She coordinated the family portraits in the church and at the reception with ease, and she and her assistant always made sure my husband and I, as well as our parents, had a drink in hand and were having the best time! Honestly, we were able to ENJOY our wedding day rather than worrying if everything was running smoothly, which my husband and I are SO grateful for. Even after the wedding, she brought all my belongings (family pictures, cake cutting utensils, toasting flutes, etc.) back to my hotel room. She even put the top layer of the cake in the fridge for us! Jenn was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, my honest opinion is to hire the team at Kaleidoscope Weddings. It was truly the best decision we made. My family, bridesmaids (and groomsmen!) all agreed she was the best planner they’ve ever experienced. She is an absolute pro and made our wedding day stress free. When my wedding dress bustle broke on the dance floor? Lisa Marie was there to MacGyver a new bustle in a few minutes with her MaryPoppins bag of wedding necessities. Jenn stepped in and took over all communication two weeks before the wedding day and made sure they were all prepared for the expectations of the day, including a detailed timeline letting everyone know where they should be and when. Still to this day my friends tell me that Jenn helped to make the day run so smoothly, everyone knew where they were supposed to be and we were all able to just enjoy ourselves and fully take in the day. The groomsmen even said it was the first wedding they ever showed up on time for and they liked having a Kaleidoscope team member there to help them with pictures and transportation. My wedding was held at a restaurant that we bought out, so there were things that Jenn had to take care of that she would normally never of had to at a “normal” wedding venue – she went above and beyond in every way possible. As a bride, I truly wanted to enjoy my day and Jenn allowed that to happen, the only thing I had to worry about was smiling (which obviously was not hard since I was marrying the love of my life), making it down the aisle with my mom, and delivering my vows without too many tears! Long story short, I 100% recommend this team for your wedding day, do not hesitate for another minute, give Kaleidoscope a call, and hire them to help you with the most special day of your life!

When the weekend came, she was invaluable! She made the cutest welcome bags for all of our guests and went out of her way to get me what I requested to put in there. She also brought with her so many other things that saved us money versus going through someone else , she did the bathroom baskets, brought the flip flops, invitation holder, etc. Throughout the entire weekend, I was so comfortable in that I did not have to worry about one thing. Jen was beyond AMAZING. She literally handled every little detail that I could have possibly imagined - I got to enjoy my weekend without 1 thing to worry about. We also had 1 issue with guests bringing more people than planned and Jen just said "I'll take care of it" and handled it easily. She also took care of me better than I could have asked for - she brought me drinks because she knew I would never be able to make it to the bar without people coming up to talk to me. She made sure that I ate at the reception, which I probably wouldn't have if she didn't make me (I am so grateful to her for that!). I truly don't believe my weekend would have been as amazing as it was without Jen as my wedding planner. I had numerous guests come up to me after saying how great she was. It is such an important thing to have a wedding planner that you trust and who knows the business... I think anyone would be crazy not to use Jen and Kaleidoscope!

(and comparing our experience to other weddings) we cannot thank our lucky stars enough that we made the decision to work with Jen and Kaleidoscope. As soon as we talked to Jen on the phone we instantly felt a connection – she has an amazing personality where you know she’s organized and experienced while still being open, honest and approachable. We never felt uncomfortable about contacting her about any of our questions at any time. Just as the stress of the event getting closer was arriving and the last minute details were approaching was when we had the most support. Jen helped us organize everything from bathroom baskets to welcome bags and drink signage. She was the go-between for all of our vendors and communicated a master timeline to everyone that was detailed and clear. On the day of Jen was with me (the bride) all day – from changing my shoes to giving me lipstick, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She went above and beyond for us and it did not go unnoticed – she amazingly fit all of our cases of wine in her car and somehow (we still don’t know how) moved all of our things after the wedding to where they needed to be in multiple hotels and cars for us so that we didn’t lose anything. We were a couple that were really hands-on and detail oriented so we were skeptical about needing a planner at all. However, we could not have been more wrong – having Jen on our team for our wedding was exactly what we needed to feel stress-free the months leading up to our wedding and to enjoy the whirlwind weekend that it was. She was a dream to work with and we don’t know how we would have done it without her – we give Jen our highest recommendation!

Without her, our wedding definitely would not have happened and she also made it such an easy and stress-free process for my partner and I. All our friends were also overflowing with compliments for her during the planning process and the wedding itself. We were both extremely busy during the months leading up to the wedding and basically off-loaded every single logistical task onto her and she did them all flawlessly and with a peppy attitude. An example interaction would be us texting her 1 month before the wedding being like "oh, did you ever book that string quartet we briefly mentioned in a meeting 6 months ago," and her response would be "of course, it's completely taken care of." Besides being an amazing wedding planner, Jen was also an incredible day of coordinator. We both honestly felt like guests during our own wedding. Every little detail was thought of and taken care of and we never once had to interact with vendors leading up to the wedding and during the day except to make big decisions like menu choices or final plating design. Jen had everyone on schedule and where we were supposed to be without feeling overbearing or intrusive. In terms of price point, yes, hiring such an all-inclusive planning package is a little pricey, but the pricing at Kaleidoscope and Jennifer Supper was actually extremely reasonable for the level of service provided across all the vendors we looked at. I honestly thought it was a huge steal and was worth every single penny. Again, cannot recommend Jennifer Supper enough. We love you Jen! If we could hire her to plan the rest of our lives, we would.

Including ordering breakfast and lunch for the bridal party, keeping us on a timeline for the day and managing all of the vendors. From making sure we got to the church on time, took every photo we wanted, ordering breakfast while the ladies and I were getting ready, repairing my dress strap when it ripped, to ensuring we ate dinner and drank enough water... every detail was on point. Even after the wedding was over, Jen helped us deal with an issue with our hotel the morning after - thanks, Jen ;) She absolutely went above and beyond for us. I loved working with Jen and recommend her to everyone I talk to.

er. I'm a really organized person, but on top of my full-time job, I didn't know how stressful wedding planning would be. In the few months and weeks leading up to the wedding, Jen took care of SO MANY wedding tasks, which lifted a huge burden off of my and my husband's shoulders. From suggesting and making creative welcome bags from 6-pack holders that would hold beer that we made to setting up centerpieces and arranging my dress for various terrains and photo ops, Jen really does it all. Our photographer got sick on our wedding day, and I know Jen and her team were working tirelessly on the phone to find a replacement in time for photos in the hotel before the ceremony. She even stepped in as our dedicated bridal server during our reception to ensure that we had food and drinks when our venue's server wasn't doing her duties. She and her team packed up all of our items after the reception so we didn't need to worry about anything. One thing to note is that she responds better to calls and texts rather than email, but she does keep track of your correspondence even though she may be busy with other weddings/events at the time. In the 6-8 weeks up until our wedding, we had more frequent contact with Jen to set the timeline and ensure that everything else was arranged. We highly recommend hiring Jen and her team!

She handled all the timing of the events with the vendors and communicated with the catering staff. We, as host and hostess, simply enjoyed the time with our guests and had fun! In addition, she handed out all the vendor tips, collected all the personal items from the reception, and delivered them to the hotel suite. This allowed us to join the after-party without loading up our car! Jen did a fantastic job and added fun and laughter to the wedding. We highly recommend her!

Just a few of the many things Lisa Marie did: - Scheduled and ran through the rehearsal the day before - Picked up welcome bags at my mother-in-laws house and brought them to the hotel - Picked up all the materials for the wedding at my house and brought them to the venue and florist - Ran around the day before to get last minute materials that we needed for the tables - Printed and framed items for the reception - Made a detailed itinerary for the day and coordinated with all vendors (photo, video, band, venue, transportation, etc.) - Helped with last minute changes and table arrangements for people who could couldn't make it - Was with me the entire day from start to finish and assisted during pictures to make sure everything looked good - Carried a goodie bag for us if we needed any water or food while we were on the bus running around from place to place - Worked with the photographer to make sure all the bridal party pictures and family pictures were organized - Made sure everything was cleaned up from the bridal suite at the venue and dropped it off at my house at the end of the night We are so grateful for Lisa Marie, she had such a big part in the day I feel like we will never be able to repay her. She allowed me (and all of my bridesmaids, sisters, and Mom) to be guests at the wedding., I did not perform a single task! Nor did any of the wedding party. And not just the day of the wedding, but the day of the rehearsal dinner and the day of the brunch too. The whole weekend went seamlessly and flowed so smoothly because she was there to run the show. A few small examples of her work: She picked up ALL of the wedding DIY stuff from my apartment a week prior to the wedding. She set up and arranged the entire rehearsal dinner. She helped set up and arrange both the ceremony and reception which involved 2 venues/2 musical groups/and 2 catering companies and transported decorations from the first venue to the second within an hours time between events to help save on flowers/decor money. She recognized weaknesses in other vendors and picked up their slack. Which was unbelievably critical for our photographs! She collected all of our personal items throughout the night (the detachable train of my dress, extra high heels, my husband's tux jacket, etc) and dropped them off with the other DIY stuff the next day at our apartment. This allowed the end of our wedding night to be carefree like we were guests. She handed out all tips to our vendors, a huge help! She even managed to help us cut the cake (discretely and out of the way of pictures) when we were fumbling! Not only is she fantastic at her job, but she is an extremely kind and enjoyable person to be around and genuinely adds laughter and fun to the day. HIRE HER! Your wedding will be better!

Jennifer was a PRO with my mom and most importantly my mom was extremely happy with Jennifer, her team and all of the things they pulled together to get every single detail right. This was all done with a genuine smile and caring demeanor about her. Lisa Marie never stopped working until my brother and sister in-law left to their afterparty. She never stopped working. Lisa Marie was being standing and observing to see what needed to be done or she was doing what needed to be done. This NYE wedding was a success because of Lisa Marie. I am a hard person to impress because I have very high standards. Lisa Marie impressed me. At one point in my day, I was running around and very late getting ready and it was time to leave for pictures. Everyone had left except for my sister, mom and I. Were were just going to Uber because we were so late. Lisa Marie stops me and says, "I promise we won't leave without you. Take your time. See you downstairs." When I finally arrive, Lisa Marie comes to meet me and carries stuff in the bus. Many people would be angry by the situation, she was happy and had a smile the whole time! Just shows you how professional she is. How important she knew to keep everyone together. Meant a lot to my family and I. Lisa Marie did an outstanding job handling this wedding. Definitely hire her!

at I necessarily needed someone to help with day of coordination but after getting married and realizing how I wanted to feel on my wedding day, I now know that hiring Lisa Marie was absolutely the best thing we have did for our wedding. If we hadn't hired her, the wedding would've been completely different, I would've been so stressed out that I don't even know if I would've had fun. We hired Kaleidescope as "day of coordinators" but Lisa Marie has helped us for three months prior to the wedding. She put in all the effort to make our day exactly what we wanted it to be. She treated everyone with respect and kindness. Her team was so awesome on the wedding day, making sure that everything went smoothly, and that all the guests were happy and well taken care of. She went above and beyond - borrowing a Jeep for some photos (my grandmother used to drive a Jeep), shuttling us to the rehearsal dinner when we didn't plan transportation ahead of time, and many other details that I won't bore you with. The whole wedding weekend was perfect. We wouldn't change anything. Clayre didn't dictate. Instead, she listened to me, to my mom, and to my husband. Then she made what we were asking for a reality. If we weren't sure what we wanted, she gave us insight, but she always deferred to our opinion. My mom didn't want a wedding planner at first - I had to convince her to meet with Clayre. Now (after the wedding) she would recommend Clayre to anyone. My mom isn't easy, but Clayre is awesome with people. She makes everyone feel comfortable; she is supportive and nonjudgmental. It was the best week of my life, and I am sure I couldn't have done it without Clayre's help.

From creating a DETAILED (& color-coded!) timeline to hand-assembling & delivering our gift bags to hotels to printing our programs & menus in her office, she made the last few weeks of wedding planning go smoothly. On the day of the wedding, her and her team were invaluable - they stuck with us from our 5 AM start time through the end of our reception at 10 PM. She kept our large bridal party on schedule, came prepared with a COOLER of water & snacks (VERY helpful during our photographs when it was 90+ outside!), checked us in at our wedding night hotel so we didn't have to do it ourselves late at night, collected all of the gifts, miscellaneous items & even a TRAY of desserts & brought it to our hotel...the list goes on and on and anyone remotely involved in the wedding (family, etc.) were saying how wonderful she was. I cannot recommend Lisa Marie & Kaleidoscope Weddings enough - you will absolutely not regret it!

You really don’t realize how many little details go into planning the wedding until you are a few weeks out, going through the list of things to do, and Jenn knows what all those things are and is on top of them. My friends and family kept commenting on how calm and relaxed I was on my wedding day, and I have to credit all of that to Jenn. Because of Jenn and her staff, I was able to focus on my wedding day and not all of those little logistics that can take away from that big day. Jenn was available whenever I needed her. I’ll admit, I was really nervous at the beginning, turning the reigns over to someone I didn’t know, but it really was the best decision I ever made! Because of Jenn, I had the most wonderful time at my wedding and it shows in all of the pictures and videos. Thank you, Jenn!!!!!

We had a large Indian wedding with many moving parts, and that did not pose an obstacle for them at all. They made the day seem seamless for us and our guests. We even had guests and family members comment to us afterwards about how great the Kaleidoscope team was throughout the event, in shuttling people from one building to another, keeping everyone on time in a comfortable manner (importantly, not abrasive or hurried), and remaining attentive to members of the wedding party. My husband also enjoyed having them around as he and his groomsmen prepared for the day. A key behind-the-scenes moment was when my contact lens popped out as I was about to head into the ceremony! The team swiftly ran back to hotel, found me a pair of new contacts, and bought solution from the pharmacy, all in time without a glitch in our schedule. Leading up to the wedding, Jen was a fantastic point person to find vendors, think through logistics, and put together everything with such ease, such as picking up the specialty items, assembling, and delivering the welcome bags. She is very connected and objectively helped us source and compare quotes from vendors that we would otherwise not have been able to get. Long story short, best dollars spent- hands down. 100% recommend to anyone considering hiring a planner and / or day-of-coordinator without a doubt.

Jen is also more than happy to do even the most menial of things that aren’t even required of her to do, like getting stamps for the invitations. On the day of the wedding, I was the calmest bride just enjoying the happiest day of my life, and I attribute that greatly to Jen hustling around and organizing everything to perfection. I did not have to worry a SINGLE thing, and we even had a last minute “I can’t believe that just happened” wedding snafu. My bridesmaid’s luggage was lost while she was flying to Philly, and she had lost her bridesmaid dress 48 hours before the wedding. Jen managed to create a wedding miracle by bringing over one of her OWN dresses that she lent so generously to my bridesmaid, and it worked out perfectly. Jen would oversee every detail and would not stop moving until everything was perfect and every guest was satisfied. Everything from managing out-of-town guests (which we had a lot), carrying my super long dress train all day for photos, to even running down 15 floors to get me a straw so that I could drink diet coke through my wedding make up, Jen managed everything with consummate professionalism, natural enthusiasm, and genuine care for us. What I am most grateful about Jen is that she was always there for me through this whole unfamiliar process. Through her tremendous dedication and organization, I had the most beautiful and personal wedding ceremony that anyone could ever ask for, without having to worry. Everyone talked about how perfect everything was at the wedding, and my now-husband and I are well aware and thankful for EVERYTHING that Jen did to make this dream wedding a reality.

She came by our place a few times to get all of our wedding odds and ends. She printed out the names on our seating cards, helped us make our favors, painted some stuff for us - all of which saved us busy people a lot of time. Lisa Marie worked very closely with our florist in the set up of our ceremony and reception - and it was spectacular. Day of- Lisa Marie was with me ALL day, doing literally everything, including picking up a hoagie tray for my bridal suite. She created a timeline for us and worked with all the vendors to ensure that everyone was on time and show up. If I needed something or forgot something, she was on top of it. I have no idea if anything went wrong the day because if it did- she took care of it. Day after the ceremony - she came by and gave us everything that was ours - including our cake stand, photo booth album, top of the cake, etc. Can't recommend enough- don't know how anyone has a wedding without a day of coordinator. We had an a la carte venue and a somewhat "unconventional" reception (tapas-style dinner and no assigned seats), and Jennifer was with us every step of the way, recommending and contacting vendors, drawing up floor plans and time longer, and always making sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted and needed. The week of, Jennifer and her team swooped in and, honestly, made the week easy. It always felt like we were there number one priority - from personally coming to our house to pick up decorations and hotel welcome bags to making sure that we both had either a plate or a drink in our hands at the reception, to giving a guest a ride back to the hotel because he missed the bus (!), the women at Kaleidoscope went well above and beyond anything we could have possibly hoped for our anticipated. Furthermore, Jennifer kept the entire process very organized by creating a calendar detailing critical deadlines as well as a budget spreadsheet and vendor list with due dates for payments and “drop dead” dates for when decisions needed to be made. Their "day-of" service was invaluable. Jennifer coordinated all of the vendor services leading up to the wedding and was the point of contact on the day of our big event for vendor deliveries, setup, limo, hotel, lighting, caterer, etc. Because of this, we were worry free and able to enjoy time with our wedding party while Jennifer and her team took care of all the details to make the day go smoothly. My platinum wedding day was amazing and our wedding guests are STILL talking about how great the experience was.
