We hired Kelsey to do our weekend coordinating and were blown away by her professionalism and dedication. She called in several times throughout the wedding planning process to answer questions and guide us through the process, including times that we felt stressed. We booked her Tier 1 - Finish It Up Package, and felt she did a great job pulling everything together. She did a phenomenal job on the day of our wedding. She made sure the day went smoothly and that we were taken care of.
I 100% recommend Kelsey for wedding coordination. She was truly a blessing!

I am so grateful for Kalos Coordinating! Kelsey and her team are professional, kind, calm, and INCREDIBLE resources for any bride-to-be. Our wedding was perfect and I attribute that to the guidance from Kalos Coordinating. On the actual day of our wedding, our day-of-coordinator Kenisha not only ensured our day went off flawlessly but was so calm and wonderful that all our family members raved about her. If you want to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and intentional wedding day - Kelsey is the way to go. I can’t stress this enough - Kelsey made our day 10000x better than it would’ve been without her. She allowed us to be present on our day and to focus on each other and our guests. To name a few highlights, she handled the nitty gritty of set up, directed the flow of the evening, vendor communication, and even assisted with tear down. Leading up to our wedding, she got all of our vendors in order, made sure we had every box checked, and went above and beyond to relieve our stressors. Our wedding party and family loved working with her and mentioned how great she was as our go-to person. I could go on and on, but Kelsey is truly the way to go!!

Kelsey was so incredibly helpful! She was so communicative and made sure she was checking in throughout the process (which was really good because my husband and I aren’t used to having help and kept trying to just figure everything out ourselves). She helped with decorations and ideas. She kept all the vendors informed and made sure we took care of ourselves on our wedding day. She even made sure to bring up food and drinks while we were getting photos done during our cocktail hour and helped rebustle my dress when it came undone on the dance floor. She also ran the rehearsal when our officiant was unable to attend. Overall she went above and beyond our expectations and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kelsey was AMAZING! I booked her at the start of my wedding planning journey! Even in moments that I was not reaching out to her she checked in on me to see if she could help with anything to make my life easier! She was very organized and was on top of contacting all my vendors to make sure everything was lined up perfectly! I had a couple vendor cancellations last minute and she helped me remain calm and find new ones that I was just as excited about! I cannot recommend her enough! Worth every penny spent!

We had Kelsey Hogg as our coordinator and I cannot say enough nice things about her. She was organized, thoughtful, professional, and hardworking. The day of we had a lot left to accomplish and she made sure it all got done with grace. She handled day of stresses professionally and most importantly made she the bride and groom had the best, low-stress day possible. Highly recommend working with this business. Affordable price compared to other coordinator businesses and was worth every single penny.

Our experience with Kalos Coordinatoring (Kelsey and our day of coordinator, Kenisha) was excellent through and through. From the earliest conversations we had with Kelsey, we knew that we were in good hands. Kelsey and Kenisha were responsive to questions, professional, caring, and so considerate of our vision and our needs throughout our wedding planning process. Kelsey helped us to form a seamless schedule and Kenisha made our wedding day so stress-free as she thought of (and took care of!) EVERYTHING. I cannot recommend Kalos Coordinating highly enough! Kelsey at Kalos coordinating was wonderful. Incredibly easy to work with, and made the day of coordination a breeze. We barely had to do a thing on the wedding day and that saved us so much stress! Not to mention she went above and beyond and sent us a wedding present after we got back from the honeymoon! She was very easy to work with and communicated everything very well. Would recommend

Kelsey and Kenisha are fabulous! Kelsey in particular is on her game and was able to answer questions practically before I even asked. A few months before the wedding Kelsey let me know that she would not be coordinating day of, but instead would have Kenisha be there the day-of. At first I was super anxious about this as I had planned up until that point with Kelsey, but Kenisha was able to join in for the rest of the meetings and the walk through. Full transparency, there were a few issues during the wedding where it didn't feel like Kenisha knew what should have been going on / not everything was set up how we had planned for, but at the end of the day my husband and I are still married so that's all that matters! Overall I was happy with Kalos Coordinating and would recommend them to others in the future.

Kelsey recently helped coordinate my wedding day and I truly could not be more grateful for her help! From the very beginning of our time together she was kind, friendly, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. She helped me so much with things leading up to the big day, and was professional and attentive to make sure everything went perfectly for me during the rehearsal and the wedding event itself. She really went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I have everything we needed and more. Throughout the wedding planning process I have always been warned (not by Kelsey but by others) that something would inevitably go wrong, but I can honestly say that my day was absolutely perfect and Kelsey played a big role in making sure that was the case! I can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her services to anyone in need!

I was married on 12/14/2024. I am beyond grateful for Kelsey and Kenisha. Kelsey was beyond helpful during the planning process and our scheduled check ins always made me feel better. Kelsey was always available to help me with ideas and logistics. Kenisha was there on the day of my wedding and I could not have done it without her. These ladies are talented, professional and easy to work with. Having them there during the process made me feel much more comfortable. So happy to have had them there for my wedding ❤️

Kelsey was an absolute dream as our wedding planner! From the beginning, she was an incredible communicator, staying on top of every email and text. Her pre-wedding meetings kept us calm and reassured, always making us feel like we were on track. When we felt overwhelmed by all the details, Kelsey was there, organizing everything like a true wedding planning counselor. It was so clear how much she genuinely cares about each couple she works with.
By the time the wedding weekend arrived, Kelsey stepped in with full confidence. During our rehearsal, she handled every detail so seamlessly that we felt completely at ease. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because Kelsey had it all covered, and her calm, organized presence gave us, our parents, and our bridal party total confidence. She kept everything on schedule, and from that moment on, we knew we could fully relax and just enjoy the celebration.
Kelsey also brought so much to the design and decoration of our wedding space. Her creative ideas made the venue feel personal and unique to us. She went above and beyond—even getting up on ladders to bring our vision to life. We brought all the decor, she brought her toolkit, and she and her assistant made everything look beautiful. On the day itself, everything flowed perfectly thanks to her and her team.
Working with Kelsey was worth every penny, and we genuinely never thought we’d be able to afford such an incredible planner. She made all our wedding dreams come true, and we know the day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Our only regret is that we don’t have another wedding to plan with her! I loved working with Kelsey while planing my wedding! She was such a great resource for fun ideas, vendors, and all the random questions I had along the way. Kelsey was a crucial part to making sure our rehearsal dinner and wedding day went smoothly and on time! She handled all the chaos perfectly and made sure myself and my husband didn't need to worry about anything on our day. She fielded all the tough questions from family/guests, kept everyone in line, and always made sure we had a drink in our hands. I cannot recommend her enough!

Working with Kelsey was amazing! She helped us plan and figure out what we needed to ensure we had the wedding we desired. She was professional yet down to earth and easy to work with. Kalos Coordinating was such a joy to work with! Kelsey was professional, yet so personable and easy to work with! She was easy to communicate with! Kelsey truly went above and beyond her role as a coordinator. She was on top of everything. There were some last minute developments on my part, and Kelsey made these changes stress-free and easily accommodated for. She gave me wonderful recommendations for other vendors, and was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the wedding planning process. My wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without her and I am so thankful! They are truly the best!

I cannot recommend Kalos Coordinating enough! Kelsey helped with making my day exceptional and as stress free as one can be on their wedding day! She was attentive and paid amazing attention to detail. With a bridal party of 26 (13 bridesmaids and 13 groomsmen) one might expect there to be at least one hiccup, but no. She made sure everything went smoothly and really helped bring my vision to life. She listened to what I envisioned for timing and the overall feeling of the wedding ceremony I was aiming for. She spoke and directed with authority, but also kindness, which was essential in guiding a wedding party of such magnitude. She went out of her way to make a plate of food for my husband and I after the ceremony - it’s that kind of consideration that we appreciated from Kalos Coordinating. She’s also the sweetest person and will absolutely go out of her way to make you feel like your wedding is in the best of hands. BOOK HER!!
