing wedding planner, Jen was also an incredible day of coordinator. We both honestly felt like guests during our own wedding. Every little detail was thought of and taken care of and we never once had to interact with vendors leading up to the wedding and during the day except to make big decisions like menu choices or final plating design. Jen had everyone on schedule and where we were supposed to be without feeling overbearing or intrusive.
In terms of price point, yes, hiring such an all-inclusive planning package is a little pricey, but the pricing at Kaleidoscope and Jennifer Supper was actually extremely reasonable for the level of service provided across all the vendors we looked at. I honestly thought it was a huge steal and was worth every single penny.
Again, cannot recommend Jennifer Supper enough. We love you Jen! If we could hire her to plan the rest of our lives, we would.
I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Lisa Marie and the Kaleidoscope team are. Every detail was thought of about 5 days before it even crossed my mind, and she helped me manage an incredibly busy work travel schedule, a fiance half way across the country, and 15 different vendor options that I could not make a decision on alone. I fully trusted Lisa Marie, and rightfully so. She is an absolute rock star and dealt with a couple big personalities (my mom, mother-in-law, and myself) with grace and patience, all while managing to give each of us what we wanted. Without a doubt, our wedding would have burnt to the ground/wouldn't have existed without Lisa Marie. I am truly grateful everyday that we brought her on to help us with the crazy hectic world of wedding planning.

OMG!! Lisa Marie KILLED it at our wedding. I don't know what we would have done without her. With 350 guests, 20 people in the bridal party, and 3 families to organize/keep track of, she could not have done a better job. We hired her for the month prior to the wedding and
in retrospect even wish we had hired her for longer. She took so much stress away and paid attention to literally every detail. On the day of, she took care of every single moment, from the second we woke up until we went to bed that night. Hiring Lisa Marie was one of the best decisions we made for wedding day. Our bridal party still can't stop commenting on how amazing she was.
Jen S. did a wonderful job for us! She came onboard two months before my daughters wedding and really took over all that was left to do before the big day. Having Jen made crunch time much less stressful and allowed us to relax and enjoy the day from start to finish. She even delivered items from the reception venue to my home at the very end of the night. No detail is overlooked and nothing is left to chance. Was very helpful compiling a timeline ( down to the minute) for the whole day. Having Jen truly allowed me, mother of the bride, to focus solely on the bride and our guests. The whole wedding was so much more fun than it would have been without Jen handling every little detail. Highly recommend!
I could go on for days with how much I adore and appreciate the Kaleidoscope team! I worked with Jen for almost 2 years and everything was smooth sailing. Jennifer Supper of Kaleidoscope Solutions was the wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding in the Philadelphia area. My daughter lives in Texas and I live 90 miles outside Philadelphia. We hired Jennifer early in the planning process and found Jennifer to be extremely hard working and organized. She had a great working relationship with all of the vendors. Her expertise in wedding planning was extraordinary as was her attention to every detail. In addition she had a great sense of humor, which made the planning process enjoyable!
On the day of the wedding Jennifer and her team took care of everything. Including ordering breakfast and lunch for the bridal party, keeping us on a timeline for the day and managing all of the vendors. I cannot recommend Jen Supper and the team at Kaleidoscope enough. We were on the fence about having a day-of coordinator, but looking back, it made all the difference to our big day. From the moment I spoke with Jen, I felt at ease. My husband and I were trying to keep all of our different vendors organized and we were dealing with some added logistical challenges - transportation, handicap accessibility, big family, the NFL Draft being in town, etc. - that were started to overwhelm us. Talking through the timeline and handing over the responsibilities to Jen made the planning process much more manageable. Having Jen helped us truly enjoy every moment and be fully present. From making sure we got to the church on time, took every photo we wanted, ordering breakfast while the ladies and I were getting ready, repairing my dress strap when it ripped, to ensuring we ate dinner and drank enough water... every detail was on point. Even after the wedding was over, Jen helped us deal with an issue with our hotel the morning after - thanks, Jen ;) She absolutely went above and beyond for us. I loved working with Jen and recommend her to everyone I talk to.

Jen is an indispensable person to have present on your wedding day. We hired her for partial planning; she helped us book our photographer, videographer, and a few other vendors, but we'd already picked out our band and venue when we came to her. I'm a really organized person, but on top of my full-time job, I didn't know how stressful wedding planning would be. In the few months and weeks leading up to the wedding, Jen took care of SO MANY wedding tasks, which lifted a huge burden off of my and my husband's shoulders. From suggesting and making creative welcome bags from 6-pack holders that would hold beer that we made to setting up centerpieces and arranging my dress for various terrains and photo ops, Jen really does it all. Our photographer got sick on our wedding day, and I know Jen and her team were working tirelessly on the phone to find a replacement in time for photos in the hotel before the ceremony. She even stepped in as our dedicated bridal server during our reception to ensure that we had food and drinks when our venue's server wasn't doing her duties. She and her team packed up all of our items after the reception so we didn't need to worry about anything. One thing to note is that she responds better to calls and texts rather than email, but she does keep track of your correspondence even though she may be busy with other weddings/events at the time. In the 6-8 weeks up until our wedding, we had more frequent contact with Jen to set the timeline and ensure that everything else was arranged. We highly recommend hiring Jen and her team!
Wow! Jennifer Supper is literally amazing. Having only hired her a couple of months before the wedding, she kicked into gear immediately and was extremely organized and level-headed throughout. I only wish we had hired her earlier! I seriously can't say enough about how amazing and professional she was. The day of, she took care of everything with such ease and worked so well with all the vendors. Our guests were so impressed with her that we even had a few ask us who she was to use for other events. When I got caught up in conversations for too long at cocktail hour, Jennifer politely moved me along. If anything went wrong the day of our wedding, I didn't know anything about it. Jen Supper and her team from Kaleidoscope Weddings did an amazing job planning and executing the details of our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. When we started planning 18 months in advance, we all lived outside the Philadelphia area. Jen was invaluable in providing vendor recommendations, arranging phone calls and meetings, responding to our calls and emails and offering any guidance we needed.
I was an organized, detail-oriented MoB and I was amazed at how many details Jen handled just as she had promised. She addressed all my questions and most especially, ensured she would take care of things so we could all really enjoy the wedding day. She prepared a detailed timeline of the wedding day from start to finish. We all knew when and where we were to be and kept us on schedule without feeling rushed. Even our guests said the entire ceremony and reception went so smoothly and had an easy flow that made it so enjoyable.
Jen and her team helped with the reception set-up and it was just as we had planned and was so stunning! She was with the bride and groom the entire day and ensured they had everything they needed. Her enthusiasm and light-hearted personality made any stress of the day melt away.
During the reception, she allowed us to feel like real guests. She handled all the timing of the events with the vendors and communicated with the catering staff. We, as host and hostess, simply enjoyed the time with our guests and had fun! In addition, she handed out all the vendor tips, collected all the personal items from the reception, and delivered them to the hotel suite. This allowed us to join the after-party without loading up our car!
Jen did a fantastic job and added fun and laughter to the wedding. We highly recommend her!

- Picked up all the materials for the wedding at my house and brought them to the venue and florist
- Ran around the day before to get last minute materials that we needed for the tables
- Printed and framed items for the reception
- Made a detailed itinerary for the day and coordinated with all vendors (photo, video, band, venue, transportation, etc.)
- Helped with last minute changes and table arrangements for people who could couldn't make it
- Was with me the entire day from start to finish and assisted during pictures to make sure everything looked good
- Carried a goodie bag for us if we needed any water or food while we were on the bus running around from place to place
- Worked with the photographer to make sure all the bridal party pictures and family pictures were organized
- Made sure everything was cleaned up from the bridal suite at the venue and dropped it off at my house at the end of the night
We are so grateful for Lisa Marie, she had such a big part in the day I feel like we will never be able to repay her. Lisa Marie, thank you endlessly, our day could not have been more perfect!
Jen Supper and her team made our wedding day so amazing. I thought the few weeks before the wedding would be super stressful, but Jen helped ease all of my worries. Jenifer Supper was simply amazing!!! From start to finish her guidance, referrals, vendor recommendations and attention to detail made my daughter and son-in-law’s dream wedding a reality. We celebrated the marriage of our daughter Christina last Saturday and the entire event was perfection because of Lisa Marie's amazing creativity and crazy hard work. Where do I even start? There are NO words for my gratitude. LM and the Kaleidoscope team were AMAZING. I was a controlling bride. I meticulously planned every detail of our wedding down to the lighting cues during our ceremony. I didn't believe anyone was capable of taking over. Oh boy was I wrong! Last minute I hired LM and she came in and took EVERYTHING over like a pro. There was no request too big or no project too complicated for her. She handled everything and made sure every detail of our wedding was executed to my liking. I didn't believe it would be possible for me to be a guest at my wedding. LM not only met but exceeded my expectations. Not an easy task! She took care of me and my groom like family and treated our wedding as if it was her own. (She has become family!) I honestly don't think we would have gotten through the day without her. Actually, I for sure know we wouldn't have. I would recommend this company 100 times over again.

She set up and arranged the entire rehearsal dinner.
She helped set up and arrange both the ceremony and reception which involved 2 venues/2 musical groups/and 2 catering companies and transported decorations from the first venue to the second within an hours time between events to help save on flowers/decor money.
She recognized weaknesses in other vendors and picked up their slack. Which was unbelievably critical for our photographs!
She collected all of our personal items throughout the night (the detachable train of my dress, extra high heels, my husband's tux jacket, etc) and dropped them off with the other DIY stuff the next day at our apartment. This allowed the end of our wedding night to be carefree like we were guests.
She handed out all tips to our vendors, a huge help!
She even managed to help us cut the cake (discretely and out of the way of pictures) when we were fumbling!
Not only is she fantastic at her job, but she is an extremely kind and enjoyable person to be around and genuinely adds laughter and fun to the day. HIRE HER! Your wedding will be better!

Jennifer and Team was the best thing to happen to my wedding day! My Husband and I had my big fat Greek wedding back November 5th 2016, and it was truly the most amazing day of our lives! When people ask me if I had a good time and remember everything about my wedding.. I can honestly say that my wedding day was incredible, and because of Jennifer and her team I didn't worry about ONE THING. All I, my family, bridal party, Husband, husband family, and wedding guests did was PARTY and focus on enjoying the day. Jennifer took care of every little detail, shielded me from anyone coming up with issues or problems, and because of that I got to focus on what was important. I don't know if anything went wrong during the day because all I did was have FUN. Also I hope my mom doesn't read this because she was definitely a difficult MOH with lots of questions, inputs, particulars, and on top of it she is a perfectionist. Jennifer was a PRO with my mom and most importantly my mom was extremely happy with Jennifer, her team and all of the things they pulled together to get every single detail right. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend hiring Jennifer, she is a professional and a go-getter, thank you for everything you did to make our wedding so special!!
Jennifer and her team were fantastic on our wedding day! There are so many stories of how much they made happen on the wedding day. For example, the MOG started to feel uncomfortable in her heels. Jennifer asked if she wanted flip flops (we had them for the guests) and within one minute, one of the coordinators was there with the flip flops for her. There was always somebody on the team there to help as needed! They made sure that both myself (the bride) and the groom got to try everything food-wise and made sure we got all the pictures we wanted!
We planned our wedding in just 4 months and thanks to Jennifer Supper it was more than I ever could have dreamed of! The day was absolutely perfect from getting ready in the morning to the church and reception and even getting back to our hotel at night thanks to every little detail that Jen coordinated. The entire planning process was such a joy and absolutely stress free. Jen helped us find the most amazing vendors who made the day magical. I cannot recommend Jen and Kaleidoscope enough!! It was truly the best day of our lives!
My brother and sister in-law married married NYE this year downtown at the Lowe's Hotel. Lisa Marie was hired as their planner. Words cannot express how impressed I was with the job she did on the actual wedding day. Lisa Marie was a leader, assertive, and isn't afraid to take charge. She held herself and her appearance was very polish and professional. Lisa Marie never looked stressed or frazzled on the wedding day even with managing a very large bridal party. This allowed my sister in-law to be stress free and really enjoy her day.
Lisa Marie's attention to detail was incredible. From time management, to scheduling, to carrying bridal parties purses, you name it Lisa Marie did it! Anything you wanted, needed, forgot, Lisa Marie was 25 steps ahead of everyone. What stood out to me the most was watching her interact with my niece and nephew. Lisa Marie got them excited for photos and helped occupy them. This really helped my sister out especially because Lisa Marie was able to get the kids to do things sometimes my family couldn't. This was all done with a genuine smile and caring demeanor about her.
Lisa Marie never stopped working until my brother and sister in-law left to their afterparty. She never stopped working. Lisa Marie was being standing and observing to see what needed to be done or she was doing what needed to be done.
This NYE wedding was a success because of Lisa Marie. I am a hard person to impress because I have very high standards. Lisa Marie impressed me. At one point in my day, I was running around and very late getting ready and it was time to leave for pictures. Everyone had left except for my sister, mom and I. Were were just going to Uber because we were so late. Lisa Marie stops me and says, "I promise we won't leave without you. Take your time. See you downstairs." When I finally arrive, Lisa Marie comes to meet me and carries stuff in the bus. Many people would be angry by the situation, she was happy and had a smile the whole time! Just shows you how professional she is. How important she knew to keep everyone together. Meant a lot to my family and I.

My fiancé and I were hesitant to hire a planner because we really felt the strain of paying for a wedding in the latter months of planning, and our only regret is not hiring Lisa Marie earlier. I'm a very hands-on person and I didn't think that I necessarily needed someone to help with day of coordination but after getting married and realizing how I wanted to feel on my wedding day, I now know that hiring Lisa Marie was absolutely the best thing we have did for our wedding. If we hadn't hired her, the wedding would've been completely different, I would've been so stressed out that I don't even know if I would've had fun. We hired Kaleidescope as "day of coordinators" but Lisa Marie has helped us for three months prior to the wedding. You really don't understand how many last minute details and problems need to be worked out until you're in the thick of it. And if it wasn't for Lisa Marie and her team - my family and my bridesmaids would have had to deal with the brunt of that work. Thanks to Lisa Marie I was able to enjoy a completely stress-free planning process and wedding day. She made my wedding beautiful, and all of my guests had an amazing time. Lisa Marie, Jennifer, Kaleidescope, and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable, true professionals, and highly regarded in this industry. I got married three days ago and I've already reached out to my friends to hire her for their weddings! We love her, she's a must!
My brother and sister-in-law hired Lisa-Marie as a day of coordinator. Their wedding went off without a hitch and was so amazing that I called Lisa-Marie the second it was time for me to start planning my own wedding a year later. We hired her for partial planning and she was there to help us with anything that popped up. I felt so overwhelmed at the beginning of the planning process and she immediately put me at ease - providing recommendations for every vendor from the venue to flowers to the transportation. I was so relaxed and able to enjoy my entire wedding day because Lisa-Marie was there to organize everyone and keep track of the timeline and vendors. Lauren was one of her assistants who stuck with my husband and his groomsmen all day and they didn't have enough great things to say about her! (they're a tough group to please AND keep under control) Hiring Lisa-Marie and her team was the best decision we made during our planning process!
Lisa Marie was the most important person at my wedding (aside from myself and the groom). As a bride with a demanding profession in Chicago planning a wedding in Philadelphia, Lisa Marie managed all of the details and timing needs without allowing me to feel any pressure. I always felt like I was the only bride she had on her plate and that I was getting her undivided attention. She was so calm and collective on the big day (even as things went "off schedule") and she never hesitated to step in and "get her hands dirty" to tie any loose ends. Finally, Lisa Marie put a lot of personal touches on her own ambition such as creating her own menus at the venue b/c she did not like the venues. Lisa Marie is so personable and easy to spend time with that you not only will be happy with your wedding in the end but you will feel like you have met a new life long friend.
Jen was the best thing that happened for our wedding. We started working with Jen about 9-10 months before the wedding. Jen dealt with every detail and truly was by my side for every decision. Not only did Jen "get" my mom, myself, and my now husband but she felt like she was a part of the family! From organizing the timeline, to cleaning up my hotel room so that I could come back late after the wedding to relax...she handeled it all. I will never be able to thank Jen and her team enough.
I got married in July 2016 and had been working with Jennifer for about a year at that point. Jennifer and her staff were very professional and nothing but helpful every step of the way.
