I am SO blown away by Morgan at Kalos Events. My husband and I interviewed a few planners for our wedding. But we immediately agreed to hire Morgan after our first call with her. She cares SO MUCH about her work and her clients. She was my cheerleader, supporter and friend throughout the whole process. There is SO MUCH to do when planning a wedding and I could not have created such a magical day without her. She knows what questions to ask, what to be prepared for, and has so many incredible trusted contacts in the industry. I was so overwhelmed when I first started wedding planning. Morgan is one of the most dedicated, positive, thoughtful, and kind-hearted people I’ve ever met, and we feel so incredibly blessed to have had her as our wedding planner. We chose the partial planning package, but she went above and beyond the scope of her contract countless times throughout the process. She made herself available for in-person meetings whenever possible, consistently sent detailed follow-up summaries and vendor communications, and approached every situation with so much resourcefulness, calmness, and decisiveness.
I didn’t realize how valuable those qualities were until the final weeks before the wedding, when the decision fatigue really hit. Morgan made the entire process feel manageable and genuinely stress-free. Because of her, we were able to fully enjoy our engagement season and wedding day knowing everything was in the best hands possible.
