Here is a hot tip for folks planning a wedding; you will probably spend more time with your photographers on your wedding day than anyone else except your partner. So to quote my grandmother’s sagely advice: “choose well!” (she was giving advice for a successful marriage, but I think it still applies). Kim & Adam are the absolute BEST!!! In the months leading up to the wedding we met a few times to talk through what we wanted. They had really good inputs based on their experience, and they made it so easy to make a plan and timeline for the wedding day. We worked out all the details of timing with regard to getting ready, first look, group photos, ceremony, cocktail hour, sunset photoshoot, etc etc etc. We wanted to end up with amazing photos (spoiler alert; we did), but we also wanted to make sure that the focus of the day was the wedding itself and having fun. Kim & Adam fully understood what we wanted and executed perfectly. On the day of the wedding they were so fun to work with. They drove us to a different location for a quick private photo session and brought really relaxing positive energy the whole time. It was so nice to have a short moment away from all the frenetic energy that comes with a big wedding. After the wedding they continued to knock it out of the park. Within a few days they shared a couple of early sneak peek photos with us. Then a few weeks later they sent an edited slideshow experience which was an awesome way to relive the wedding day. The next day they delivered our final photo album and it was filled with over 1000 incredible photos! We really loved working with Kim & Adam throughout the entire process. You should book them for your event too!!

Kim and Adam are AMAZING!!! They were truly one of the highlights of our entire wedding experience. They took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. We were immediately impressed with their website and general philosophy about wedding photos- opting for real, candid moments over staged, manufactured pictures. Of course, they took beautiful formal family portraits as well, but they captured some really magical and authentic moments by just sitting back and watching. Something else we loved about them is that we didn't feel like we had the paparazzi following us all night. In fact, during the ceremony and reception, we barely noticed they were there! Sometimes photographers can be intrusive and distracting, but Kim and Adam's style is almost fly-on-the-wall. We also appreciated that they gave us the entire day. My husband and I spent a LOT of time with them on our wedding day, when adrenaline and stress are running high, but Kim and Adam kept us so calm with their warm demeanor. We would book them again in a second. And, most importantly, the photos speak for themselves- absolutely stunning. Highly highly recommend Kim & Adam!

To say that Kim & Adam were saving grace is an understatement. We had an unusually long experience with them as their client since we had to postpone twice because of the pandemic. K&A were so unbelievably helpful and understanding each time we had to make the difficult decision to postpone. When it (finally) came to the day of our wedding, they showed up with such warm and calm energy and made a camera-shy bride incredibly comfortable. So happy with our decision to hire Kim and Adam to be with us on our wedding day! They do such a good job at capturing all the little moments which makes it so easy to relive our day after and for years to come. From the start, we could tell they were right for us because they don't force any specific photo - they just wanted us to feel comfortable and act like ourselves around one another and our families. We were a pandemic couple originally planned for June 2020, Kim and Adam could not have been more supportive those few months before as we were weighing our options and stressing about what to do. If you’ve found K&A on here, look no further! Kim and Adam are hands down the best decision we made! From the very first meeting we had with them, we never even considered another photographer. Because of Covid we had a lot of ups and downs during our wedding planning process, and ultimately ended up changing our venue and location about 6 months out. Kim and Adam were so kind and flexible and made it work! We ended up with a very intimate wedding (only about 15 guests), but they made it feel just as special! Everyone said how fabulous the 2 of them were! They felt like long time friends from the very beginning! They deserve all the accolades in the world! Seriously, don’t pass them up!

We cannot say enough about K&A Photography! From the moment we first emailed them they were nothing but personable, caring, and helpful. We knew from our first meeting we were going to enjoy working with Kim and Adam and, when we decided to postpone our original 2020 wedding, they were the second vendor we called (after our venue) about the date change! Through all the chaos of postponing, as well as moving forward with a small backyard family-ceremony this year on the original date, Kim and Adam were extremely accommodating, provided a calming presence, and were so ready and willing to help out however they could that everything seemed so much less stressful. They are so easy to talk to and take the time to really get to know you that, come wedding day they feel like good friends. My husband and I were really clear that we didn’t want to spend our day taking posed photos and preferred the candid photos to really capture the day, and Kim and Adam did exactly that! They really catered to our specific desires, which allowed us to enjoy the day even more! Not only that, but the photos are absolutely incredible!!! We are so so so thrilled we get to spend another wedding with them as our photographers is 2021!

Working with them was such a pleasure during our year of planning and they were so professional and kind every step of the way. K&A Photography were hands down the best decision we could have made when it came to a wedding photographer. Being a same sex couple and also both of us camera shy, my wife and I were very nervous about being able to feel comfortable with a photographer. I still can't even believe how natural our wedding day felt and I truly don't know if we had a different photographer that it would have felt that way. Kim & Adam made us feel so comfortable right from the beginning and made the "picture taking" part of our wedding that we were most anxious about, fun and enjoyable. They have a way of blending right in with the crowd and catching the true, genuine, authentic moments of your day, not just you as a couple but of everything and everyone at your wedding. They made it a team effort, hearing out our thoughts, opinions, ideas, listening to our concerns and worries, and just always made themselves available to us. On our wedding day they were punctual, professional, and personable. Looking back at our wedding photos we were truly so amazed by their talents as their work truly illustrates the emotions and memories of the entire day and made us feel as if we were reliving the best day of our lives over again. They captured every moment we could have imagined and more. They are so creative and their ability to just come up with ideas on the spot was so impressive. They absolutely put their best effort into their work and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the best shots possible... even if it means climbing up into the woods and peeking through the trees to get a perfect shot! (And yes, that really happened). We also were so impressed by how patient, understanding and flexible they were with us as our wedding fell during COVID, and they were so easy going with every barrier we faced along the way. We couldn't believe the quality of the photos we received and how quickly they got them to us. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kim & Adam through our entire wedding process and cannot imagine possibly having a better experience with another photographer. We totally enjoyed working with Kim and Adam - from the moment we talked to them about our vision for the experience of our (very small) wedding, they conveyed that they understood and had ideas for how to capture our day. It was obvious from all of the prep questions that they have *seen it all* in wedding environments and were not only prepared for anything, but sensitive to individuals and even helped us think about to prepare for some things (like timing!) that we had no idea about. Our wish was to have primarily candids and an array of photos that documented the key parts of our wedding - the getting ready, the ceremony, the individuals, and the fun we all head. They totally captured ALL of that. And, even better, they somehow managed to be everywhere without being noticeable, which was tricky because we were a small group in small space! They were absolute professionals, with warmth and respect for our view of our day - we highly recommend!

Kim and Adam were very friendly, down-to-earth, and organized. The contracts were very straightforward, easy to understand and thorough. We chose to do an engagement photo session and Kim and Adam made us feel at ease with their own calmness and humor. Before the wedding, we communicated about formal pictures and I must admit I was skeptical about the timeframe they suggested because I had experienced/been warned about how long wedding photos take with all the family and bridal party. However, the day-of, the bridal party and family pictures went SO quickly! Thank goodness! Kim and Adam (K&A photography) truly helped make our wedding day! We wanted photographers who would take more natural than posed photos. We met up with them a year before our wedding (we planned ours way ahead of time) and we hit it off right away and maintained contact during the whole planning process. They were both so calming during the big day and provided guidance and tips when asked. Their website and “day of” plan/timeline were very easy and organized - they touched upon all the topics and photos we wanted to. We really couldn’t have chosen a better team for our day, and we’d like to say we gained a couple of friends! Now that our wedding is over we still enjoying seeing their posts of their wedding work. Where do I start with with K&A photography, well we can start at how professional and great of a team they are! We recently got married at the end of March and we decided to go with K&A to help us capture the day. After the whole experience we couldn’t be more happy with the product they produced as well as the professionalism that came along with it. Kim and Adam make an excellent team. They clearly love shooting weddings and working together while doing so. From day one of requesting information they had quick and enthusiastic response times. Kim & Adam did both our wedding photography & engagement shoot. In both cases they were awesome to work with, easy going, and captured our wedding day from start to finish. One of my highlights was how they captured our day - Kim & Adam not only walked us through all the standard family shots & "stock" photos, but also spent time capturing candid moments that we will always look back on.

We had always worried about the photographer portion of the wedding day because it was our first time ever having professional photos taken. We fell in love with Kim and Adam’s photos because they had such a unique feel to them. They had the artistic eye that we were looking for. After meeting Kim and Adam for drinks, we knew there was an immediate connection and comfort. They were so accommodating and willing to work with our vision and our wedding on Martha’s Vineyard (not an easy trip!). Our wedding day started out with a torrential downpour but Kim and Adam brought nothing but positivity to it - even gushed about the exciting fog pictures we could take! They were so right. The rain stopped just in time for our First Look photos on the whitewashed, foggy beach. Shooting felt so natural and we truly had fun with them. Later in the day, when the skies cleared and the sun came out for our post-ceremony shots, Kim and Adam found the perfect sun spots where the light was hitting just right. They captured the day so perfectly and everyone has commented on how stunning our pictures are. They knew exactly what we were going for and we’re so happy we found them.

We partnered up with Kim & Adam for our wedding. From the first meeting over coffee it was a comforting vibe. The two were very organized in how they prepare for our event without directing us to what we need to do, rather they listened to what we were looking to achieve. Their focus and attention to detail impressed me, while their vibe was easy going. They guided us with suggestions based on our surroundings and what we discussed with them prior to the event. Sometimes you forget during, but they did not. Also, Silent camera's! That may not seem big, but when it's your time and you want pure focus on the person next to you or your family, the last thing you appreciate is the sound of "click click click" to distract you. K&A are amazingly friendly, kind, and professional. They take great pride in what they do and we felt confident our day would be captured as we wanted. I would recommend K&A to everyone for all occasions.

K&A is exceptional! Right from the start, we got a great feeling about Kim and Adam. They are quick to reply with information and details, as well as being open to the ideas you have for the day and what you're looking for. Kim and Adam really take time to get to know their couples, we met up for dinner a few months ahead of the wedding which did so much for making us feel completely comfortable the day of the wedding. They provided us with planning questionnaires which helped us organize our picture priorities for the day and wow did they execute! All the family pictures we listed out were snapped through really quickly to ensure we got to continue on with the fun of the day. The day of the wedding it didn't feel like we were being followed by photographers but that they were a couple of more friends spending the day with us. They helped us feel totally natural. We are absolutely obsessed with all of our pictures! Kim and Adam do an incredible job capturing the fun, joy and love of the day. They work wonderfully together capturing both the planned pictures you want along with tons of behind the scenes and candid images. It's hard to express in words how awesome and talented Kim and Adam are. From start to finish, they were everything we could have hoped for in our wedding photographers: encouraging, supportive, friendly, easy to work with, and true professionals! Kim and Adam were the best wedding photographers we could have asked for. Not only were they so kind and a joy to work with, but they were extremely professional throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
