Kalypso Photography

I cannot praise Kalypso enough for the wonderful work she did not only for our wedding photos but our engagement photos. I normally hate having my photo taken but she made the process fun and easy. I cannot recommend her enough and I love the photos she got of my family, friends, and dog.

Of all of our wedding vendors, Kaly was possibly our favorite. She was extremely professional as well as fun. We were both initially camera shy but she made us very comfortable and captured genuine moments. She went above and beyond assisting with things beyond just photography. As stressful as the day was, she ensured we stayed nice and calm allowing us to have a blast. Besides Kaly having a wonderful presence and personality, her photos also captured the day beautifully. She manages to snag great pictures at every turn without being intrusive. Leading up to the wedding, she was responsive and very helpful planning out our day to help make sure we got all the pictures we wanted and still had plenty of time to party. I would recommend her to all of my closest friends and family.

We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! All our guests and bridal party loved her just as much as we did. Kalypso is AMAZING. She is so kind, professional and knowledgeable. We hired her for our wedding and she was the full package. Besides being amazingly accommodating, she was easy to contact and really cared about making our day the most special. She is also an animal lover and we couldn't imagine hiring any other photographer. She will always have our business!!

Kali was amazing. I chose her because I felt like she got more candid photos rather than staged and posed photos. I can look back at our pictures and really remember those moments. She was so flexible when it started raining and made sure to get the shots we wanted.

Kalypso was beyond amazing for our wedding day. Where do I start, besides saying you should book her now 😉. She captured each personality perfectly in our photos (including our two dogs) and overall made us feel relaxed and happy. She was beyond flexible (seeing as we had to reschedule quite a few times with covid) and then made my vision come to life with laid back ease when we finally got to take our first look photos at the FOY. She is a joy to work with-and I feel so lucky to have found her!! Oh and our pictures are absolutely stunning.

I can't even begin to explain how awesome Kalypso was through our entire process. She answered all of my questions from day one, and when we had to reschedule our entire wedding (we actually changed the venue to a different state!), she worked with us and was patient and enthusiastic the entire time. My husband and I finally chose a small and intimate wedding, and she captured everything beautifully. I was nervous about "posing" but she made everything feel natural and sweet. The photos came out better than anything I could have ever dreamed of, and I am so grateful for her craft and the memories she captured for us that we will look back on for the rest of our lives. We are so grateful for her infectious enthusiasm and professionalism, and we look forward to using her in the future for other photo opportunities. BEST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER!!! She went above and beyond expectations when our wedding was cancelled last minute due to Covid-19. She was so supportive and flexible to whatever we wanted to do in regards to changing our date, and she even agreed to shoot a last minute elopement with just a few close friends and family. She responded so quickly and did everything she could to help. As an out of state bride it was so important to find vendors that responded quickly and could answer any questions I had since I wasn’t local, and Kali was exactly that! She was easy going and so much fun! She made everyone feel so relaxed and comfortable. The photos turned out better than I ever could have imagined! She had a great eye and caught so many precious moments that we can look back on for the rest of our lives. I can’t imagine the stress of trying to get a last minute photographer in the middle of a pandemic, Kali solved all of my problems! This wedding photographer is amazing! She has different packages to choose from and is very flexible and willing to work with you on special shots or anything you want! Once you meet her, it will feel like you've been friends for years. She makes it a fun experience while capturing the best shots. My wedding photos are perfect!

Kalypso did a phenomenal job at our daughter's wedding. Not only was she professional, her personality just made our experience so much better! She was just as excited about the wedding as we were! Kali is a wonderful photographer and person in general. We had her do our maternity/ birthing/ and new baby photos. Every time she is patient and listens to what we had in mind so that way she can make it happen. She has a few techniques that are able to get people out of the usual “photo smiles” and into a more natural smile so the picture looks like it was taken without us even knowing.
