Kaley is such a bright and energetic force of nature! I’ve been following her page since college and I KNEW I wanted our wedding captured by her. Her posts are always so personable and I knew she specifically cared about the people she photographed. I loved doing our engagements with her and she made me feel so beautiful! The wedding day was so hectic but she kept her cool and the photos ARE AMAZING! We did run behind schedule which was expected so we didn’t get shots in all the locations I wanted. She also got us so many sneak peeks in such a short amount of time! It was legit like less than 48 hours for the first set! I would say that if certain events are important to you, make sure you let her know beforehand. The grand exit pictures were off center and not worth paying an extra hour for and we did not get any pictures of the getaway car in its entirety. There was also a lot of detail shots of DYI stuff that I made that were not captured. My cake cutter said “I love you more than cake" and it wasn’t captured. Another note, but not Kaley's fault, her second shooter also shoved my ring box in my face which contained my wedding band that we specifically did not want to see until the ceremony. HOWEVER, all in all, the quality of the pictures captured were amazing and working with Kaley was a great experience. I would still give her 5 stars.

Kaley Elaine was recommended by another photographer we had contacted. As soon as my daughter looked at Kaley's website, she knew Kaley was her photographer - and thankfully Kaley was available on our date. Kaley totally understood the 'feel' my daughter wanted for her wedding photographs. We were so amazed and delighted with what she was able to capture on the day of the wedding. There is one picture of Abby and TJ that could not more perfectly reflect their love for each other - it is priceless. I highly recommend Kaley Elaine!!!

Kaley was an amazing photographer! She did our engagement, covid wedding, AND wedding photos. She is fantastic to work with and will do whatever she needs to in order to get the perfect shot. We could not be more happy with our photos. She brings a contagious positive energy that just makes everything better. We will definitely use her again for future family photos! Kaley is such a an amazing photographer. Not only does she take beautiful pictures, but she is such a sweet and bubbly person. Taking engagement pictures, was the first time my now husband and I had ever taken professional photos. We were nervous about it, but Kaley told us exactly what to do and made us feel completely comfortable! The wedding day was no different, even with all of our family and wedding party Kaley and her husband did a wonderful job. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer, you can’t go wrong with Kaley Elaine Photography. Kaley was referred to us by a photographer who was already booked on our wedding date, and I’m glad it worked out the way it did. She’s personable, professional, and was so kind throughout all of our correspondence. Kaley took the time to get to know us, our story, our style, and answered all of our questions before we even made our decision. My husband and I knew after meeting her that we wanted to work with KEP. We booked a package that included 2 photographers, 8 hours of wedding day coverage, 500-600 (we received 800+) high-res edited wedding photos, and an engagement session; we added on a bridal session and videography services as well. Hiring a professional wedding photographer isn’t inexpensive by any means, but KEP’s rates are reasonable given the quality of her work, the consistent and clear communication from start to finish, and the feeling of having someone we could trust with what has been the most important day of our lives thus far. I also want to note that the website she uses to manage her projects is user friendly, as is the website where her online galleries are housed and password protected. Plus, she sends sneak peeks after each session before the full gallery is ready. Our engagement session in November was so much fun! I had my makeup done and my hair curled at Ulta, and Greg and I brought a couple of different outfits. We had a great time laughing and reminiscing together while Kaley snapped photos of us that afternoon and made us feel at ease. She even let us choose the location, which is a place that is significant to us and luckily photographs well. Two months later, it was time for my bridal session. I’ve always felt insecure about how I look in pictures. With the help of a hair/makeup artist (whom Kaley recommended), the most gorgeous gown I will ever wear, Rice University’s Lovett Hall as a backdrop, and my chapel train bustlin’ BFF/MOH, Kaley took some of the most stunning photos I’ve ever seen of myself. (I had such a hard time keeping them from Greg!) We displayed my favorite portrait at the reception, and I will cherish all of these images and the way I felt that day — beautiful — forever. Our wedding was in February, and this is where Kaley really sets herself apart from others. She sent us a questionnaire that covered everything from logistics, organization, and time management tips to bridal party names and family dynamics to colors, details, and vendor information. (It’s truly the most comprehensive set of questions I’ve ever seen.) She used this information to put a timeline together, as well as determine what shots were the most important to capture. Kaley, her second photographer, and videographer were a dream. They worked efficiently without rushing us on the day of the wedding and worked well with our other onsite vendors. Something else worth mentioning is that our wedding photos were delivered within the timeframe communicated to us, even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Greg and I are so happy with how they turned out. We treasure the looks on our faces as I’m walking down the aisle and he sees me for the first time, the family formal portraits we otherwise wouldn’t have, and the fun our family and friends from near and far had with each other. We look forward to sharing these tangible memories with our children one day and can’t wait to see our highlight video. Thank you for everything, Kaley!

Kaley and her husband did such an amazing job at our wedding! She was extremely professional and personable at every meeting we had which made the process entirely enjoyable. Additionally, I received so many compliments on our photos and have already recommenced her to several of my friends in law school. I hardly ever write reviews, but I just had to write one for Kaley because she was a total dream to work with! After searching for weeks to find the perfect photographer, I finally stumbled across Kaley's website, and after a couple of email exchanges I just knew she had to be the one to capture our special day! Between both our engagement shoot and our wedding day, I don't think there's a single picture I dislike. I was nervous we would look awkward, but she made us feel comfortable in front of the camera- we felt like we were working with a long time friend! It's been 2.5 years and I'm still so thankful we decided to work with Kaley!

During engagements, bridals and the wedding day she made everything feel very comfortable and very natural. I had been following Kaley's career for awhile and as soon as I got engaged I knew immediately that there was not a single other photographer I would rather have. After showing her instagram to my now wife, she was immediately on board despite saying ten seconds prior "I'll look but I don't want to settle on the first photographer we look at." Kaley makes you feel comfortable, which on your wedding is a pretty great feeling considering the massive amount of emotions one is feeling at that moment. She is very easy to work with and the photos she takes are S T U N N I N G. We got them yesterday and my wife and I just looked at them while smiling uncontrollably. My wife even asked if it was a good idea to have Kaley photograph our cats (which I might have agreed to if our cat wasn't terrified of people or large electronics). If there were more than 5 stars I would fill them out because I honestly cannot recommend Kaley enough.

Kaley is AMAZING. I found her online and asked her to take my maternity photos. She did an amazing job and was so easy to work with. We’ve since had her take our newborn photos and Christmas family photos. I love her work and she is the sweetest person! Her pictures are hanging all around our house. Our littler girl turns one next week and Kayley will be taking her smash cake photos. It’s like she’s part of the family! As long as she’s working I will continue to book her for any and all life events!!

Kaley is the epitome of what a wedding photographer should be. Super talented and such a pleasure to be around, you will love to be around her as much as we did and you’ll also get the most beautiful pictures. What makes Kaley stand out from other photographers is her ability to capture candid moments and the emotion of that moment. I really noticed that in my photographer search - a lot of them had beautiful photos, but most of them were staged/directed, but Kaley’s, in addition to those types of photos (that are GORGEOUS), there were so many candid moments and some you wouldn’t even remember or known if she hadn’t snapped it. We got our gallery yesterday and I was so emotional at how amazing they turned out, and not just the posed photos but at the amount of beautiful candid moments she got, it immediately brought me back to that day, that moment, and gave me all the feels all over again. So if you not only want beautiful pictures, but beautiful moments captured, Kaley is your girl!

Kaley did our engagement photos and we could not be happier!! She is personable, bubbly and so so SO talented! Everything about Kaley was absolutely wonderful, from the first meeting, to the last email! I know she is mainly a wedding photographer, but I hired Kaley to photograph my family and some very special quilts I made for them. She did an amazing job and fit in perfectly with us. Kaley is amazing! She captured our day exactly as it was and also captured every moment. Every email and communication was extremely important as I was planning remotely and unable to meet face to face, and she made sure that everything was taken care of and very clear with my vision. Kaley was also more incredible than I could have ever asked for in any vendor. From the moment we met, we clicked over coffee and goofy fiances. After the ceremony, I found out we had been running a little behind on schedule pre-ceremony. However, Kaley stayed calm, collected, sweet, and still took every photo we asked of her. So much so that I did not even realize we were behind schedule. If it had not been for her calming presence, my day would have been a thousand times more stressful than it was. Instead, her attitude helped keep everyone happy and in joyful moods. For this reason, I will be forever grateful that she not only took the most beautiful photos, but kept us sane on our big day.

I could not possibly say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Kaley. Kaley is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! She is also one of the greatest photographers you will ever meet! Quality, quantity, and so much more. My husband and I had a very fun, low key wedding. Kaley captured the most human moments of our day and highlighted the love that we share with each other and our family and friends. She was never intrusive and by the end of the night she was a friend that had shared in all of our special moments.She was open to any and all suggestions, and smiled all day at an outside wedding in June, lol.
